There are so many options to create and managing the hub is super user friendly.

Having to hire someone for integration because there is so much.

In this series, HubSpot’s Marketing Hub is particularly possible thanks to being an integrated solution that functions as CRM, marketing automation tool, and analytics.

Cons

Despite the fact that there are a number of provided templates with different kinds of preset reports, targeting very special areas with very special criteria may be very difficult.

Before this, our marketing tools included Google Analytics and Mailchimp integrated into our website. Although these tools were efficient separately, they did not seem well coordinated as we wanted for an integrated system. With HubSpot, we did not require other tools to monitor our marketing campaigns because the program offered a more elaborate analysis.

My experience with the tool and team is great. I notice there is better support over the phone than via chat.

Pros

It's easy to use, the Hubspot support team is very helpful and there are a lot of resources online.

Cons

it can be expensive. the subscription prices increase substantially from the basic package to the next. The basic package is a great starter but you'll find yourself needing the upgrade soon enough.

Overall positive, emails, campaigns, workflows, forms are all working well so far. I've helped to onboard others who have uses other CRM products in the past and they find it pretty straightforward and like the features as well.

Pros

Ease of use, availability of tools, support.

Cons

It's a lot at first and some of the tools only come with higher subscriptions, especially related to data.

The built-in analytics were great for helping me make better decisions. I also liked how it connected well with the HubSpot CRM to keep the team on the same page. It’s been a helpful tool that made my marketing tasks easier and more organized."

Pros

What I like the most is having a lot in just one tool. I mean Social media marketing, email marketing and also being able to analyze what is working and what is not yielding results.

Cons

I do not have features I do not have and the moment.

Cons

Troppo difficile da imparare e spiegare ai dipendenti. Si tratta di un cambio radicale di metodologia lavorativa.

As a consultant, I think it's ideal for businesses starting out or those willing to move their entire marketing software to hubspot. It's not a must as some people tend to think. I know many businesses who feel stuck with it because they are so invested into it. It feels like they are constantly being charged more.

Pros

LOVE that it's all-in-one; the training is great; and there's many people who are familiar with the product. The automation features are helpful.

Cons

It's frustrating at time getting things set up; it's not always intuitive. While I like that it's all-in-one, if you already have specific software that you like, you'll probably miss it if you move to hubspot.

It is perfect for the price (free version). If I were to pay for a service, I would probably choose a different CRM.

Pros

I use the free version for a one time capital raise for an investment. I didn’t need anything complicated, and the free version is perfect for management of a small group and a monthly newsletter.

Cons

It took a while to learn how to use. It didn’t have a tag option, so moving to the platform from another CRM took extra work.

Pros

Getting and reviewing marketing data analytics. We integrated this in our website to analyze web traffic.

Cons

Administrator dashboard is not very intuitive for less technical users. Our marketing team needed help from our internal technicians.

Covering automation, emails and social media it has been an incredible useful tool when used in conjunction with contact data. There could be improvements as some features are limited or long winded.

Pros

The ability to manage individual campaigns from a single area and also track the effectiveness relative to contacts.

Cons

A high price point and the need to manage contacts to stay within price brackets. Marketing emails could be better along with the ability to use deal and contact info together.

Cons

The menus and navigation are confusing at the best of times. They don't label things the most intuitive names and move things around frequently, so if you don't keep up with their emails and info articles, sometimes you're in for a real surprise when you go to find a feature/menu item.\`
