### "HubSpot is a good CRM . One can track all the incoming and outgoing emails."

HubSpot is very good in lead management. Reporting is good. Third party integration is possible. Contacts get generated on their own.

Pros

Scheduling of followups and reminders is one of the best things. Free version gives you most of the good features but the paid version provides with a few more beneficial features. This platform can be connected with your website and leads automatically get registered. It gives you the flexibility to generate manual leads. Creating reports is also very easy and gives you good results while using the filters.

Cons

HubSpot creates duplicate leads using the same email Id. Sometimes the same customer gets assigned to two different sales persons. Only one sales person should handle one account. Linking of two different leads is not possible.

Pros

It has everything you need to build from scratch any one of your digital campaigns as emails, landing pages, forms, chatbots, workflows, etc. Everything is user-friendly and well-thinking. They are usually ahead of their time by offering new features for any digital marketing challenge!

Cons

The most essential thing missing for me as an email specialist is the ability to track the replies to the emails we send. Also in Canada, we are a bilingual country and it does not seem that they fully integrated a multi-language tool that can face that challenge.

Pros

I love how easy it is to connect with other products and maximize its potential for use. It's also really great that the entire team can see a clear picture of where a project is at.

Cons

The learning curve is steep. It's also not very easy to customize for non sales based businesses. Would love to see a non profit module.

Overall, my experience has been extremely positive. Customer Service is fantastic, and the product just works.

Pros

Hubspot is clean and very easy to use. The interface is very intuitive, and there aren't a lot of hidden/buried functionality.

Cons

The landing page designer isn't really built for web developers. The drag and drop functionality is convenient for most business users, but it would be helpful to have a setting that changes the builder and template setup interface for web designer/developers.

We primarily use HubSpot within the marketing department. Although some sales persons use it as needed. It's used for marketing automation, website and email data analysis, social media, and data reporting. It's very helpful and allows us to do the job of a large marketing team, with just a few people. HubSpot is great for medium-sized businesses. It may be overkill for smaller businesses that don't do a ton of daily marketing tasks. But it's scalable and has different tiers for different business applications.

Pros

Continuous product updates Tons of education and support Too many features to count: segmentation, true A/B testing, reports, on and on

Cons

While there are a lot of features, it is still missing a few I would like (timeline activity as a field) Still a lot of bugs throughout the system (random site-wide stats errors, contacts server downtime)

HubSpot lets me maintain higher engagement rates with prospects without having to do much heavy lifting.

Pros

HubSpot makes it easy for non-marketers to automate their marketing funnels for effectiveness in driving and converting leads. You don't need to be highly skilled in email marketing or even that familiar with marketing automation to be able to set up very effective campaigns with HubSpot.

Cons

The price point can be hard to commit to. Also, it may be a little too powerful for smaller businesses.

The Support Staff! They are excellent and answered any question I have and been more than expected. Whether it is screen sharing to show me how to do what I need to a follow up email with bullet points to remember.

Pros

Of all the 'boxed' web building and email systems I find HubSpot gives you the most versatility to be creative and has had the flexibility to allow me to design web pages and emails how I would like. The training modules and Academy are great.

Cons

Currently I can only think of one issue that I have. It is in the emails. If I have someone that has not opened emails (Some time they have gone in to a recipients spam folder ) and the user gets labeled as 'unengaged' there is only one way I have been told to re-engage them. That is to clone an email and send them a one off email to have them open. It would be nice to have a re-engage button in the contacts profile to turn them back on.

Pros

Sales Pipeline and Customization allows enterprises to create their own sales pipeline and conversion funnels. The conversion, marketing campaigns, email carpets etc. make this an all-in-one platform.

Cons

File Sharing and Premium costs of features make it less likely to grow in the ecosystem.

I was able to streamline my worflow and organize the tasks that need to be done individually, teamwide and accross the company.

Pros

Ease of workflow, very easily integrated accross teams and people easily adopt it. The system is task and team oriented so you end up doing a lot of work in less time, allowing you to focus on one thing at a time.

Cons

Nothing really, it's excellent. There is nothing that i would add to it. Instead of going through endless notes and post its, it organizes my day so that i can tackle all the leads that have come in according to their priority on the day that they need to be contacted. Whether that be emails, phone calls or general task having to do with the projects that we manage on a daily basis.

Very solid, it has made my life as the digital marketing assistant much easier and more efficient.

Pros

Previously, we used Infusion/Keap for our company CRM and it is not so great. I really love the ease of use for Hubspot's email system, as it allows me to put the email in much more simply as well as track the data from the emails in a lot more different ways.

Cons

Some of the U.I. decisions and interactions with different pieces of the Software, such as the HTML email loader, are confusing to access. Why would I not go to the Marketing-->Email section of the software to build an HTML email?

Coupling CRM capabilities so tightly with marketing and our website is amazing. I can create a landing page, form, lead list, and marketing email all without leaving the platform.

Cons

The templates make drag & drop possible but they also make things look a bit generic. You can customize but you'll probably need to tap into a developer who knows Hubspot well.

Marketing in Netsuite was a nightmare. Nothing was drag and drop and the support was strange in that only 2 people from my organization could reach out. I love that people can just jump on the Hubspot chat now if they have a question we cannot answer in-house.

Overall, I really like the marketing Hub. I can stay in sync with my team and never miss a deadline.

Pros

At first, I was hesitant to invest in The HubSpot Marketing Hub because of its high price point. But it has proven to be such a good investment. I like that it keeps all my marketing needs (Emails, campaigns, blogs etc) in one place.

Cons

I don't love the high price, obviously. But I think you need to pay a high price for quality and that's what I'm donig.

Hubspot allows you to have a customisable CRM easy and intuitive to use.

Cons

Sometimes our CRM gets messed up with cookies and it overwrites our contacts. This is the biggest issue we had so far. Also, for a small business is quite an investment, but it is totally worth it.

Pros

You can do everything you need to do for your marketing all in one place and you can do it on a high level. The ability to segment your lists in an incredibly detailed manner is outstanding. The way you can track your conversions is excellent. It basically allows you to get way more done than you would be able to if you had to use multiple tools. So if you're looking to max out productivity and reduce employee stress while also increasing sales and leads, this is a good tool to help you do that.

Cons

Website builder and landing page builder is super annoying, and so I never ever use them. I'd be able to get even more value from this if you had free drag-and-drop landing page creator tools.

Our use of HubSpot has saved us countless hours of going to each site tracking analytics and usage stats, having them all in one place is in-valuable. Normally with such a wide roll-out of a new program training becomes a concern, the clear UI of HubSpot made this a non-problem for most users.

Pros

The user interface is very clean and easy to use, even for brand new users. This made rolling out the product across our IT department very easy. Whilst most applications have fumbled with the new GDPR regulations, HubSpot has excelled and is totally up to EU standards. The community around HubSpot is great, all of the forums are incredibly helpful.

Cons

The calendar view is rather clunky and hard-to-use, we've had numerous reports from users that they find it confusing. When running multiple campaigns across different social media channels it gets rather hard to organise, even though the UI is clear when dealing with multiple channels it gets busy pretty fast.
