My job is greatly benefited by the use of HubSpot. Even the lowest tier offers a lot of features to ensure I have all the information I need about leads. It’s unfortunate that the deduplicating feature is in another pay package.

Pros

The feature I use more than anything are the tasks. Most days I start of going to see what tasks are assigned to me. It’s very straightforward and easy to keep track of.

Cons

Searching for lists and contact lead organization is a little all over the place. It’s really easy for there to be duplicates which can create confusion if multiple people are inputting information. I also had issues with the email tracking not working properly for automatic notifications. Never got fixed, and unsure if it was my laptop or hubspot that was the culprit.

Overall it is very advanced in that i can sync it with many of my apps. I have it synced with my chat app on my website and several others. IT works really well for me as i have been using it for more than a year now, it gets the job done!

Pros

I Like that it offers a free account will lots of features you can take advatage of as a small business owner. I get to all that i need to with a free account. Plus if have multi features that makes thigns so easy.

Cons

I dont not like how it handles multiple users when trying to access the same information

Compared to other lead gen tools it is a bit pricey but the ease of the tool does make up for it.

Pros

I liked how easy it is to capture leads via email sequences and also separate landing pages.

Cons

I couldn't fault the product since we had all our data in the HubSpot platform it just gave us another avenue to gain more leads.

Hubspot has improved how well I communicate well with my customers as well as helped a lot in the management of my social media handles/platforms.

Pros

This provides a consolidated way to work . It allows me to post on social media, the creation of blog posts, emails and not having to bother oneself about managing all these separately. The scheduling function is also very awesome. One can create posts ahead and simply schedule for them to be posted very much later. The back end analytics displays all the key metrics that I need to track and access.

Cons

Varying results on visits and campaign outcomes are sometimes confusing when comparing analytics from Analytics and Hubspot.

I think we know now more after we moved on from HubSpot what we needed for a turnkey solution. You learn along the way.

Pros

The "inbound marketing" concept and benefits for Hubspot were very appealing. It was promoted as a solution to help with gaining more attention to our site and lead production. I saw many positive testimonies and I am sure the lead generation and promotion for web site worked well for many companies. The benefit was in working with the Hubspot Team as a coach. They were always there to help with what we needed to change.

Cons

Hubspot or any software is always based on how effective it is. What was the ROI? What was the benefit. The problem is more around being able to track closed loop reporting. This means being able to track a marking expense to a given lead and track that sale and campaign code thru the CRM for reporting needs. The same with an email campaign. We we lacking this part in our use of HubSpot.

The best Marketing Automation Tool we are using to execute mass campaigns, generating inbound leads, tracking prospects and website visitors. HubSpot easily integrates with CRM. The support from their team is remarkable. Pricing of this tool is slightly high in comparison to other tools available in the market.

Pros

With the advanced feature of tracking leads activities like Open and Click. Easy Integration with CRM like Salesforce. HubSpot is having a separate place to learn from everything about tool and marketing, this makes the tool unique. In Pro & Enterprise edition unlimited user can access it. Reporting of HubSpot is really nice.

Cons

Pricing of HubSpot is higher. A\\B testing is not available in the basic & pro pack. Syncing issues with CRM Update interface without notification.

Great support team which helps resort things asap anytime. 5. Integrations with other platforms and softwares.

Cons

I have not yet faced any big cons, we are yet to come across a requirement that falls into a bucket where we had struggled to set it up in Hubspot.

Pros

I love the ability to reach out to support at practically any time. I can call at 10pm my time and get someone. Or I can call on a Sunday evening and still get support. The support staff is also great to work with.

Cons

The cost gets a bit hefty if you have a lot of contacts so it can be limiting for companies with many contacts.

All in all, this tool is the best for sales managers and account managers. There are a lot of useful and helpful features.

Pros

Undoubtedly, Hubspot is a great tool for all salespeople because you can automize your prospecting. The most important features for all SDRs/BDRs: - Sequence - Automated e-mails and templates - Tasks - Contacts with all information about your contacts.

Cons

I guess the main problem that you cannot use the HubSpot mobile Application with the same features as desktop software, and another problem that I can't create the favorite list of contacts from my Accounts.

Pros

HubSpot is easy to use, and has a lot of features that other CRM/marketing automation suites don't have. Namely, they have a built-in website tool so you can host and manage your website, tightly integrated with all of your other marketing efforts.

Cons

I'm not a fan of the pricing structure - you pay essentially based on the features you want, but more importantly the number of contacts you have in the system. Other software that charges per-user is more appealing because of this.

Hubspot is a very popular marketing tool, but very overpriced. Despite having a well designed tool that has proves it's worthiness in some areas to businesses, I wouldn't recommend Hubspot. Why? Because it's too expensive to run which makes it not good for start-up organizations.

Pros

It helps to send targeted messages to boost more customer signups. It's multiple interaction channels helps to boost revenues. It helps organization in traffic growth. It helps in pulling off accurate reports because all data are stored in one place. It can be accessed and be linked in any time and place. It allows you to customize everything to your brand and sales process. It helps marketers to manage all social media accounts with a single dashboard.

Cons

Organizations finds it to be not advanced enough yet because it's lightweight. Organizations finds it to be lacking flexibility. Most paid tools offered by hubspot are free elsewhere. You pay for it's technical support. It's very expensive because the more your contacts grows, the more it's packages grows.

Pros

Hubspot is very easy to use. Their user interface is terrific and as a new user without much training, I was able to dive in and start executing emails, lists, forms, and chatflows. But what has saved me on countless occasions is the awesome customer support team that is always there to help troubleshoot. They are extremely knowledgeable and gracious. Their knowledge base is great too. As you're working, if you have a question, the likelihood of search for it and being and to find the info you need is pretty high.

Cons

Most revolves around data. I wish their data and reporting was a little more plug and play and easier to use. I have run into issues in the past with building out attribution models—but that is a feature that is now in Beta. I also wish there was an easier way to build a report that tracks unsubscribes, new versus returning shoppers, etc.

Overall, it's a really great tool and helps any marketing team of any size really do more than they would usually do without a software, and produce better and measurable results.

Pros

It's really scalable for teams in a marketing, sales, and business growth capacity, especially the end-to-end setting up and monitoring of email campaigns and generated leads. Also, It's budget friendly. This was actually one of the positives the Marketing lead in my company shared when getting approval for us to adopt this software. Another exciting feature which makes HubSpot pretty easy to use is it's tracking feature. You can easily check on some of your activities, from scheduled emails to metrics like how much clicks and reads you get on say, your blog post and how much traction you're getting from email marketing. This is aided by a really cool dashboard that shows everything clearly.

Cons

Not so much is wrong with HubSpot's software in my opinion. Only that it may not be so much of a perfect companion for organizations that aren't big on content production.

Overall, this software seems like an awesome all-in-one system that will be able to keep all of my marketing work consolidated and organized...once I get the hang of it, that is.

Pros

After hearing about Hubspot for years, I've finally found myself in a role where I'm using it every single day. And while I'm very new at it, I can already tell that Hubspot can do a lot of everything. So much of our organizations work - marketing, sales, analytics, reports, communications among the team - it all lives in here. It's quite impressive.

Cons

With so many functionalities, it's been easy for me to feel overwhelmed when first starting in Hubspot and navigating to the functions that I need. Perhaps with a proper tutorial or training, I'll feel more confident. But as of right now, there's just a lot going on in here.

Hubspot is very easy to use, even without any training. Support is world class. Always there, and once you have logged a problem, Hubspot support staff starts immediately working on it.

Cons

Some of the more sophisticated features, such as scoring or developing personas, require more knowledge, that is not always easy to find.

It takes a lot for me to decide to pay for the many many subscription apps out there. HubSpot is a worthy investment. It is a tool I use daily to be able to see if people are reading my e-mails and helps me to respond to them in the moment at times when they are. I have been able to track board members who do not open e-mails and then follow up with those that are supportive and looking at communications from our organization.

Pros

This is been a useful app that I use on a daily basis!!

Simple. Everything is just so easy, from talking with our sales exec, the demo of product, the signing of contract, the price, onboarding, our AM team, the developers we had to work with for a custom project - all just super easy. The whole team is easy to reach and on it. If we need our sales rep, we can still reach him. We really don't, as our CX team is so wonderful, but if we needed him he would answer - we tested it. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

Pros

Coming from Marketo, I must say the ease of use. I rarely jump on, as our marketing operations manager heads up our marketing and sales tools; however, if I need to it is very easy. The onboarding process was simple, intuitive and the team was fantastic! This company delivers value and impeccable service. It's rare that a company lives up to their reputation or their word, these days, but HubSpot does both. They have far exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend to anyone using a marketing automation platform. HubSpot sets the bar high.

Cons

Operations Manger mentioned that her wish list (not dislike, more like a wish list) would allow for the ability to automatically delete someone from the system when they don't meet specific criteria. Now you have to build lists and it is a manual process. Not that it's hard or anything, we just prefer automated processes.
