I will say "Lead generation and nurturing" - I can easily create customized forms, landing pages, and CTAs (calls-to-action) to capture leads and track their engagement.

Cons

It gets really expensive when you upgrade with few unique features on upgrade

My favorite aspect of using Hubspot's sales and marketing platform is really the all-inclusiveness of the system. Beyond the CRM functionality, I enjoyed the forms, lead flows, and scheduling tools all built in. The company insights was also a feature I like to use while prospecting.

Cons

I wish it would be easier to integrate with other best in class software, but I understand why it wouldn't be this way. Hubspot is trying to be the go-to all in one sales/marketing platform for small teams, and I get that.

Pros

HubSpot is relatively easy to use, plus it has a huge selection of articles and educational material to help fill in the gaps. If that's not enough they also have a very responsive help team that you can live chat with. It is a great tool for organizing contacts and segmenting audience groups. It's marketing email function has come a long way and allows for great customization of your content. I personally am a fan of their drag and drop functionality in both marketing emails and their design tools.

Cons

Like any program there's always room for improvement, some implementations take longer than others and there's no real communication on when certain things will be launched. Also it is not really equipped to handle situations of if you have multiple brands/companies under one parent company. If you only have one account it gets tough trying to separate contacts to specific contact owners of your different brands/companies. There's also the issue of branding on pages hosted by HubSpot, you can't have more than one branding option.

Cons

Hubspot doesn't have contact merging tool.

The landing page builder. Hubspot makes this process of building landing pages very easy and efficient. They also have cool free templates.

Cons

The limited option to customize fields/forms/reports. Also a few times I asked the help of support team and their response was "We can't do that but it's a nice idea"

Overall it has been amazing. The sales team jokes about how much I say I love hubspot. It is so easy to work with and it makes my job easier!

Pros

I love how intuitive it is. I switched from Salesforce/Pardot and I wish I would of switched sooner. Hubspot makes it very easy to see examples, has how-to guides, and you really can self teach yourself. It is worthe every penny.

Cons

I would say the reporting features doesnt let you get as detailed as some other programs. I would like to see to turn on percentages and rename some things on the graph myself instead of hubspot doing it for you.

The functionality and the user tracking. With Hubspot you can automate and personalize almost everything. With the marketing automation you can cater emails to people that have visited specific pages or done specific actions on your site.

Cons

You have to learn how to use it, it's not SUPER intuitive like Mailchimp, or other marketing softwares out there.

I am pleased that we have HubSpot and it plays a key part of how our sales team tracks leads and its ability to score them before qualifying them for our sales team.

Pros

I work in Sales Operations and live in Salesforce, so the integration between HubSpot and Salesforce has become a key part of my daily tasks with regards to monitoring sales leads and prospects. The email blast feature is one that we utilize often and is easy to prepare and send. It also has a feature that allows us to track which email attachments are being clicked on and read by each email recipient.

Cons

At first navigating through HubSpot can seem a little daunting due to a lot of options on the page, but once I became familiar with it functions I soon overcome this.

The thing I like most is that Hubspot marketing hub has almost all the features that a marketing platform and CRM should have. I really like their email marketing, automation, and workflows. Any new users even if he didn't use any marketing platform before, can easily fit with HubSpot Marketing Hub. Still today Hubspot is best.

Cons

I haven't found such cons to HubSpot Marketing Hub. But they should improve their lead magnet section. If they bring some new email templates that will be great.

The software has massive potential and I can honestly say that if you are VERY technical minded, you will probably find it fine to use and will get along with it very well but I would like to think I have an "ok" level of technical ability and this just confused me no end. If it hadn't been for the very good customer support in Ireland, I'd have lost the plot.

Pros

I like the look of the site and how easy it was to move about the site itself. Visually, it's really nice to look at with the vibrant colours.

Cons

Honestly, I can see how this could benefit us but it just seems so laboured and confusing at times. I'm not the most "tech" person and it leads you off into things that I just didn't understand.

Pros

Set up and implementation is generally easy. For marketing automation, I've used both Marketo and Hubspot and Hubspot definitely is a more visual and easy to follow way of setting up workflows and automation. Workflows are in a visual branch builder format. They have built their workflows functionality out throughout the years and it's certainly improved a lot with additionally functionality that used to be missing.

Cons

There are still some very finicky things with lists and filters - there is some functionality where you can compare fields but not everything is compatible. There are some workflow functions that pop up as nice-to-haves but for the most part, they don't hinder our processes.

Pros

A good amount of details and marketing capabilities. HubSpot has some of the best integrations I have seen with other platforms.

Cons

Can become costly fast initially but there definitely is ROI in the long run. They introducing new pricing tiers so that is helpful too.

Pros

I love how it's a tool we can uses across many departments. It's much more streamlined than our previous systems. Also, as an administrator being able to set templates, and review mass communications is helpful for us to ensure brand standards. Customer service is also amazing. I can usually get someone on chat during business hours, and if chat is unavailable the follow-up time for a phone call or email is minimal.

Cons

I wish some features were more flexible. They have set properties that conflict with our business needs that we can't change. I also feel like they have a great community form, but sometimes the issues that get the most traction can't be fixed. They also make a lot of changes, and there's no heads up that there's been a change until you get in the system. I wish there was a better way to may customers aware of changes, and prior to those changes being implemented.

It works great and drives a lot of our clients businesses.

Pros

\-Set up is easy -Super intuitive, we use it with a lot of clients and they consistently pick it up very quickly -Getting better - they are building out key features at a rapid pace, I have confidence this is the way to go when investing in marketing automation

Cons

\-Is pretty expensive (start up fee + monthly fee) for smaller companies -Some of the analytics reporting is not super customizable -Run into some limitations on capabilities here and there

HubSpot is extremely user friendly, and for the parts that are a bit more complete - there is great learning resources + customer support. I love that we can execute marketing AND analyze + measure the performance of our actions.

Cons

I wish some of the reporting capabilities were as robust as, say, Google Analytics, but overall they're insightful.
