Pros

HubSpot gives us the ability to have an extensive list of contacts divided into several lists based on changing circumstances. It offers a great interface for developing campaign email templates and makes scheduling them simple. Forms and personalised contact properties make it simple and straightforward to capture leads.

Cons

That I have to get in touch with tech support so frequently is something I really despise. It's difficult to figure out how to use the email programme and make a landing page for Google AdWords.

In general, my experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub has been very amazing. They really helped me in my marketing processes including email marketing, paid ads, and the CRM which shows the report very well.

Pros

For marketing, HubSpot has been extremely effective. Marketing has become much easier with it. There are a lot of amazing features in the software, and they keep updating it and simplifying the process.

Cons

In the beginning it will take some time to learn how it works, but once you know its features and how it works, it will become much easier to use and more efficient to use.

Pros

There are really good analytics to look at. The social media scheduling is very simple. A lot of the features are straight forwards once you get the hang of navigating the software.

Cons

There are so many features it is a bit overwhelming at first. Takes a while to get the hang of what. I still feel very unfamiliar with many of the features.

The Landing page builder section is nice. I like the new meetings feature in CRM and The gmail integration is great if you use google apps.

Cons

The cost is very expensive. The lowest level is only a thousand contacts this limit along with the high price is the biggest issue. Everything is an upsell. Support is slow and email only.

After taking a course on Advance content creation course on HubSpot academy, this software was recommended by one of the tutors. And after several months of using this app, I find it to be very useful for the kind of work I do with it. In my line of Work I do alot of Email sending and this software makes it easier and faster to send emails to customers, not just sending this emails and also keep track of them. I would Gladly recommend this software to my colleagues

Pros

Its just easy to use, it is also easy to set up. This software saves you the stress of using multiple soft wares for a single task ,just like I did before, which was really stressful and demanding. This software have all the tools I need to make my work efficient and professional. This is what I like most about this software .Another is, its ability to manage listing.

Cons

I had to watch a video tutorial before i could use the software effectively on my own. I won't really say this is a "Con" though

Pros

So much! It's easy to use. It does everything from email to landing pages to social. Aesthetics are great. The brand is cool. HS integrates into SaleForce and probably anything else you can think of. It's easy to incorporate forms onto your standalone website. Amazing systems for managing

Cons

It can be pricey and maybe overkill depending on what you are doing. I can only recommend if you're marketing for at least a mid-sized company or an agency with multiple HubSpot clients.

Since we started using Hubspot in October 2015 it's changed the way that we work! Having all the tools we need in a single intuitive platform means that running and reporting on our own marketing is simple.

Pros

Easy to use. Great reporting. Plenty of Integrations. Ads addon and COS ad on are fantastic. Free CRM that integrates seamlessly. Great support.

We use Hubspot for all of our marketing needs. It has everything you need all in once place, which has helped us reach our goals above and beyond. When we first joined Hubspot, our blog averaged 1,200 views a month. Now, we have over 23,000 unique visitors a month. Our business sells surety bonds, and if we can use Hubspot to market surety bonds (one of the most unheard of things on the market) then you can use it for your needs as well.

Pros

Everything is in one place Integrates your contacts from your blog to your email Allows you to publish and schedule social media without leaving your account Customer support is awesome

Cons

I haven't found anything about Hubspot that I particularly would call a 'con'. There have been issues that we have run into, but a simple call to customer support has always cleared things up.

Pros

With a range of services provided by one marketing software, it is hard to know where to begin. In my honest opinion the most applicable and useful feature is the online web analytics. When compared to the same service provided by Google, they are on the same level. Hubspot simply provides real time analytics based on online browsing, and content realization. The analytical reports can be customized and this would work incredibly in various business aspects.

Cons

With this software, marketing is at the edge of the finger tips, but there is a downfall to this as a user the filtering is a bit of an issue when trying to sort through the information. If this can be improved on then they will have a software which is rival to any other currently on the market.

You may be using multiple tools for every other task ,for optimizing and boosting your performance I would highly recommend it.Try it and you will definitely notice the changes and betterment

The software is a complete suite we can control all the social media uploads, general marketing through mails, contacts,CRM related conducts in just one place. Two things that I like the most are -email scheduling and second the lead conversion by tracking every movement.T he major bet you get over other softwares in the industry is that Hubspot optimizes and boosts the SEO which is a pretty hectic task if done manually.Overall a great tool for marketing.

Cons

The only con I face is the social media posting when there are tons of post but this could be a reason of heavy posting and more load.They sure need to work on this part but still this happens once in a while so worth forgiving

HubSpot is an incredible platform with many different amazing tools. They all work together flawlessly to give you an EPIC marketing center. I have a team of 5, and we all love HubSpot. It's super easy to learn and use on a day-to-day basis. Plus, they give you a TON of educational materials and training. I can't tell you enough how much I love HubSpot.

Pros

Besides the ballin software, they have teams that are dedicated to improvements. They continually invest in their products, and they ALWAYS put customers first.

Cons

None whatsoever. I love HubSpot as a tool, a learning center, and I have many friends there now – all because I am a customer. HubSpot is incredible inside and out, but if you don't take time to learn it all, you will not feel the same way I do. Invest that time. It pays off bigtime.

Pros

We use HubSpot for automating much of our email content. It also offers us a great many other tools for lead capture such as popup forms on our site that work really well for gated content. Creating automated workflows is easy and it is very intuitive.

Cons

Reports can be a bit fiddly to create but once you know what you're doing, it's fine. I don't really have any major issues with the product.

Use it pretty extensively to manage out customer lists - segmenting and sending email marketing

Pros

The ease of use, reporting capabilities and deliverability of emails

Cons

cost is high for what we use (we don't use everything Hubspot has to offer) the integration with our new site (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) is not as good as it was with Magento 1 - we had to have our developers customize the API
