Overall, I feel my experience with HubSpot is positive. The tracking of customers and deals is clear and you can customize what information you want to see.

Pros

I like how you can track a company or customer through the contact, proposal, and capture process. The marketing features are nice, but the sales tools for tracking are what is most important. You can see when the last time you touches a customer was or what the last phone call or email was about.

Cons

I do not like how a lot of the marketing features are restricted to the highest tier level, which is expensive.

Pros

Compared to other platforms it has some of the best integrations. It creates contents that help grow the business. It is not a high level app when it comes to details. The level of details that it contains is satisfactory.

Cons

Sometimes you can be tricked by the UX which is not the best thing in this app

Pros

HubSpot is the leader in marketing software. You can manage everything from your CRM, web content (blog), and social media from HubSpot. Not only that - but they are the thought leaders when it comes to revolutionizing marketing so you can learn a lot from their helpful articles too.

Cons

Since everything is quite cookie-cutter, I've found that sometimes if you have a complex task you're trying to accomplish, HubSpot doesn't quite offer the flexibility and advanced tweaking features to allow you to complete the task.

Pros

Easy to send emails, great hub for keeping contacts and campaigns together.

Cons

List management is confusing. Understanding how people get added to lists and then whether or not they actually get sent an email is even more confusing. You need to have a lot of training to be able to use this platform effectively.

Only thing HubSpot uses To differentiate Prospects is their Email id, so some times it gets confusing and it can create Duplicates

Pros

You have everything a business would need to function laid out within the Hubspot platform. From sales, marketing, finance, project management can all be managed from the software.

Cons

It's expensive and the marketing tools for web and email building is not user friendly for the typical business owner. You'll need a team of web specialists to weave through the technicalities.

We've had Hubspot for a little over a year and overall it is better than the previous Marketing Automation software we were on, but it is not very intuitive. The design applications, especially for emails, are very cumbersome if you don't want to use the generic out of the box templates included. Emails also do not format well in Outlook, which is disappointing for us a B2B that works with larger enterprised -- of which the majority use Outlook for email. We do like the workflow options and found the social scheduling to be very easy.

Pros

The software allows me to quickly data scrap contacts to distribute to my sales team for possible contact and follow up on our services

It can be frustrating when the data isn't accurate but I understand it is self reported data that is being acquired.

The integeration with AI seamless was critical to our success which HubSpot offered.

We have a lot of contacts in our CRM and HubSpot makes it easy to segment those contacts and nurture them when we need to. Overall I really enjoy using HubSpot but I love their HubSpot Academy where they go through quick, in-depth best practices for not only the software, but for marketing and sales in general. After finishing the courses or lessons your awarded a certificate which I don't particularly care for but it's a nice attention to detail that can show others that you know what you're talking about.

Pros

With regards to the email builder, it's easy to create consistent and engaging automated emails. The drag and drop feature in the email builder allows you to edit the layout of the email and put images, texts and CTAs wherever you need. It also includes a good variety of pre-made templates which you can edit to your liking. Paired with the workflow tool you can set up dynamic workflows to send specific emails depending on which actions a contact has taken.

Cons

The fonts are limited. I find myself having to create images of the header texts to include in the email. If you have a designer on the team or have the software yourself this isn't too bad but I'd love to be able to add new fonts to the email builder.

It's assisted us with following leads by refreshing their status and saving work. Simple to utilize and quick, I will keep on creating reports. Promoting is normally the principal focal point of CRMs. In many regards, it's a strong and solid arrangement of devices. HubSpot assisted us with contacting huge crowds rapidly and become the single wellspring of truth.

Pros

Multifunctional service - very rich functionality!!. It takes time to connect everything and set everything up with each other, and automate the business, after which it is no longer possible to refuse it!

Cons

I tried to post on social networks through this service, it turned out that sometimes it was easier to go directly to the social network and just make a post there.

Very positive - I called customer service with help on a campaign workflow and he took the time to really understand what I was trying to accomplish and helped me set up exactly what I needed. I love being able to utilize Hubspot Academy and also find tons of value in the marketing blog articles I get in my inbox every morning. I would recommend this product to any marketing professional who not only realizes the immense benefits of inbound marketing, but also wants a supportive resource to help guide you in best practices across all your marketing efforts.

Pros

I like using Hubspot because it's pretty user-friendly, and it's fairly simple to create emails and landing pages. What I find most valuable are all the tools and resources Hubspot provides its users. I'm always learning something new from their daily emails, and I can usually apply these tips and tricks right away to whatever project I'm working on.

Cons

The email builder is not quite as intuitive or robust as platforms like Campaign Monitor, so that was a bit of an adjustment aesthetically. But I really like the landing page templates and find those a bit easier to use. I wish some of the modules available on the landing pages were available in the email builder as well.

It is nice and almost at the point of being valuable, but not powerful enough for effective marketing.

Pros

Has the ability to be a very good all-in-one platform. Is relatively easy to use and learn, and I do like the amount of plugins and capabilities it has.

Cons

It is not powerful enough to be used as an effective marketing tool by our marketing department, and it does not function well enough on any other front to be used as a main tool.

Cons

Onboarding is a little intense, but once you really dive in and use their academy and certifications it is a fantastic solution.

Muy buena, con todas las prestaciones. Me parece caro siendo que todas las funcionalidades se pueden encontrar en otras herramientas y pagar menos de la mitad del precio. Definitivamente, para empresas ya consolidadas o para equipos que no les importe trabajar limitados si tienen muy poco presupuesto. ¡OJO! Una vez que implementas un CRM, difícilmente podrás hacer una migración completa y eficiente.

La forma en la que todas las actividades están integradas, marketing, ventas, …

Cons

Definitivamente que tienen muy dividido lo que verdaderamente se requiere para crecimiento, es decir, cuando te ofrecen algún paquete podría parecer supremamente bueno, pero al poco tiempo te das cuenta de que lo que verdaderamente necesitas lo tienes que pagar extra y lamentablemente los contratos aunque los pagues de forma mensual son ANUALES.

Pros

Hubspot's marketing tool provides a seamless UX. If you learn how to use one tool within it you can use the others. There was and still is very thoughtful design in how Hubspot lays out their product to make it as intuitive as possible. The email drag and drop design tool is awesome! It makes crafting emails SO easy and give you much more freedom in the look!

Cons

I would love the ability to clone parts of workflows!

Pros

Easy to understand, very user friendly. We are able to explore the never ending marketing society we live in.

Cons

subscription price is a bit high. It does get expensive quickly. More tutorials could be a better insight for complex questions, instead of having to contact customer support.
