Pros

email tracking and lead generation are the best features of this software which helps to satisfy customer needs and to grow the business.

Cons

some interfaces can be made better otherwise everything is perfect with this marketing software.software design can be made more better .

Pros

The ease of use for hubspot along with customer support. There's a little bit of a learning curve at first but once you get used to it it's so easy.

Cons

This is technically a pro since they're always innovating, but a lot of times the interface changes or things move around and it can get kind of confusing.

Pros

I find it amazing that there is a platform that does everything this one does. It is very impressive.

Cons

When using it to post on social media, it has a pretty low limit for the attachment size you're allowed to include. If I ever want to post gifs or short videos I have to do it directly in each platform.

Email and marketing campaigns for product updates and news.

Pros

Yes, it's the industry standard so there's a lot of (paid) options for things like templates and support via numerous forums.

Cons

Super clunky and not nearly friendly enough on the UI front for a positive review from me. No chance for simple drag-and-drop creation of email campaign templates. There are a lot of paid ones out there, but that defeats the purpose. Creations and syncing of contact lists between systems is super difficult.

All data in one, and information is better organized

Pros

It's easy to carry all information in one platform. We used to use around 3 or 4 tools to save leads data but all in one it's the best, and we can even email the leads from this same platform

Cons

Sometimes there was a kind of bug when with the sync but it got fixed after all, but this could be a problem since we need to sync all the information right away

Our inbound marketing agency uses HubSpot for both our business and for our clients. I manage about 5 client accounts in HubSpot, and absolutely rely on HubSpot as a key tool to carry out their inbound strategy. We have been using HubSpot for over 3 years, and have been extremely pleased with the software, and it continues to evolve and improve.

Pros

The features that I find most useful are: - Blogging - Lead generation campaigns and workflows - Email tool - Keyword/SEO research and analytics - Reporting

Cons

I don't currently have any cons to report, but the HubSpot support team is extremely attentive if there ever has been an issue or request. They are easy to access, friendly, and eager to find a solution as well as take criticism/suggestions for changes.

I like that you can save template emails to send to specific people based on their sales journey. The development of the personas is nice too.

Cons

I haven't found a good way to integrate it with a lot of are unbounce lead software yet. Overall the system takes quite a bit in R&D to set up at the beginning.

LOVE HubSpot. I recommend it to everyone. It's super user friendly, offers great customer support, and I often visit the learning hub. Amazing tool all around.

Pros

HubSpot is my one-stop-shop for all things inbound marketing. I love the ease of contact organization, as well as organizing leads in deal pipelines.

Cons

The email function that I use to create newsletters could give a little more design privilege. It is sometimes difficult to move items to where I want them to be. I wish I could move logos/pictures around a little more freely and could do more with the design.

When I say small marketing teams, I really mean it. I am a one-person marketing team at my company, and HubSpot allows me to take care of the majority of my digital marketing needs in one place. I'm able to track inbound leads from website visits on the marketing side to sales correspondences on the CRM side. I have a technology background and previous experience with CRMs and CMSs, so I had a great experience onboarding. For someone who doesn't have the background, their onboarding can be a little rushed and incomplete, but there are a TON of resources available to help you with anything you need. If I ever do run into a problem or have a question on how to do something, their support staff is super responsive and friendly; my problem is always resolved. It is expensive, but we more than make up for the cost in inbound sales.

Cons

The resources can be overwhelming

Marketing automation, social media insights, and publishing as well as basic landing page creation.

Pros

The product features are fantastic. It is 100% scalable and is intuitive to a fault. I would be comfortable launching and enterprise on HubSpot as well as a small business.

Cons

The price point is definitely the biggest drawback. Since HubSpot is modular, you end up paying forever feature. The customer service is fine but they are always seemingly trying to get you to buy more and do more with them. It can come across as insensitive to your business needs.

How to handle a good database to control all marketing needs.

Cons

Anything you want to improve, the costs is extreme high. It is surprising that if you want to make a lading page, it is very very basic, it must have more features for that price or if you want to use a chat system, it is just a very expensive chat if you want to include some automatizations it costs a huge extra.

Cons

La plataforma es muy interesante aunque existen puntos en las que pueden mejorar, como el tiempo de respuesta sus herramientas de analítica y el tiempo en la que responde soporte. Pero también se ve un constante cambio a mejor y eso se agradece.

Straightforward, simple UX, high level of integration, automation and customization.

Cons

Content management tool (sales hub) is too focused on one-on-one comms and not the mass marketing. Marketing hub does not have something similar like Paperflite which is a shame.

Pros

I love that Hubspot tracks emails, ties into my Gmail and outlook accounts. I love the desktop notifications so I can respond to opened emails immediately. Very easy. Accurate time stamps when they open and when I get notified. Has definitely helped me get into companies and close business! I love the email sequences as well.

Cons

Sometimes the gmail add in is a little glitchy and doesn't work or won't log a sent email or replies. I mostly use it in Outlook though and it works like a dream.

Pros

First things first, Hubspot is extremely easy to use. And even if you're stuck somewhere, their documentation is amazing enough to help you go through pretty much anything. Features are all-inclusive and the fact that they're constantly enhancing the product with new features and inclusions which are truly useful and a value-addition. Great job guys. Really!

Cons

Nothing particular or major uptil now. I am super happy with Hubspot and I admire the way they have grown the product.

I love this tool, it lets you compete for lead gen beautifully! Plus one for its customer support team. Super quick & responsive.

Pros

I love the way how seamless everything is.Specially its knowledge center & academy lets you learn if you are stuck. Workflows, email campaigns and Free CRM , everything works beautifully! I have been a new user but turning to be a super user soon. It is a powerful marketing tool with good technology for lead gen , nurture etc

Cons

I don’t like that how new upgrade doesn’t have an insert a table option in email design environment.

We integrated HubSpot with our Intercom chat which meant that once a lead was created, we could follow it to a close. Being able to email the client through HubSpot, therefore keeping all correspondence and notes together was a really helpful feature.
