Whole team Inbound/Outbound capabilities. Training/certification is world-class leveraging HubSpot's homegrown LMS.

Pros

Full inbound and outbound functionality. Email. CMS. Lead scoring and qualification. Integrates into all sorts of other tools like Totango, Salesforce, Postalytics, CallRail, Sigstr...the list goes on.

Cons

I do not like the developing templates in HubSpot requires knowledge of HubSpot's coding language, Hubl. Modifying templates can also be a drag, if you're not html/CSS savvy.

\- Social media posting - Campaign planning - Blog designing and publishing - Content Calendar creation and maintenance - Social media reporting - Analytics and tracking of views, conversions, impressions.

Pros

The ease of learning the software is great. I like their support system. They are quick in responding and solve problems at the earliest. The customized design for blogs and landing pages helps make the brand unique. Scheduling social posts is convenient and less time consuming compared to other platforms.

Cons

It does not work well on the mobile web. Also, while setting up the blog on the customized design format, the HTML code acts weird at times.

I love how it connects everything we use in marketing into one amazing platform. It makes reporting on campaigns so simple and ties absolutely everything you do on a day to day basis together.

Cons

It does take a while to learn. You have to really commit to using the software because it's not an easy transition.

I am building a contact list and content-marketing it as much as I can, and for that it suits me well.

Pros

You get so much value, so many ways to grow your business. I especially like the new email marketing tools which are superior to competitors I've used. I especially like the support and how HubSpot seems to know what I'm doing and how to get more of their product based on what I'm doing with it any time.

Cons

Some UI inefficiencies cause a few extra steps, but once you learn them it becomes intuitive.

Mailchimp's contact DB didn't give me enough customization - i capture a great deal of specific info for my contacts and Hubspot does whatever I ask of it.

TIME! Hubspot has saved our team hundreds if not thousands of hours through the automation tools included.

Pros

1) EXTREMELY easy to integrate the forms with essentially any type of website. The form embed feature allowed me to literally copy and paste a few lines of code to integrate the entire form into the website thats connected hubspots system. 2) The CRM system gives our sales/marketing teams an incredible communication tool that keeps everyone on the same page as to where the leads are in the buyers journey. 3) Freakishly responsive support. If I have any questions regarding the features of this software or regarding integration into other apps, my questions are answered almost immediately.

Cons

The pricing. While this program is WELL worth the price, I still wish there was a way to pay per use instead of the monthly retainer. With that said, a month for a package capable of handling essentially 100 contacts at once, is a great price. Not to mention again the FREE crm system

Pros

As we are a University, we need to make constant contact with our students and with students who are interested in studying at our Institution. The tool has totally changed how we communicate with them, e-mails for example became smarter, now we can understand opening rates, read time and which CTAs have attracted the most attention and were most clicked. We optimize our time and understand what kind of content is most interesting to our target audience.

Cons

We are located in Brazil and, so far, the charges made by HubSpot are all in US dollars. This is tricky for us as the exchange rate changes daily and it is difficult to predict exactly how much we will have to pay in contract renewals.

help create your own landing pages and forms, and add the text you want, and you have the necessary tools to inform your prospects about how you intend to use, store and process their data and about their rights. Help the sales department to maximize their relationship with them. In order to obtain new clients, the correct administration of the data of all the businesses is fundamental; In order to evaluate the best sales channels, the conversations with the prospects and until the time it takes a new sale to close.

Cons

It does not have any tool to join the information of the contacts of different organizations; and does not have the ability to add multiple email addresses to a single contact record.

Having experience with other CMSs, I could say hubspot made our work easy. Documentation is elaborate with examples. With little learning, non technical users were able to update our website content.

Pros

Module building is a breeze. Previewing features are awesome. There's a way to achieve everything we can think of. HubDb dynamic pages is a life saver. Friendly Customer service.

Cons

Code editor could use an update. Like Emmet abbreviations, enclosing selected text with quotations, braces. Staging should be available after a page is moved live. That way we could preview hubdb dynamic row data pages. Hubdb rich text editor could have more features.. like headings.

Hubspot is more than a CRM, it's a new philosphy to start in your company to get more of your leads through inbound marketing. You can track how your content is working and what works best for your company.

Cons

You can't post in social networks through the mobile app at this time. That would be very useful also to have insights inside the app how your posts are performing best.

HubSpot has proven a highly valuable tool to add professionalism and sophistication to inbound marketing efforts. Of greatest value is the ability to use HubSpot lead tracking, conversion and new customers integrated with Salesforce to prove to executive management the value of the investment to nurturing new customers for the salesforce to close.

Pros

HubSpot exemplifies everything it recommends. It is content rich. Its blog, free gated downloads, webinars are exceptional. HubSpot led classroom training is valuable to engage wider stakeholders broader across the business. The HubSpot Academy Inbound Certificate is a no brainer and free.

Cons

HubSpot requires back-up from a digitally savvy inbound marketing team 2-3 people. A HubSpot partner agency can also ensure that the online strategy and website is designed to gain the maximum advantage. The freemium Leadin tool provides limited functionality for start-up businesses.

My overall experience with Hubspot has been that it's extremely powerful, but you need to invest a lot of time up front learning to harness that power. The learning curve is steep, but it's well worth it if you need a powerful, all-in-one solution.

Pros

Hubspot is a complete marketing automation solution. CRM, email service provider, marketing automation, design studio--it's all there. Many of my clients use Hubspot as an all-in-one platform, which makes it very cost-effective as a single solution.

Cons

Along with extreme power comes a good bit of complexity. Hubspot is NOT easy to use by any standard, even when compared to larger, enterprise-level platforms. It does help that Hubspot offers an affordable certification program and an easily accessible "Academy," but I'm not a fan of platforms so complex that they require such extensive education resources.

Pros

This is a great tool for marketers to generate leads through outbound and inbound. You're also able to track the full funnel. This is great because you're able to align your marketing and sales efforts.

Cons

I found that HubSpot is great for smaller sales teams. Once you get over 50 sales reps it can be a little clunky and not as intuitive. For example- there's not a real way you can send an email on automatically through a trigger on the sales reps behalf.

Pros

Hubspot's package is to be an all in one stop for marketing automation needs. I will say parts of it did not meet expectations when it was originally purchased for our inbound marketing needs.

Cons

Video syndication on our page was too much and we had difficulties working with the staff on updating the settings. Some parts of the overall user experience could be simplified, but the staff was typically good and could be relied on response time for assistance.

Pros

Hubspot cos is the most comprehensive content management and optimisation solutio out there. We have tried multiple ways of maintaining a website - WordPress, bootstrap, but Hubspot cos rules them all. Built for classic b2b startups.

Cons

Support is not fast enough. We have find the support response time to be not fast enough.
