You can take a giant list, slice/dice and get down to work. It's not rocket science, beats digging ditches but at least you'll get reactions from your market.

Pros

the training, customer support is world class. Marketing is tough enough in the nanosecond age, Hubspot marketing IF you work with one of their Certified Partners can't lose. Hubspot will send one of their top trainers to a local meeting half way across the country, that is commitment.

Cons

Their crm bad, they admit it. It's free. It will get better but its brain dead, one long scroll down.

Things have been going well with . It's been over a year and I feel like I know the product inside and out. It's amazing to be able to see all the granular data, so specific, on all of my marketing campaigns. Hubspot CRM is an amazing tool for anyone that loves marketing!

Cons

The pricing is bit high, otherwise the platform is best in the market.

Pros

Hubspot truly is the industry standard for a reason. You can do as little or as much as you want with this platform. The versatility is incredible and well worth learning.

Cons

It takes WAY too long to learn. While the capabilities are a huge plus, they are equally a downside to the software. There is so much going on that it's difficult to learn how to do exactly what you need to do. Sometimes I feel like it would be easier to have 5-10 different platforms that specialize in things like social media scheduling, email tracking, etc. than all in Hubspot.

It's freed up a lot of our workflows that we were doing manually. The CRM has been extremely helpful, as with our other CRM's prior, we were needing to setup Google Docs and what not to cover everything we needed to track. Hubspot has been able to take it all over.

Pros

The CRM was incredible, after having tested out a couple others (Nimble and Pipedrive), I was really impressed with how it integrated with our email, allowed for flexible email sequences and had the ability to manually enter actions. The marketing piece has been great over the last few weeks of integrating it. We're already very impressed with how it integrates with the site. More on this to come, but already our marketing person has been raving about all the capabilities.

Cons

Some of the features need to be tested out a little bit more before being set into the wild. The message function, while still barely out of beta, hasn't worked very well at all. It's supposed to be used on the marketing site, to chat with prospects coming on for the first time, however, the settings don't allow for scheduling. When you click offline and hit the refresh button, it puts you back online, so hard to tell if we've shut if off properly. Outside of that, no big complaints really. But like I mentioned, still getting accustomed to a lot of features.

I am really happy about this software and I think it has everything needed, not only for advances marketers but for all people that wants to have a good marketing digital strategy .

Pros

In our company we use Hubspot for all our digital marketing campaigns. It is usefull to manage all automatization and really easy to use. It has also a lot of functionalities and integrations with other applications allowing us to manage different type of campaigns and have all the results automatically imported to our database. Also the learning process is quickly and they offer you a wide selection of videos for training and learning.

Cons

Some new features need to be introduced, but, they are specific features that could be used for overview of processes or duplicating easily in workflows some blocks.

Cons

Very complex system, but the Google Chrome add-ons on Gmail are very imposing and invasive as they always randomly appear on your screen and toggle your keyboard.

Overall, I would recommend this software to anyone or any businesses who want to grow their business. I also hope they can improve the areas they need to improve so their products can be better in the future.

Pros

Hubspot product makes it easy for users to access when they are using this product. If anyone wants to grow their business, this product would be a great product you should use for your business. The email is also very easy to use because it could help me to track emails I receive from customers for my business, Joy's Jazz & Hip Hop Dance Studio.

Cons

There are some downsides of using HubSpot I notice in this software. It can be difficult to if you have a variety of websites, which can be too complicated to put each website into separate them with this software. Without a regular domain name, you will not be able to expand your websites. You will not be able to add tags to many ads on websites.

Cons

At the moment the only con this software has its my lack of knowledge, but the support team has been patient and always willing to help.

Pros

They have an excellent customer service crew. The complaints provided need not be dealt through email since they have a separate chat setup. It is very much applicable for small groups and business startups. Workflow is quite efficient and updated. Everything put up is simple and edible.

Cons

They are quite expensive. Such a price cannot be appreciated by all types of users. Whatever add-ons are requested, it all comes with extra money. Very often, changes are made and it turns out hard to keep track of things. Also, if we go above the limit of contacts, we will have to pay for that one too. Customization needs to be improved. Though some really good templates are present, they turn out to be really expensive to afford for business groups.

Hubspot Marketing helps our team manage a lot of our day-to-day activities. What we like best about it is that it's basically a one-stop shop for a wide variety of our marketing activities all hosted and saved in one place. We love the capability to pull reports as well.

Pros

Hubspot Marketing offers a ton of great features and allows you to do a bunch of different things in one spot. Our company uses many of the features to do things such as send email blasts, schedule social media posts on various platforms, create and manage blog posts, and more. Even with all these things, there are still a ton of other features we have not mastered yet, but are eager to learn.

Cons

Getting really nit-picky, it would be nice to track what keywords someone typed in to navigate to our website. I'd also like to be able to choose tags/keywords for blog posts.

We've greatly increased the number of marketing emails we are sending and are seeing an increase in sales activity.

Pros

I love that everything is connected. Our blog, landing pages, marketing email, automation tools, social media, online advertising are all there and talking to each other. It's also continually getting better. They come out with improvements regularly.

Cons

There are a few shortcomings that I would like to see improved in the future. For Example, the ability to calculate a property based on the time a contact did something.

I'm new to CRMs. I was pretty much managing my customers and conversations on my own with spreadsheets and different colored flags in my email to keep track of everything. Not only does this program save me time, but it also gives me peace of mind that all the different conversations I have with my customers are being tracked and organized. I also love how customizable it is, and that I can keep track how much each customer is spending with me, and if they are repeat customers.

Pros

LOVE the integration with Gmail, which hosts my biz email account -- it tracks all of the emails with my customers. It also integrates with MailChimp & JotForm, making it very easy to collect and organize new and potential customers. And I was able to customize absolutely everything in my dashboard to have it work the way I needed it to. I'm using the free version, and I can't believe how much is offered.

Cons

So far there are absolutely no complaints from me. I have found this software incredibly helpful and time-saving.

It could be cheaper. HubSpot offers great services but it gets expensive really quickly and some people just cannot afford it

HubSpot's marketing automation is so easy to use that we can enable anyone on the team to create their own automation. It isn't so difficult that only the admin can work in the software.

Pros

HubSpot's marketing automation is very user-friendly. Pretty much anyone can learn to use this software. One of the best things about it is that it integrates very well with Salesforce, so you can easily automate processes between both systems. Almost anything can be automated.

Cons

Some scenarios require a bit of workaround for figuring out how to automate, but this just depends on how complex your processes are. Support has become a hit or miss. You may have to explain your issue a couple of times, or you'll get someone who will immediately know what you mean and help push an update to fix it.

If you are a basic user of HubSpot and using it for less than ten accounts, I think it's a great program. Very user friendly and easy to manage. If you have a more complicated account, I would look elsewhere for a solution.

Pros

I found the software easy to use. Very intuitive and user friendly. There wasn't a big learning curve. After an hour or so of playing around with it, I was up and running. I used it primarily for social media management. And until we grew beyond the basic account, things were great.

Cons

If you need to manage more than 10 pages/accounts it becomes expensive. It priced itself out of our consideration set when we added an 11th location to the mix. We found a different solution with more bells & whistles at a fraction of the cost.

Great to house contact information and inbound marketing tracking, plus it has a lot of integrations with other tools we use, making the connection of data easy.

Pros

The fact that contacts, email, landing pages, blog posts and all other inbound materials and metrics are condensed into one platform is very helpful

Cons

The UX can be messy (although this seems to be recently updated), the customer support can take up to a few hours (when time is of the essence occasionally) and the landing page creation experience often requires a whole other skillset.
