Cons

Great experience. If you ever face any challenges you can always reach out to their help functionality as well as take any of their free certificates. Alternatively you can chose to (rather than taking a whole course and getting the certificate) just take the classes on the matters you want to learn. It is a great software that allows you to further and better target your customers. Would recommend.

Pros

The ability to do really indept marketing automations, specially if you also use Hubspot as your CRM and for all your marketing campaigns. Having all this information and data in will allow you to really target your customers using marketing automation! Another great thing is the fact that Hubspot has a Free Academy with plenty of certifications (some of them on their software, but others are just marketing certifications for you to learn more and further your knowledge.

Cons

It took me a bit to get a hold of it but in fairness I was new to setting up marketing automation. Also, I should probably have done their free Hubspot Academy training before starting setting up more complex automations.

This is the software you technically don't need support to find your way around. Once you have an average literacy, you can find your way around it. Very easy!

Cons

Even without subscribing to premium packages, they can allow you to do your business with ease. You are free to upgrade anytime you want without pressure.

Cons

Sometimes the customization of their tools are limited visually, so you're stuck with some thing that looks ugly and similar to others across the internet.

Pros

We are fully on board with HubSpot's Inbound marketing process. We love the website development platform which is perfect for working on projects as a team. The built-in staging system is beyond comparison. Their CRM coupled with the direct integration in digital marketing is a really powerful tool.

Cons

Because of the breadth of features and capability, the learning curve is a little steep at first, but well worth it.

Pros

I love the fact that this has sequences which most of the CRM systems lack. I love the fact that their design is very intuitive and easy to use. I love the simplicity of the software and ease of use. Also there is several settings available. ITs Free to use as well..

Cons

The most important feature is also its most buggy feature. Sequences dont work as they should all the time and this has caused several issues on my end. Document uploading feature works well but when you try to upload it direct Google apps there is a problem with it you need to refresh gmail before the document is reflected.

I greatly enjoy the ability to manage my campaigns in one spot. I can easily blog, create landing pages, and manage emails. It's super great.

Pros

The social scheduling makes social media much quicker and provides the metrics so I don't have to search each site individually. The work flows are a huge help because I can set up drip campaigns and easily add leads to them.

Cons

Not as easy to make "techy" customization and integration, but most folks don't need to dig this deep anyhow!

The landing pages have worked beautifully, especially after we fixed the domain issue. If you only have the basic subscription then expect customer service communications to take some time to work out, since it operates through chat and email only.

Pros

Out of all the martketing so, we use the landing page builder the most so far. The templates and drag-and-drop functionality make it really easy to build new pages.

Cons

We had some difficulty with the domains at first. We thought potential clients would see the default domain as a little sketchy (eu.1.hubspot.com/companyname), and it certainly wasn't wasn't the link we wanted to show up in advertising.

Switched from

Hubspot had more capabilities and an easier user experience.

I like it. Once you have forms setup, you can add them to your site, get emailed when a customer wants more info, and then go close a sale! Its great!

Pros

The workflows and template machine is simple to use and I love how once its setup, you just let it happen! It brings sales to you!

Cons

Sometimes the forms didn't always work. Not sure if it was on my end or not, but I felt like a few forms didn't get to me. I ended up hearing from a couple customers who said we never replied, because we never got the email.

Very easy to use, Hubspot is now a tool I use everyday in my job. Perfect for emailing, landing pages and even creation of website and blog...!

Cons

At first it can be a little hard to understand the process you have to go through before publishing an official page, but once you master it, it gets pretty easy to handle.

The allows me to save countless hours each day through email automation.

Pros

Automating email marketing is definitely a highlight of Hubspot. The process of creating emails and then putting them into workflows is straightforward. The ability to preview each email in different email providers is a big plus and it means that all of our emails are optimised before they are sent. Support is also great. Whenever I run into a problem or I am not sure how to do something, the customer support people at Hubspot get back to me very quickly on the live chat and most of the time resolve the issue on the spot.

Cons

Creating templates for email and landing pages is very clunky. But it doesn't stop there... mobile optimising these templates is very frustrating and requires manual hacking and lots of trial and error. For your average user, this can be very difficult.

I feel like the reporting tools can some times be confusing and won't really provide the info I'm looking for.

The community manager area is used daily and they are happy that they should not be awake so late at night to make a post that is required in a campaign

the post automation helps you a lot by being able to have everything in order and do not forget to make a post, additionally, the propagation system is good when a client has multiple platforms, as a community manager it is a tool that should not be missing.

Cons

It is easy to use, the truth is that anyone of any level can use it, but it is always good to be able to take a small tour on the tool to be able to know all the potential it has.

Pros

I like that it's pretty straight forward. It's not too data cluttered and kind of looks like I'm on a social media website. HubSpot's been polished tremendously as well. I love their blogs and interactive platforms, webinars. These guys really want you to win.

Cons

Its not as high functional as you might want it to be. You can't setup email drip campaigns in HubSpot.

Cons

The design side could be better, comparing examples like wordpress, Squarespace, mailchimp, etc. The collateral/file management system isn't ideal.
