Perfectly suites marketing purposes in B2B realm.

Pros

Very powerful workflow tool. Basically you can set up and customize any workflow or sometimes the series of workflows. Your creativity is the limit. Great customer service. If you experience any kind of difficulties you can be sure that HS. Superb learning resources and community forum. You can simply google a problem and in 99% you will find a solution. HS has multiple connectors and integrations.

Cons

Price is relatively high. Design tools are not very user-friendly and somethings lacking some flexibility. It impacts your emails and landing pages. But basically you can solve this issue by utilizing service like Unbounce. Analytics and reporting tools are not very flexible and sometimes you are expected to purchase additional adds on.

Pros

Hubspot delivers all the best digital marketing tools you need to be really competitive in a great package. The tools are easy to use and learn with great design and intuitive IU. It integrates with every respectable marketing automation tool and delivers great results. Creating nice reports to share in meetings is great and it’s easy to manage users and roles.

Cons

The pricing for some who are used to using online free tools is a bit steep to digest but actually quite fair. You will need to set it up And there is some stuff to learn and master but Hubspot offers so much learning material and resources, that anyone who wants to get good at it can.

Pros

The software is very intuitive and you can understand the dashboard easily without any advanced preparation. I used it for email marketing and it was nice to have everything together and integrated.

Cons

I struggled with google account integration since there is a limit for email sending and bunch of emails were failed to send. As well, it is costly but the free version is very very limited without any ability to integrate calendar

FB, Twitter - whatever you need, Hubspot handles it with social media. You can track post stats, schedule posts, etc, all from one convenient location.

Cons

WIsh they had their free version still, and allow 2 users at once. It's pricing puts it out of reach of most small businesses.

### "Easy to use platform, Great for the price"

We were able to solve our email automation problems by creating drip campaigns within a matter of days. Hubspot also allowed us to have a 360 view of our customers on the individual contact level so we could build highly targeted and segmented content.

Pros

Ease of use. It's able to host multiple marketing tools under one platform (email, analytics, CRM, landing pages). The workflow/drip campaign feature is also really easy to set up and understand. I love the knowledge learning center and 24/7 support options.

Cons

Missing key features that many competitors have as a standard, such as A/B testing in workflows.

With everything taken into account, this app is awesome for project supervisors and account supervisors. There are a great deal of valuable and supportive elements. Hubspot is an astounding application that has everything. As an advertiser I find Hubspot very valuable for my day to day work undertakings.

Pros

The main motivation for involving this program is to have a focal area for all correspondence so when a partner is out and about another can step in and work on the project. I love that I can make an undertaking for any individual from my contract group and go on the web and check the situation with a task. Any individual from the group can hop in to close an open door. It is an extremely valuable program.

Cons

Here and there are some template formats that are not the best and also difficult to work with.

Overall, I've seen success with HubSpot. Coming from other CRM/Marketing Automation platforms, HubSpot does some things a little different but after enough use you can get used to it.

Pros

I like the user interface. It makes the product very easy to use. I also like how the CRM and Marketing aspects are in one place.

Cons

Some process can be cumbersome or unintuitive until you get used to them - such as list management. It would be nice if the email development tool had an option for develop emails from scratch instead of trying to override template rules.

The customer service is great and they are really fast responding and fixing problems when you are not using the API with third-party software.

Cons

There are problems sometimesReally good, one of the best in the market by far. Also the academy helps a lot to know the full potential of the tool. given the volume I think, so I have to wait a few times (5 or 6 over 2019) because I couldn't see the lists or I did not have access to workflows.

Hubspot Marketing is such a complete tool, that has made our work not only simplier, but faster and better. Automating campaings, email blasts, and promotions through workflows has made our work easier, letting us focus more time on creating better content.

Cons

It does take some time to learn all the features hubspot offer, so you do have to take the learning courses which are a couple of hours each. But they are totally worth it.

Hubspot is very helpful and has steered us to improve our use of the product. Our marketing team raves about the functionality and has continued to advocate for using more products from Hubspot. As a startup, we were able to get a significant discount for our use.

Pros

Each contact has a full record of the communication with them. We've integrated our platform and other software with the platform allowing us to use the hub as a full communication record. API access was easy to access and learn about.

Cons

So many features means that it can be hard to understand how to use & where the functionality is in platform.

Pros

I like that as a marketer you can brainstorm, collaborate, edit and publish content easily. I also like that the sales and marketing tools are all in one area with a simple click in the corner to switch back and forth. The social media publishing tool is easy to understand and the reporting is basic enough for simple reports. They are always listening to customer ideas and improving the software!

Cons

At times it can be a bit buggy and reporting isn't always quick to up date. Customer support is helpful and it's easy to get a hold of them but they aren't always able to find a solution right away and most of the time have to follow up via while you wait.

Pros

The best feature is marketing automation with lead nurturing emails and smart content. LPs are another great thing about Hubspot. You can make interesting LPs for all campaigns free of cost, it's included in monthly package. Very good for SEO and their tips and training is amazing.

Cons

The social media module needs heavy improvement. Also, the template making in emails and LPs need some improment to make it more user friendly.

Okay - it's hard to judge because its the only software of it's type that I have used, but I imagine there is better out there.

Pros

I like that it is a one-stop shop for all marketing whether its lead generation, email marketing, social media, landing pages, or advertisements.

Cons

Even though its a one-stop shop, none of the programs are outstanding. You are able to do a lot of things, but not a lot of things well. It's also very clunky trying to go back and forth between different tasks.

Its very easy to use and train new users on as the user experience has really been considered. The support function is incredible.

Pros

Hubspot makes it easy to bulk upload content and cross-post on almost all social media accounts. These are huge pluses in my book.

Cons

Hubspot is limited in some of it's content posting. It doesn't support vertical video which is crucial for today's content marketers. They are also limited in which LinkedIn profiles they can post video too. Why???

Pros

I love how versatile and easy to use this software is. We were able to implement it throughout the company quickly, it's so easy!

Cons

Nothing to complain about other than when integrating with other apps, there are glitches somethings. Example, integrated with Outlook, there are some bugs such as not being able to adjust fonts or copy/paste but that could also be an Outlook glitch.
