Pros

Bifurcation to an extent that you gain visibility into what's the customer reading, how many clicks to the email and even the ICP. Hubspot brings both sales and marketing teams together, makes sure there is no overlap in reachouts.

Cons

Nothing as of yet, that I could find as a loophole.

Collecting emails on auto pilot

Pros

My favorite part is that it's set and forget and I can leave it like that. I love all the additional features it has, but I need to understand how to use it, and I'm short in time so I keep postponing

Cons

I'm a bit frustrated when I need to try and understand how or what to do in order to use more features I'm not tech suvvy and I'm getting old to keep up with technology

Love, love, love HubSpot Marketing Hub! Their team is quick to respond to questions, but it's user friendly so you shouldn't have many ;)

Pros

The ease and accessibility of HubSpot made my work life so much more organized. A few of my favorite features are: being able to keep notes about customers, set reminders to check in with clients, and seeing when an email was opened

Cons

I would have like to have a complete training before using the software, because it would have kept things more organized from Day 1.

Cons

\- Monthly pricing can quickly increase based on database size - Limited campaign management capabilities, although I believe they're working on this in 2018 - Limited customization with standard, out of the box reports

More leads, less in house time needed, more landing pages then we ever imaged to have before, and a much better marketing strategy and platform overall.

Pros

There's so much Hubspot can help with. It's hard to pinpoint the best things but some of my favorites are 1. the support and online academy 2. the ease of joining with wordpress and salesforce 3. the step by step directions on each thing. It's so easy and clear to understand. Hubspot has a way of allowing the 'not to techy' people feel very engaged and a part of the team. Love it!

Cons

Probably the thing I don't love is the price. Although I completely understand why it's higher! Another thing is not actually know what all can be done with this software. I feel that we could advance so much farther in the use of it, we just need the time to look into it.

Overall, I would not suggest Hubspot to anyone and suggest you look elsewhere. There are plenty of other software that do the same thing and more, for less.

Pros

I like the mailing list feature that is built into Hubspot. I also like the option to sort contacts based on information or custom fields.

Cons

Hubspot is over priced and feature lacking. I purchased a 12 month term with Hubspot thinking I was getting certain features, to find out those feature were extremely dumb down. I feel they use trick marketing to get you to sign up. I do not feel I am getting the features I am paying for. I tried to reach out to billing support twice and receive no response.

Overall Hubspot is great to use for marketing automation. Very easy to use. Not the most advanced system but it makes it easy for anybody at any level to do automation.

Pros

From coming with no experience in creating marketing automation structure, Hubspot made it very easy for me to start running automation. For the most part it is very easy to use. There are also a lot of different integrations that work with Hubspot automation.

Cons

It's not overly advanced and there are some basic filters that I think should be added. There are only a few "small" features I dislike about the system.

Cons

Poor user permissions system. Reporting has a long way to improve. Lacks integration with Zone Advanced billing for lead to cash.

HubSpot Marketing Hub offered our small team a powerful automation tool that allowed us to see the analytics we really needed. Whenever a startup is looking for a marketing tool, I always suggest HubSpot first.

Pros

HubSpot Marketing Hub allows you to have a single platform where you can integrate all of your marketing channels for reporting. This makes it much easier to compare both paid and organic channels.

Cons

The only real downside is that the integration means that their analytics aren't as deep as what you get on each individual platform separately. That wasn't an issue for our team, but if you need to have greater granularity, you're probably going to be stuck managing each marketing channel separately.

Pros

I love this. From automated emails to setting up social media content and nurturing leads, this platform is fantastic. Truly has it all. I've used other all-in-one platforms (Sharpspring and others), but I think this might take the cake.

Cons

I've definitely come up against some roadblocks here and there where things just weren't all that intuitive. That being said, customer support was always easy to reach and incredibly helpful, so things were resolved very quickly.

Hubspot is a great tool for tracking and connecting with sales and marketing leads. Hubspot simplifies contact engagements by automating the sales workflow. You can easily create a workflow that engages with new leads automatically allowing you to focus on closing deals instead of spending so much time engaging customers directly. Hubspot tracks all of our website visits and graphs out our progress from the previous month. Overall I've found some things difficult to figure out but support is quick to reply to any tickets submitted and have been very helpful.

Pros

Ability to create lists, and workflows to streamline sales and marketing

Cons

It can be difficult to figure out how get some things to work but support is great and promptly answers questions.

Pros

Smart Content helps to show the content to specific audiences which is really helpful. Automation can be set to just for the users of specific category/specific behavior on the website. Contact users directly from contact record.

Cons

Steep Learning curve. Apart from that I don't see any issues with this tool.

I love everything about Hubspot. Their marketing, all the useful materials they offer, the automation and integration possibilities.

Cons

Sometimes I run into issues like having to add a 'State' as an address field. There is no such thing in Europe. They should be more flexible when it comes to European markets.

Overall it is pretty simple to use and we have found there are a lot of "how to" videos to refer to.

Pros

The email designer is pretty easy to use and there are plenty of templates to start from. It really allowed our enewsletter to look professional without a lot of design work. We also love the ease of integrating HubSpot with the forms on our Wordpress site - that was really easy to connect.

Cons

List management with hard and soft bounces are a little confusing - I do have to hop on with online support team and they walk me through

Cons

Overall, its a great software to use!

Pros

The best part is that the basic version is aboslutely FREE!. However the paid versions do come with a lot more features that is very useful when you want to switch over from the free version to the paid version. It makes tracking your customers extremely easy with HubSpot with every status at every stage of a deal. What I love too is the Chrome plugin that makes it extremely easy for me to track deals, potential clients, etc...

Cons

The thing I least like about HubSpot is the lack on integrations with other software. I believe they are working on Zapier integrations and other software.
