### "Hubspot is so much more than a CRM"

We use Hubspot to track sales and it also two folds as our applicant tracking system. We track applicants as 'deals' and follow them through the pipeline stages. It has been a wonderful time saver and allows us to have everything stored in one place. We would be lost without hubspot

Pros

This software is user-friendly, I was able to teach myself majority of the functionality just by using it daily. It is a clean software and it makes sense.

Cons

It is overwhleming becasue there are so many aspects to it and opportunities to learn that I wasn't sure where to start.

The recent introduction of Mailing makes it a child's play to manage your email marketing activities. The templates are fully customizable, setting up a mailer is a breeze. Most importantly, as this is directly linked to the Hubspot CRM the level of analytics available on the performance of the mailer is very useful.

The platform is easy to use and wasn't too difficult to get started with, especially as we had to transfer all items from our old platform into HubSpot

Cons

Some of the organization of contacts vs. companies vs. deals is a little frustrating. We should be able to create pipeline views beyond just deals

I use HubSpot on the sales side, so I can't speak to the marketing automation platform. Overall I think it's a great and powerful CRM for the money. Dashboards look great and are easy to build/use. The platform will grow stronger over time as they continue to invest. Highly recommend!

Having used the software for more than 3 years, our business has seen a tremendous benefit in using HubSpot. We are better able to manage our prospects and deliver the right messaging and the right time to the right contact at a given business.

Pros

HubSpot does a great job of helping users understand the Sales Funnel, and it's importance in Marketing to prospects effectively. With the HubSpot Academy, and an intuitive interface, it's not difficult for an entry level Marketer to get up to speed with this enterprise Marketing software.

Cons

There's not a whole lot that is not top-of-the-line with HubSpot. The cost is a bit high, but there are trial and lower tiered versions for small businesses looking to automate some of their marketing channels.

Pros

User experience is seamless. Offers a 7 day free trial. The platform also offers a lot of support. All of your tools are in one place, very convenient.

Cons

No A/B testing in the basic or pro packages. Requires a 12 month contract. Very steep pricing, and tech support is paid.

### "All in 1 Marketing Solution for SMBs"

Marketing automation, landing pages creator, emails, CTA creator, blog manager, and so much more!

Pros

I can control my social, email marketing, automation, landing pages, and so much more all from one spot. They are always coming out with new and innovative tools to add value to the product - - - for instance, their new lead flows is fantastic!

Cons

Designing a template or landing page can sometimes require coding if you want something that's not out of the box. I've been able to work around the restrictions with the little bit of code that I do know, and their customer support team is fantastic to fill in the gaps. Also, we just renewed our contract and I wanted to take away part of our service and replace it with another one of their products - our needs have changed since last year. Because we received a "package deal" I had to renegotiate the terms. They were very nice about it but something to ask about when you are signing up.

Cons

I hate the additional pricing for simple features surrounding the automation tool and API. Enterprise pricing is a significant jump. Overall, still a fantastic tool that I recommend highly.

The benefits are multiple, you can receive SEO recommendations to make your posts much more attractive for both readers and search engines, also allows you to create landing pages or landing pages quickly and easily, indicating how to improve it at the SEO and Design to get conversions. As well as the programming of campaigns and worflows of automatic emails, there is also a free version and among other things you can depend on where the client is in the process of inbound marketing, you can create dynamic content that encourages you to take the next step .

Pros

What I like the most about HubSpot Marketing Automation is that it helps increase traffic, convert sales opportunities and attribute ROI, as well as the creation, automation, measurement and optimization of all my online marketing. I love that it centralises and improves the digital marketing management of any brand, this tool serves entrepreneurs who are inexperienced in marketing as well as those who have a consolidated business, as well as the ability to attract your target from digital marketing.

Cons

Although HubSpot marketing is a platform created to help companies that seek to increase traffic to get opportunities from digital marketing, it does not improve by itself the management that is the user who should be responsible for making ads for their ads to capture more and more target, it would be interesting the possibility of having managers that help you to make your marketing attractive.

Pros

The range of features and the ability to customize workflows, chat bots, sequences and more makes in invaluable for running scalable marketing operations.

Cons

The landing page builder is quite limited - not great in terms of a drag and drop landing page builder. If you're not on a discounted plan, it's way too expensive for small, mid-sized companies.

Pros

I currently work with a company that has a limited budget. Hubspot has an amazing set of tools available now at no cost. Their paid features are even more robust. Knowing when a client has read an email is invaluable. The CRM is great for tracking tasks and conversations.

Cons

I have multiple instances for three different companies. The logging in/out of each account can get confusing. It would be nice to be able to easily "switch" accounts. Perhaps there is already a way but I'm missing it.

\- It allowed us to solve our biggest problem, marketing automation to different clients. - Being in a business which is working in different geography, it makes things easy for you.

Pros

There are 3 things I like about Hubspot Marketing Automation: 1. Ease Of Work: The software helps you in doing things easily and its easy to use. Whether sending emails or creating workflows, each things are simple for you. 2. Customer Support: One of the best customer support teams. They listen to you, find solutions and gives the right answer. 3. Knowledge Sharing: The platform itself allows you to learn and experiment with different options and they knowledge hub is abundant.

Cons

There isn't anything for now. But would ask them to create the contact page bit more simple.

My job is greatly benefited by the use of HubSpot. Even the lowest tier offers a lot of features to ensure I have all the information I need about leads. It’s unfortunate that the deduplicating feature is in another pay package.

Pros

The feature I use more than anything are the tasks. Most days I start of going to see what tasks are assigned to me. It’s very straightforward and easy to keep track of.

Cons

Searching for lists and contact lead organization is a little all over the place. It’s really easy for there to be duplicates which can create confusion if multiple people are inputting information. I also had issues with the email tracking not working properly for automatic notifications. Never got fixed, and unsure if it was my laptop or hubspot that was the culprit.

Overall it is very advanced in that i can sync it with many of my apps. I have it synced with my chat app on my website and several others. IT works really well for me as i have been using it for more than a year now, it gets the job done!

Pros

I Like that it offers a free account will lots of features you can take advatage of as a small business owner. I get to all that i need to with a free account. Plus if have multi features that makes thigns so easy.

Cons

I dont not like how it handles multiple users when trying to access the same information

Compared to other lead gen tools it is a bit pricey but the ease of the tool does make up for it.

Pros

I liked how easy it is to capture leads via email sequences and also separate landing pages.

Cons

I couldn't fault the product since we had all our data in the HubSpot platform it just gave us another avenue to gain more leads.

Hubspot has improved how well I communicate well with my customers as well as helped a lot in the management of my social media handles/platforms.

Pros

This provides a consolidated way to work . It allows me to post on social media, the creation of blog posts, emails and not having to bother oneself about managing all these separately. The scheduling function is also very awesome. One can create posts ahead and simply schedule for them to be posted very much later. The back end analytics displays all the key metrics that I need to track and access.

Cons

Varying results on visits and campaign outcomes are sometimes confusing when comparing analytics from Analytics and Hubspot.

I think we know now more after we moved on from HubSpot what we needed for a turnkey solution. You learn along the way.

Pros

The "inbound marketing" concept and benefits for Hubspot were very appealing. It was promoted as a solution to help with gaining more attention to our site and lead production. I saw many positive testimonies and I am sure the lead generation and promotion for web site worked well for many companies. The benefit was in working with the Hubspot Team as a coach. They were always there to help with what we needed to change.

Cons

Hubspot or any software is always based on how effective it is. What was the ROI? What was the benefit. The problem is more around being able to track closed loop reporting. This means being able to track a marking expense to a given lead and track that sale and campaign code thru the CRM for reporting needs. The same with an email campaign. We we lacking this part in our use of HubSpot.

The best Marketing Automation Tool we are using to execute mass campaigns, generating inbound leads, tracking prospects and website visitors. HubSpot easily integrates with CRM. The support from their team is remarkable. Pricing of this tool is slightly high in comparison to other tools available in the market.

Pros

With the advanced feature of tracking leads activities like Open and Click. Easy Integration with CRM like Salesforce. HubSpot is having a separate place to learn from everything about tool and marketing, this makes the tool unique. In Pro & Enterprise edition unlimited user can access it. Reporting of HubSpot is really nice.

Cons

Pricing of HubSpot is higher. A\\B testing is not available in the basic & pro pack. Syncing issues with CRM Update interface without notification.

Ease of creating workflows. \[One of the few tools which have multi-purpose workflow models pre-built - Waterfall, Date based and Event property based\] 3. Dashboard and custom reporting. 4. Great support team which helps resort things asap anytime. 5. Integrations with other platforms and softwares.

Cons

I have not yet faced any big cons, we are yet to come across a requirement that falls into a bucket where we had struggled to set it up in Hubspot.
