Pros

The biggest pro of this tool is its free version. This software is able to identify potential customers and what they do on the company's website. When a potential client fills out a contact form for the company, the software extracts additional information of interest, which allows to establish their needs, offer useful offers and help to their particular need. It is a very useful tool to carry the database, visualize and manage interactions with customers.In a few words it can be said that HubSpot allows attracting more visitors to a website as well as the possibility of converting them to potential customers. .

Cons

One of the counter presents the software is that it has no tool to merge the information of the contacts of different companies. Another disadvantage, possibly the main one, is that the HubSpot does not present the option of adding several email addresses to a single contact record, which prevents the possibility of establishing communication with a potential client by more than one way, in the case that it is not possible to contact her for a particular one.

Overall, I enjoy using Hubspot, I use it every day. The staff seems very helpful and knowledgeable when I have questions or concerns.

Pros

I like that you can see your customers behavior. For instance, you can see which forms they filled out, emails they were sent, or if they opened or clicked emails. I also like the way you can personalize your emails and landing pages based on lists.

Cons

It's not the most user friendly, but they seem to be working on that with the new drag and drop features. I don't like that it doesn't seamlessly integrate with woocommerce. Hubspot doesn't seem designed to handle b2c companies as well as b2b.

Cons

The tool is quite difficult to get used to. The workflows lack a few possibilities. If you want more functions you always have to pay for additional packages. This becomes annoying and very expensive.

It has saved time and money for our business by allowing us to have an easy setup and integration with our office systems. Setting up team members has made it so that everyone can see all correspondence, respond and be able to see the progress at all times.

Pros

Is very user-friendly and works for all levels of technical expertise - it definitely streamlines my work schedule. All of my information is in one place making it simple to review tasks, action items and progress. Team members can easily review information and make comments, etc. It can be used for the website, blog, social media, email, and CRM. They have detailed instructions for how to use all of the functionalities and have templates to get you started. Their customer support is responsive and helpful.

Cons

The CRM only lets you have one e-mail address per contact. I have clients with multiple e-mails that they write to me with so it makes it cumbersome to have to look up information for one contact if it's listed under two entries. It can get pricey if you're not using the free version. It also doesn't integrate easily with other software programs - especially e-mail software. If you're hosting with Gmail , it seems to work fine but doesn't integrate well with Office 365 or the business Gmail accounts. I've tried to get some of my clients set up on it for their business, and it's had some issues.

Pros

HubSpot is a great tool for all your marketing efforts. The way that HubSpot enables you to report on everything within the same system. Gives you an overview that you can't get easily anywhere else. In addition the setup with sales, service and CRM is fantastic or the whole organisation.

Cons

The price might seem a little too high for small businesses. However, the effect of using it might over win the high prices.

Pros

I linked Hubspot to my Gmail and really have come to rely on it's tracking capabilities. It helps me to stay on task and know when my messages have been received and read. This may seem a bit intrusive, but I no longer feel like messages disappear into the ether as I often can now know not only when someone reads them, but usually will be able to predict when I will receive a response.

Cons

I really need to utilize more of this software's features. It has been logging out more frequently so I wish it maintained my sign-on with a bit more consistency, but that may also be user error.

Pros

The beauty of this program is the ability to integrate data from multiple channels and use that data to segment, personalize, test, and automate. If you only need one thing - an email service provider, for example - you can probably find something better. But if you need at least 3 of the core functions, I think it's worth it to give up some of the bells and whistles of other program for the seamless integration you will find here. Other perks: The customer service is really outstanding. Best I have encountered in the industry. Frequent updates and improvements to the tools you use the most. Fairly intuitive UI so it's pretty easy to learn the system.

Cons

Customizing email templates can be quite challenging unless you already know some CSS and HTML. They have their own programming language, hubl, but thankfully you can do almost everything you need to do without learning it. Reporting leaves something to be desired (but they just rolled out a new module that will hopefully address that).

An ergonomic, powerful and easy-to-use tool. Great potential for automation to facilitate internal communication with sales as well as external communication with prospects. Hubpost Academy offers quick CRM training. The support is always very responsive and relevant.

Cons

Hubspot seems to me to be a great CRM, but I had to give up because the (basic) features I was interested in were too expensive.Please don't be surprised like me.It takes a while to realise that you need such (basic) functionality, but to get it, you have to upgrade to a higher plan... which is prohibitively expensive. From memory, I think it was an email model. So fascinated by the efficiency of the system, it takes weeks of work and eventually forces you to upgrade if you really want to be efficient.

Pros

It is an ideal software for a small business because everything is interconnected. The efficiency of having different but related segments of marketing linked makes for a smooth interface that allows a small shop to accomplish more work. HubSpot links marketing with their CRM and sales. I love almost everything about HubSpot including absolutely awesome tutorials on all aspects of marketing. My company is approaching a tipping point that I could add Hubspot and my staff and I are excited because they do a great job. Customer service has always been able to help me overcome an issue and answer any questions intelligently. My feeling is their staff are all well trained.

Cons

The price of the software can't be easily translate into value in the early stages of a companies growth. Hubspot offers discounts for small companies if they meet a predetermined criteria. I was not able to meet that criteria and have to delay implementing it as my marketing software.

Overall, I feel my experience with HubSpot is positive. The tracking of customers and deals is clear and you can customize what information you want to see.

Pros

I like how you can track a company or customer through the contact, proposal, and capture process. The marketing features are nice, but the sales tools for tracking are what is most important. You can see when the last time you touches a customer was or what the last phone call or email was about.

Cons

I do not like how a lot of the marketing features are restricted to the highest tier level, which is expensive.

Pros

HubSpot is the leader in marketing software. You can manage everything from your CRM, web content (blog), and social media from HubSpot. Not only that - but they are the thought leaders when it comes to revolutionizing marketing so you can learn a lot from their helpful articles too.

Cons

Since everything is quite cookie-cutter, I've found that sometimes if you have a complex task you're trying to accomplish, HubSpot doesn't quite offer the flexibility and advanced tweaking features to allow you to complete the task.

Cons

List management is confusing. Understanding how people get added to lists and then whether or not they actually get sent an email is even more confusing. You need to have a lot of training to be able to use this platform effectively.

We've had Hubspot for a little over a year and overall it is better than the previous Marketing Automation software we were on, but it is not very intuitive. The design applications, especially for emails, are very cumbersome if you don't want to use the generic out of the box templates included. Emails also do not format well in Outlook, which is disappointing for us a B2B that works with larger enterprised -- of which the majority use Outlook for email. We do like the workflow options and found the social scheduling to be very easy.

We have a lot of contacts in our CRM and HubSpot makes it easy to segment those contacts and nurture them when we need to. Overall I really enjoy using HubSpot but I love their HubSpot Academy where they go through quick, in-depth best practices for not only the software, but for marketing and sales in general. After finishing the courses or lessons your awarded a certificate which I don't particularly care for but it's a nice attention to detail that can show others that you know what you're talking about.

Pros

With regards to the email builder, it's easy to create consistent and engaging automated emails. The drag and drop feature in the email builder allows you to edit the layout of the email and put images, texts and CTAs wherever you need. It also includes a good variety of pre-made templates which you can edit to your liking. Paired with the workflow tool you can set up dynamic workflows to send specific emails depending on which actions a contact has taken.

Cons

The fonts are limited. I find myself having to create images of the header texts to include in the email. If you have a designer on the team or have the software yourself this isn't too bad but I'd love to be able to add new fonts to the email builder.

I love being able to utilize Hubspot Academy and also find tons of value in the marketing blog articles I get in my inbox every morning. I would recommend this product to any marketing professional who not only realizes the immense benefits of inbound marketing, but also wants a supportive resource to help guide you in best practices across all your marketing efforts.

Pros

I like using Hubspot because it's pretty user-friendly, and it's fairly simple to create emails and landing pages. What I find most valuable are all the tools and resources Hubspot provides its users. I'm always learning something new from their daily emails, and I can usually apply these tips and tricks right away to whatever project I'm working on.

Cons

The email builder is not quite as intuitive or robust as platforms like Campaign Monitor, so that was a bit of an adjustment aesthetically. But I really like the landing page templates and find those a bit easier to use. I wish some of the modules available on the landing pages were available in the email builder as well.
