Pros

HubSpot is extremely powerful. There is nothing you cannot do with this service. Once you 've entered this universe, there is no way out anymore, be prepared ;-)

Cons

First of all: the price! HubSpot is extremely complex, to fully unleash the full potential you need to learn a lot. Yes, support is really helpful but I always had a feeling that I missed an important thing.

Were it to possess email capability (and that capability was comparable to the big ones out there - Aweber, Mailchimp, Agile, etc), Hubspot would be my go-to, and I would most likely subscribe to a proper plan JUST for that, as their other capabilities are amazing. The no-email is a dealbreaker, though, as is.

Pros

I love the fact HubSpot has every integration under the sun available, including a dedicated plugin for WordPress that basically makes it an on-site CRM. Adding capture forms, sorting leads/contacts, all super easy and intuitive.

Cons

There is no email/contact option outside of purchasing a plan. While this can be worked around using either a dedicated email platform or another CRM, it would be nice to include that feature with a monthly cap, similar to how their competitors work. Being able to test the email function on free mode, combined with all the other bells and whistles HubSpot offers, would be a knockout sales punch.

Pros

The possibility to integrate it with other systems, bring all your contacts into one place, slice and dice the database and effectively tailor your communications is absolutely priceless. In addition, the real-time reporting functionalities provide countless possibilities to look at the data and really help you improve decision making.

Cons

Creating the reports is not very user friendly. It's not immediately clear what needs to be done at each step of the process.

My overall experience from Hubspot learning to use marketing software is amazing. Words are not enough to draw satifaction online.

Pros

\-I have been given access to Hubspot during my MBA PG Diploma in Digital Marketing. -It had provided all sort of information for so much so that even newbie can understand all the concepts starting from basics. -Another good thing is they provide video series to learn. So its so easy to grasp the knowledge, As they try to put so much effort to make us understand as easily as possible. -they value each user above and beyond. Now Hubspot's Automation Software puts a lot of hard-working tasks on automation. Well, it has managed my leads, along with email series which designed only one time. After that, I just need to overlook analysis and needs to meet the expectation of the client, whether its blog or social media. I just need to plan and the software executes it. Saves a lot of time and workforce. And though I can utilize the saved time for making my self better and keep in touch with the new era. Thanks again to this amazingly designed automation software. Its one of a kind.

Cons

NONE. I could not come up with any. Even though I have gone through all perspective of software that has been provided.

Love it and would recommend it if you can pay for it.

Pros

Hubspot offers nearly everything a business would need for their sales and marketing departments. I use it daily to manage our corporate blog, social media accounts, mailings and landing pages. It does everything well enough to warrant choosing it over other specific tools that are slightly better. Integrations with everything under the sun make it particularly useful! And they even develop the integrations themselves very often, not the company whose software it connects to.

Cons

Support is bad, English only and often slow. Pricing has gotten worse over the years. Yes the platform has improved but now hubspot seems on par with Salesforce despite its hip, relaxed vibe.

If the website and UX was better I'd give it a 10. Otherwise, it works wonderfully for booking meetings.

Pros

I really like the ability to share my calendar with my clients and have them book meetings through that link. It saves countless emails going back and forth about when everyone is available. I also like that it plugs into Outlook so that I can create HubSpot meetings through a couple clicks.

Cons

The actual website is a little outdated and the UX can be confusing. Nothing that completely breaks the experience, but enough to be a pain at times.

We started using Hubspot about 6 months ago and it has consolidated the number of services we previously used for different marketing tasks - email, social media, blog posts, etc. all in to one platform. It also provides a tremendous amount of data regarding the performance of your marketing efforts.

Cons

This service/software is not cheap, but still provides great value based on all the features and functionality provided. If you're only looking for something to handle one aspect/channel of marketing this isn't for you.

Pros

It is a well-designed program with exceptional marketing tools and resources. Hubspot Marketing Automation has proven useful for my digital business campaigns.

Cons

Kudos to Hubspot for introducing an innovation that has helped a lot of businesses to establish an online presence. Hence, attracting buyers and clients. But the downside for me is that the plans are over-priced compared to other rival marketing automation platforms.

The ability to track and operate all of my digital campaigns in one place. The analytical data is also informative in progress tracking.

Pros

It's tracking ability and overall function of keeping all our campaigns in one place. Smart lists are also a great asset and the ability to segment out campaign releases according to time zones and optimal open rates.

Cons

The design template is not flexible enough to create outstanding landing pages and newsletters. I would like more font and template options and the ability to move sections around and customize.

We generate a decent amount of leads from the marketing. Due to some complications though, we do have lists that are disrupted and not necessarily receiving the correct information. Overall, it's done well reaching contacts. However, we have heard from some customers that they never receive emails. That number is small compared to the overall that do receive it.

Pros

It is great for storing data and creating campaigns. There is a lot of potential with HubSpot but it could benefit for some growth.

Cons

The automatic updates they push out have caused us a major headache when it comes to keeping data organized. It has also been very tedious at times to get templates to work for campaigns.

Pros

We use Hubspot primarily for email management/tracking... and the ability to instantly track/log emails sent from the company G Suite account, and have this information accessible by everyone in our company, is brilliant. The mobile app also send push notifications which are very handy.

Cons

The mobile app has been quite buggy, and is due to be updated. Which is slightly frustrating given most of our emails are sent when mobile, but that is not necessarily a massive issue as the desktop integration on Gmail works well.

HubSpot is a great marketing automation tool. Their blogging, SEO, and inbound best practices really are the best. They make it really easy to launch automation programs that are powerful and visually compelling.

Cons

There is a lot to be desired from the SalesForce integration, likely because SalesForce is trying to push more folks to their native tool, Pardot. This can be very frustrating if you have a sales team that operates within SalesForce. Also, their reporting and support was not up to par considering the cost

You can take a giant list, slice/dice and get down to work. It's not rocket science, beats digging ditches but at least you'll get reactions from your market.

Pros

the training, customer support is world class. Marketing is tough enough in the nanosecond age, Hubspot marketing IF you work with one of their Certified Partners can't lose. Hubspot will send one of their top trainers to a local meeting half way across the country, that is commitment.

Cons

Their crm bad, they admit it. It's free. It will get better but its brain dead, one long scroll down.
