It covers several parts of marketing, from analytics, to email marketing, to lead nurturing, website optimization, SEO and much more. I've been using it since 2010 and it has only gotten better over the years.

Cons

Honestly cannot think of anything I don't like about it

Loved the platform and would have stayed, but there was no good option for a small business that needs more functionality than the starter package but cannot offered to jump up to the Professional package.

Pros

Very easy to use and great UI. Excellent list and contact management

Cons

Seemed that HubSpot was reducing functionality available for starter hub and jumping to the Professional subscription was more than double the cost.

Pros

This software is great to have. I use it each and every day at work. We have seen a significant growth in leads utilizing this program for our marketing efforts.

Cons

I wish that it was a bit easier to use some of the templates for emails/ landing pages. The templates that HubSpot provides for free when you first sign up are terrible and bare bones. You have to download free (or pay) for templates to be successful here.

Very easy to use. If you're not familiar with Hubspot, they make it very easy to jump into and learn. Their customer support is also fantastic.

Cons

Lacks some features that competing solutions offer. Not being able to a/b test emails that are in workflows is a bummer.

Good tool overall but certain parts could be more polished. Please add Microsoft ads integration if you reading this review.

Pros

Lots of features. Can create landing pages, forms, email campaigns. Easy to send leads to Salesforce. Integrates with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook.

Cons

Does not have integration with Microsoft ads so tracking the performance of search ads in Bing is difficult. Most landing page templates are ugly and hard to configure.

Amazing. love this product. Wont be using any other again (unless it's imposed on me).

Pros

Everything. It's quite simply the best Inbound Marketing system i've ever used (and i've used a lot). - The free version is awesome, especially for SMB's or startups. - The 'startup' discount (for startups that want the full version) is incredible (circa 90% discount for a year!) = You've got to love this product suite! It is awesome.

Cons

Honestly, there's not much i dont like. Possibly the chat widget has less 'customisation' than other dedicated chat systems e.g.) Drift.

We love that they seem to have thought of everything!

They bought out a service that we used to sync data with another crm and then no longer offered it. Seem like a round about way to cut people off from using other crms.

Pros

I love the cohesive dashboard and the ability to track all marketing efforts. There are a lot of initiatives I can perform without any extensive IT supoprot.

Cons

It does take a bit of a learning curve, especially coming from using other software. This is expected though with all types of software.

Cons

Everything has a price. Each feature has a cost and some items you have to upgrade to get.

While there was a slight expectation to learn and adapt, I immediately acknowledged that it is so natural to have everything in the showcasing center point working flawlessly together. I exchanged over my area so I can have better structures, circle back to examination, and utilize the blog. Overall it's a very robust platform with some hindrances for ecommerce focused companies.

Pros

It had a great CRM that catalogs everything for you from email opens to website activity. Their customer service is very responsive and helps find a solution to any problem. It's relatively easy to create automated emails.

Cons

They are a great service for B2B companies but for B2C companies, they lack a few basic elements. They don't have the best connection to Shopify. It doesn't pull in detailed order information so you can't send abandoned carts with the products they abandoned or review emails since the items they ordered aren't pulled in. Because deals, which for B2C are orders, are kept separate some of their workflow functionality isn't available when you create a workflow based off of a deal such as list membership.

Pros

Integrations with so many other programs and tools, a very easy UI, AI that helps you gather very detailed information about your leads, monitoring that allows you to easily segment, aI that helps you reach out to each segment in a targeted fashion, incredible customer service.

Cons

Nothing works all the time, including HubSpot. sometimes the email, landing page, or web page builder gets a bit buggy, but to be honest, I have never used a tool that was completely flawless all the time. I'd say HubSpot is flawless 90% of the time. The email template (or Design Tools) tab is also a bit odd... not too much instruction given by the company that I have found for utilizing this an many times HubSpot's style-sheets can interrupt certain coded modules. (not a common problem but I have come across it)

Email Marketing Automation is simplified, and in comparison to a campaign tool such as InfusionSoft, this is much better.

Pros

Ease of Use for Non-Techy Team Members: This software allows for an in-house marketing team of 1 (or many) to be able to perform all digital marketing functions for the company from creating a website with landing pages, to inbound marketing campaigns, social monitoring and scheduling, to an easy to understand metrics and data dashboard.

Cons

It is not as flexible as WordPress in terms of plugins, but it does easily integrate with a WordPress website to still allow all the great CRM features, Data Measurement and Marketing Automation capabilities.

The power to fully customize how you market to your existing and prospective customer base. As lead software developer for a major tech reseller in Orange County, I've written a couple of applications to load sales data into Hubspot via their excellent API. This has allowed us to track abandoned shopping carts on our e-commerce sites, software renewals, and recent sales in real-time -- which allows us to tailor our email marketing to our customers' specific needs.

Cons

Nothing. As I said, the Hubspot API is well-documented, free of bugs, and extremely easy to use.

"IT´S ALL IN ONE" This software make the trafick your clients, what can be better than that? is incredible, so the service hub is an all-in-one customer service system that changes the way growing businesses approach and deliver customer support.

Cons

contact with the platform and customer service is slow to respond, sometimes is slow to search the customer program and have a quick result but this may be by alla the trafic that we used and colaps for a few minutes.

It's complicated but as you go "all-in" you will quickly see other opportunities and ideas. It can do it all!

Pros

This is made to connect and automate just about ANYTHING you want in the marketing universe. The only limitation is your ability to dream. So far it is capable if you are able to learn it and spend time in it.

Cons

It's HUGE - so it's a little bit like a giant box. It's amazing but if you don't have vision or ideas it's only going to do what you tell it to. Out of the box you can connect and do A LOT. With this it comes with some pretty crazy on-boarding to get you in the system.

We use HubSpot for our CRM, our marketing website, our email marketing and all of our marketing automation. It centralizes all our efforts and allows us to seamlessly track users from the acquisition stage to the 'evangelist' stage. We save ourselves a lot of time using automations as well.

Pros

The fact that you can track all your leads behavior from the moment that they first land on your site to every subsequent visit, action, form fill, email received, etc. Everything is on the contact's timeline, and/or in the property fields you set up. The workflow automations are limitless.

Cons

The controls can be a bit fiddly. Editing one page may require going to three different places in the application, as well as several clicks and edits. Sometimes caching issues get in the way of seeing updates while I'm modifying my screens.

It's free, and it's very good, great interface. On your path to a more sophisticated solution. You can manage your contacts and deals with ease.

Cons

The moment you need some advanced features the free version becomes limited, which is fair enough in any case. For instance marketing automation, it'd be great if it came for free as well :)

Pros

Hubspot is one of those marketing tools that just gets it right. It allows you to get a clear look at the big picture and the processes going in and out.

Cons

Aside from sometimes straining pricing policy, it is really hard to get started in Hubspot especially if no one on the team was familiar with the tool. Sometimes user interface is too dense to get around intuitively but you get used to it after a while.
