Pros

Hubspot is one of those marketing tools that just gets it right. It allows you to get a clear look at the big picture and the processes going in and out.

Cons

Aside from sometimes straining pricing policy, it is really hard to get started in Hubspot especially if no one on the team was familiar with the tool. Sometimes user interface is too dense to get around intuitively but you get used to it after a while.

Cons

Could be problematic if you forget to turn off a form, with the paths of the forms not being clear as well.

HubSpot is a huge part of my daily work routine. Keeping contacts, trialers, and customers organized, up-to-date with our product, and maintaining our blog and site pages are all simple with HubSpot's interface, which has a very small learning curve. For a SaaS startup, HubSpot has been invaluable, and I can't imagine running our current system without it.

Pros

HubSpot's customer support is incredible. They always get back to us within a few hours of an email, and have a dedicated support team that's always available when we need them. The contact management system makes it easy to keep all of our users organized and at the appropriate stage in our funnel.

Cons

The source information could be more useful. There are other tools that are more useful from an SEO perspective, but it is certainly still worth putting your own keywords and tracking URL's into HubSpot's system.

Pros

I like that I can see dashboards of specific kinds of activity, that I can track sales activities, CRM is easy, and that the analytics tools can talk to each other.

Cons

I don't like that the reporting isn't as easy as I hoped, the sales activities over time have to be filtered and don't just get archived for a previous year. Some of the functionality - like landing pages, websites, are more restricted to use.

Knowing who to follow up with and who not to is crucial - thank you HubSpot!

Pros

The tracker is easy to use, hands-down. One click on or one click off, and you're good to go. Knowing if something is clicked is a huge benefit too.

Cons

The tracker sometimes disappears inside my gmail. Scheduling emails is a side-benefit that also comes and goes and doesn't always send email when you schedule them.

Overall experience for good in the terms of lead generation but for email marketing, we faced spam issues for almost all of our email marketing campaigns

Pros

The lead generation and lead capture features are the ones that I use mostly along with email marketing for some specific countries. Lead generation tool is good for genuine leads.

Cons

Not easy for the first-timer. It requires good experience with hubspot in past and the documentation is too big to read everything in one go. Email marketing deliveries landed in spam for some time until we optimized them.

Pros

I'm satisfied with their automation tools, from CRM to email related services. We've been utilizing their tool to manage most of our marketing as well as sales side of business. It's easy to integrate to different analytics as well. It's great that we have reduced significant amount of communication resources from marketing to sales.

Cons

It's bit complicated to learn for the first time and takes time to educate each users. UI is great once you get the hang of it but we had to use individual YouTube tutorials to master some of the features we wanted to use.

Pros

EAsy to understand. Quick response from customer support. EMail markerting is one of the best features and creating and designating various contacts to various lists is an easy task.

Cons

There is nothing in particular that I didn't like but would have loved the app to be similar to the desktop version. I am always on the go so having the app do it would be a great advantage for people on the go like me

Its been a pleasant experience other than what was mentioned above.

Pros

I liked the user friendliness, and how visually appealing it was to use. It makes it easy for everyone to use.

Cons

On the phone, there are very limited ways to categorize the leads that come in. Also you don't get a notification when a new lead comes into your phone from Facebook (or any other type of platform) this is crucial when working with realtors.

Pros

If you know what you're doing, HubSpot is a great tool to use to automate many of your menial marketing automation tasks enabling you to become a more efficient marketer.

Cons

The cost. HubSpot is VERY expensive so be prepared to have a significant budget set aside to pay for this as well as having someone well versed in how to use it.

I liked the personalized e-mail option, as well as the human touch, the Company just seems to exude. Overall a great experience.

Pros

I like HubSpot software because it helped me generate more leads for my website, it also attracted more visitors to my website, and it turn I started to make more money. The software is easy to use and extremely user friendly. I highly recommend it.

Cons

The actual software takes a little long to upload, but so does any other as well. It depends on broadband speed, and perhaps mine is a little slower than in other countries. It wasn't a factor at all though.

Pros

I like how easy it is to use and that is is free. I downloaded and began using it within about 10 minutes which was a big advantage.

Cons

There is a limit to the number of emails you can track. As a sales representative I send thousands of emails a month. In fairness if I upgraded to the full paid version it allows you to track more emails I'm pretty sure.

Overall we are very satisfied with Hubspot and we only have the one con, everything else is a positive.

Pros

So organized and easy to use. Setting up emails to your customer base is simple and customizable. Easily create different lists of customers and design and send emails to those customers. The tracking metrics are probably the best thing so you can see how your emails are performing.

Cons

When creating emails, some of the customizations are sometimes un-customizable. Trying to change placement/text size can become an issue and this can lead to extra time spent on trying to fix issues that should be simple fixes.
