Overall I give Hubspot a five for it has a lot of features that help give my business a very professional look and feel.

Pros

I have used Hubspot for over two years and it is one of the best CRM's for keeping in touch with my subscribers.

Cons

Though Hubspot is good I do wish it had more automatic integrations to more social sites.

Pros

I have been using Hubspot marketing automation fir more than 2 years and it has evolved with very useful features ever since. I use workflows and sequence for Hubspot on a daily basis.

Cons

Social media listening and integration is something that's missing from the tool.as of now, only twitter can be monitored from Hubspot, not other channels.

Really great experience. Our team is new to Hubspot but we were able to understand and get what we need when using Hubspot features and tools for our Marketing campaigns

Pros

Hubspot Marketing is really great and it is easy to understand, the automations are great and the features and options are really useful. Worth the price!

Cons

Maybe they can give an option on their pricing? Not all businesses need specific tools in one bundle for example the ticketing feature that they include in Marketing bundle, it would be great if that can be adjusted or optional.

We really enjoy using HubSpot, it helps us create a beginning-to-end marketing plan and execute it without ever losing any information.

Pros

The best part about HubSpot is that everything is in one place. Landing pages, forms, email marketing, contacts, and so on. I can track just about any movement from a lead or customer because everything is housed under one roof. It also makes it extremely easy to not have too many integrations that can cause headaches.

Cons

I wish there were items that were a bit more customizable. Although you can create custom fields, some of their basic fields are different than what we use internally, and can be difficult. Also, the reporting (although getting better) is a bit rigid.

Pros

Hubspot made marketing effortless. Couple this with the fact that the CRM and ticketing solutions were all integrated; this made Hubspots marketing automation a dream come true. Our clients deployed them across their franchises

Cons

The pricing was a bit high, but otherwise the software is amazing

Pretty solid. I like to use it mostly as a database for storing our industry partner contact information and history.

Pros

I like how easy it is to use. The CRM is pretty basic, and most people can figure it out even if they aren't great with computers

Cons

The integrations fall off pretty frequently so I have to reconnect them. The chat plugin was causing issues on the website so I had to disable and use a different platform.

Pros

Easy to use with many features baked in. Many of their components are interconnected, so it's easy to connect actions with landing pages you made or emails you've sent.

Cons

Not a lot of scoring options. Have to create many duplicate rules for repeatable actions like 'visited a resource page'

It has been a great discovery for my line of work. I use it everyday and not looking for a new one.

Pros

It has many options and features to organize your campaign and keep track of your tasks. Also great for database. It integrates perfectly with your other apps, such as mail and messaging

Cons

Once you get familiarized is easy to use, but it can take you a long time to get to that point. First you have to overcome a learning curve.

Pros

A little over six months ago, one of my clients introduced me to the HubSpot automation suite. I was pleasently surpried with how easy it was to get started and integrate the tools available in order to satisfy my client's demands.

Cons

As soon as I got started with HubSpots automation tools I could tell that my experience would be pleasent. As an online presence manager for businesses, I don't like wasting time trying to integrate tools that don't work. In the case of HubSpot, everything went perfectly, no Cons.

I love Hub Spot, and use if daily for my job, it's made my work atmosphere a lot less stressful, and tasks easier to manage and accomplish! I would recommend Hub Spot to anyone who practices sales, or events.

Pros

I like the way it does your job for you. Sends follow ups, and direct email without you having to do so, and I like the way you have the ability to set up sequences with automatic replies and what you wish to say in the original email. I like the way it's automatically linked to your personal email for Outlook, or whichever work email, letting you know when someone has replied, and you can send a response through your email, don't have to go through H.S. necessarily.

Cons

There's nothing I don't like about it, besides sometimes I receive messages stating there is an error, or a problem with the emails going through..but at the same time, it's good info to know!

My overall experience is very positive. HubSpot does a good job at delivering the promised features and values.

Pros

HubSpot offers pretty much all the necessary tools for you to manage your content marketing. You can plan your content, create topic clusters, write your drafts, plan the promotion on social networks, and so much more in HubSpot. And the good thing is that HubSpot handles all of this (almost) perfectly.

Cons

HubSpot is prone to occasional bugs and other dysfunctions. The other downside is that the UX can be messy. Sometimes functions you've been using can be moved to another menu, which is very irritating.

It is great - the customer support side as well. They have a full-stack to really bring everything to the next level.

Pros

This product has really stepped up in recent years. I think it is comparable to Marketo now and has come a long way.

Cons

They are only missing the MSI (Marketo Sales Insight) feature and I don't know if this will ever come around as it would require SFDC to allow a stronger partnership which is a direct competitor to them on the SalesHub CRM side.

Pros

Hubpost actually drew me in from their free e-books, write-ups, blogs, and all of the fantastic content. I still engage in all of their newsletters and emails, they provide such valuable information. Hubpot as marketing is incredible. We use it with Shopify and other client stores we help run, it gets the job done as has made things so incredibly easy for us.

Cons

No real cons thus far. I think the biggest thing was how long it took us to use them for more than just the newsletters and information. Hubspot is awesome!

I like the "one stop shop" aspect of Hubspot. Designing a custom theme, having a place to classifiy leads and content sharing are all essential tools.

Cons

Though there are many packed features, the pricing should scale depending on the business size. Small Business owners and start-ups may opt for individual packages from different providers to cut costs.

HubSpot is a solid tool, that could be refined a bit for overall better functionality. It's not overly complicated or pricey so it's a great option compared to some of its competitors.

Pros

HubSpot is user-friendly and a great value for the price. There are tons of online resources and training courses to help users become familiar quickly. This product helped us do almost everything we needed it to to. It's a great tool for connecting all your company data in once place and adding automated functionality to your marketing tactics.

Cons

There are a few simple functions that the software is unable to perform, but seem like they should be standard. Support is there, but is seems like it always takes a while to get my questions answered so I tend to dig online for answers before dealing with support. I also don't love how sales will immediately contact you after filling out a form to download resources from the HubSpot website even if you are already a customer.

I didn't choose. I started doing work for a company that already used HubSpot.

Pros

I really do enjoy using Hubspot. It's a massive product, yet it still manages to stay user-friendly. It makes my life as a marketer easy as everything is in one spot. I don't need multiple subscriptions. I also love Hubspot's Inbound event - it's a must-go conference for anyone in sales and marketing.

Cons

I do wish the onboarding into HubSpot was more hands on. When we signed up over a year ago I found the process kind of fragmented. I had different points of contact and not one sole person who sought to understand my needs and my skill level. It was more of a product tour than actual helpful onboarding. It took us some time to be fully on Hubspot for that reason.

Pros

You can do a majority of your digital marketing from HubSpot, which is awesome. One stop shop for all your needs. There are a ton of features, so it can be a little overwhelming at first. But one you get it, it's easy to use!

Cons

It's extremely expensive. You can easily use a few different softwares and end up paying less than half of what you would pay with HubSpot. The contracts are also a tough as they lock you in for years at a time.

Overall, Hubspot has been benifitial to our company, made our sale steam more efficient and improved the speed of our workflow. Their customer service is great! This makes them more than a software and be assured that we'll find a solution if something goes south.

Pros

It was handful for our small team to help us track our sales in a easy to use interface. Everytime that we have a new employee, Hubspot has good free content so they can learn it themselves, quickly and effienctly making it a self-explanatory platform, which is rather rare even these days. The Hubspot's customer support is also really proffessinal and there when needed. Overall it's one of the best softwares we use for marketing.

Cons

The Hubspot's Landing Page builder isn't as good as other no-code services. It's more complicated it to customize it as we wanted. It's also quite complicating to migrate from previous platfroms. Hubspot should make migration easier from a wider ranges of APIs.

It exceeded out expectations! Performed perfectly and allowed me to even blast out my personal blogs to specific clients that requested them. Pretty much will do anything you can think of in regards to business marketing.

Cons

It was sophisticated to say the least, so for me it was really intimidating. Thankfully my manager handled the software primarily and was able to show me the basics for what I personally needed it to do.
