Since we started using Hubspot in October 2015 it's changed the way that we work! Having all the tools we need in a single intuitive platform means that running and reporting on our own marketing is simple.

Pros

Easy to use. Great reporting. Plenty of Integrations. Ads addon and COS ad on are fantastic. Free CRM that integrates seamlessly. Great support.

### "Easiest Way To Market, Hands Down"

We use Hubspot for all of our marketing needs. It has everything you need all in once place, which has helped us reach our goals above and beyond. When we first joined Hubspot, our blog averaged 1,200 views a month. Now, we have over 23,000 unique visitors a month. Our business sells surety bonds, and if we can use Hubspot to market surety bonds (one of the most unheard of things on the market) then you can use it for your needs as well.

Pros

Everything is in one place Integrates your contacts from your blog to your email Allows you to publish and schedule social media without leaving your account Customer support is awesome

Cons

I haven't found anything about Hubspot that I particularly would call a 'con'. There have been issues that we have run into, but a simple call to customer support has always cleared things up.

Pros

With a range of services provided by one marketing software, it is hard to know where to begin. In my honest opinion the most applicable and useful feature is the online web analytics. When compared to the same service provided by Google, they are on the same level. Hubspot simply provides real time analytics based on online browsing, and content realization. The analytical reports can be customized and this would work incredibly in various business aspects.

Cons

With this software, marketing is at the edge of the finger tips, but there is a downfall to this as a user the filtering is a bit of an issue when trying to sort through the information. If this can be improved on then they will have a software which is rival to any other currently on the market.

Pros

HubSpot allows for businesses to customise the CRM for their business needs. There is great customer support from the HUbSpot team also and improvements are always being made.

You may be using multiple tools for every other task ,for optimizing and boosting your performance I would highly recommend it.Try it and you will definitely notice the changes and betterment

Pros

The software is a complete suite we can control all the social media uploads, general marketing through mails, contacts,CRM related conducts in just one place. Two things that I like the most are -email scheduling and second the lead conversion by tracking every movement.T he major bet you get over other softwares in the industry is that Hubspot optimizes and boosts the SEO which is a pretty hectic task if done manually.Overall a great tool for marketing.

Cons

The only con I face is the social media posting when there are tons of post but this could be a reason of heavy posting and more load.They sure need to work on this part but still this happens once in a while so worth forgiving

HubSpot is an incredible platform with many different amazing tools. They all work together flawlessly to give you an EPIC marketing center. I have a team of 5, and we all love HubSpot. It's super easy to learn and use on a day-to-day basis. Plus, they give you a TON of educational materials and training. I can't tell you enough how much I love HubSpot.

Pros

Besides the ballin software, they have teams that are dedicated to improvements. They continually invest in their products, and they ALWAYS put customers first.

Cons

None whatsoever. I love HubSpot as a tool, a learning center, and I have many friends there now – all because I am a customer. HubSpot is incredible inside and out, but if you don't take time to learn it all, you will not feel the same way I do. Invest that time. It pays off bigtime.

Being an IT service provider company, using this Marketing automation tool helps a lot! It delivers emails on-time to the customers/clients. Avoids moving our emails going on to the spam. There is no problem with losing information as it sents emails only when there were available online. It is highly recommended to startups and entrepreneurs if they want to hire an employee for less pay. Even for large scale enterprises, it would be a perfect solution for sending pieces of information through emails. It works efficiently, delivers on time, and improves your organizational growth.

Pros

Most of us don't like receiving unnecessary emails, isn't it? We have got a perfect solution to avoid this problem using the HubSpot Marketing Automation service. With this automation service, the emails are sent to the targeted people only when they available online and deliver in a person’s inbox on time. It works efficiently by avoiding emails going on spams and enhances our organizational growth.

Cons

HubSpot marketing services/tools allow their users to access and experience their services even with basic marketing experience. The user interface is designed in a very simple and understandable manner through which users can avoid spending lots of time on lengthy and complicated coding. It could be major helpful for startups/medium scale entrepreneurs, on hiring an employee for a less pay scale.

Pros

We use HubSpot for automating much of our email content. It also offers us a great many other tools for lead capture such as popup forms on our site that work really well for gated content. Creating automated workflows is easy and it is very intuitive.

Cons

Reports can be a bit fiddly to create but once you know what you're doing, it's fine. I don't really have any major issues with the product.

Use it pretty extensively to manage out customer lists - segmenting and sending email marketing

Pros

The ease of use, reporting capabilities and deliverability of emails

Cons

cost is high for what we use (we don't use everything Hubspot has to offer) the integration with our new site (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) is not as good as it was with Magento 1 - we had to have our developers customize the API

Cons

Nothing Found But Google connection with g suite have some difficulty. I think If it would recover it become wonderfull.

We use HubSpot for our email and inbound marketing. It makes designing pages, tracking clients, creating workflows, running marketing campaigns, administering a blog, and sending emails a cinch. Two chief complaints: (1) its text editing features are subpar, sometimes exhibiting strange behavior with font sizes and spacing, which makes things difficult to format things consistently, and (2) some of the data reported (e.g., webpage visits) provides different values in different places, so we're not sure which numbers to believe. Overall, we're happy with HubSpot, and would recommend it to other small businesses.

Pros

Ease of use in doing all things marketing, from tracking clients to managing email campaigns to blog management.

Cons

Formatting issues with the text editors for pages and emails; certain numbers reported for things like webpage visits are different depending where it's reported.

Overall, it is a very complete platform to stay up to date with the campaigns that we are running. It is only needed to be persistent and understand the graphics to take action.

Pros

It is a dynamic platform to view our marketing performance about the campaigns that we are running. We can compare the current campaign with the previous 30 days campaign. Plus, the graphics are effortless to understand.

Cons

The fact that at the beginning it is quite hard to use the platform correctly, I would like it to be a bit easier to manage or at least to have an assistant in order to help us to understand the platform.

Hubspot is way over priced and the complexity of the system makes it hard to fully understand what you are buying into until you are bound by a lock-in contract. My advice is to thoroughly do your research as there are much much better and more economical solutions out there. Do not believe the hype from the sales team.

Pros

The CRM is free, but the rest of the system is overpriced and a waste of money. The tool is much more of a marketing course than it is a useful tool and you can get this information easily online without paying every year. Do not believe the hype! The marketing course info is also very shallow and way to sales-y for most businesses.

Cons

The system has lock in contracts that are there to force you into paying and selling to the system to your customers and for me, I liked my customers' way too much to force them into lock in contracts. Lock in contracts are only used when companies struggle to demonstrate value over the long term. The system did not work for us as it was way to salse-y for our clients base and despite numerous attempts to communicate with Hubspot about this they just shut it down.

Pros

From the UX point of view, the product is very user-friendly; the ease of importing contacts in a few clicks, customising emails and landing pages using the drag and drop functionality, creating CTAs and embedding them on different pages is very helpful. The blog tutorials and tips come in very handy for beginners. It houses all the free tools services available in the market under one umbrella. The integrations offered with other software such as Salesforce, Sidekick, NetSuite keeps all the data synced which is a very important thing for a business.

Cons

The pricing for the software is very high and it is billed annually as well. Additionally, the technical support is also paid. All the features available in HubSpot are free on the internet, HubSpot just combines them under one roof. For which, the pricing is pretty steep.
