Pros

My favorite thing about HubSpot is the CRM!!!! I have the Sales Pro upgrade, but even just the free version is amazing. The CRM is fully integrated with my marketing tools and website so I have deep dive analytics on every one of the contacts in my database.

Cons

There's not much I don't like BUT one thing that makes me crazy is the limited social media functionality (monitoring and posting to platforms like Snapchat or Insta).

HubSpot has completely taken my agency to another level. We started as a social media marketing firm almost three years ago and in the last year we have completely changed our course and become a full inbound marketing agency. We were doing a lot more than just social media after the first six months in business, but HubSpot took our offerings to a new level.

Leads that enter our pipeline are less likely to be lost in the system as we have automated steps set up through Hubspot marketing

Pros

We use the Hubspot CRM, so using Hubspot marketing automation tools came naturally to us. They cover most of the features provided by their competitors. The workflows to set up various email chains are incredibly simple and one can figure them out without any training

Cons

They lack a few features that could make the tool more useful. one such feature is the ability to add individual email ID's to an ongoing campaign. Also, it would be good to have more control on parameters such as "time to send" and recipient, while the campaign is active.

Pros

There is so much to keep track of in this day and age with digital marketing. Hubspot allows you to streamline and automate all your marketing needs and it gives you very good insights on your content and where your next lead is.

Cons

It is a very well produced tool, but fairly pricey. I recommend reading about other software that may be more cost-effective dependent on your organization's needs.

Their reporting tools and campaign features have enabled me to become a much more organized and effective marketer. It's also easy to complete almost all of your marketing activities in the one software, and it's easy for "non-techie" people to learn.

Pros

My team needed a "plug-and-play" option for their marketing and CRM needs. HubSpot was easy to get going with and very intuitive to use. Plus, their onboarding and regular customer success calls ensure that you're making the most of the software.

Cons

The price tag is a bit high for the number of contacts my team needed.

Incredible the amount of versatile options we have for improving and scaling up our business. Having all of our marketing tools in one suite is seamless and just makes sense!

Pros

I enjoy the simple ability to track how my graphics are doing on our homepage. Easy A/B testing lets me quickly iterate through options and scale up our activity.

Cons

It is quite dense with a difficult learning curve. That said, the help center was available for a bit longer than I'd expected for assistance (90 days).

Pros

I'm an email marketing specialist, so my opinion on this software comes from that sphere. Everything is integrated - CRM, landing pages, email marketing, social, even your web site if you are happy to have it that way. This gives marketing-oriented organizations a very good handle on what's going on everywhere in the marketing ecosystem from one central location. And the support materials are extensive and generally very high quality.

Cons

Although the documentation is good, it's generally focused on how easy it is for a non-technical person to create landing pages or emails for example. When it comes to technical people trying to figure out how to implement advanced features, the documentation is pretty lacking - I had to figure out a lot through trial and error. I'd love to see a "Advanced HubSpot for Developers" type resource. Additionally, for such expensive software, there's some basic email marketing functionality that seems to be missing - for example, I could not figure out how to make a custom module that's repeatable. This is basic newsletter functionality that's built into every other email serivce provider.

Ability to track opens by date, location, and time is extremely useful. It's also a great tool for organizing your leads and tracking them from source to sale.

Cons

Limited functionality compared to bigger, larger scale CRM systems out there. Pricing is competitive related to competition, however.

I found HubSpot when I was looking for a CRM to manage my small business. HubSpot turned out to be much more than what I expected! It allows me to load clients' data, track activities, add notes, emails, calls, categorise the contacts, and much more. It is perfect, and the starting free version offers already so many features!

Pros

It is easy to customise. It adjusts to the needs of small businesses and it is very versatile.

Cons

Understanding how to customise it can be a bit tricky. Also adding new fields can be quite long and not very user friendly but once you get the hang of it, it's not a problem.

t was useful but I did not love it. Too much time is spent to get results. For that reason, I stopped using the software and I dedicated myself to work without it help.

Pros

The best feature of the software is that it has a mechanism to determine if the emails are read or not by the recipient. The downside of this is that it is not 100% safe. Many times the notification agreed because I was reading the email sent by myself.

Cons

It has details that must still be corrected. For example, you have a function programmed to add all the contacts that I have in my email every time I send a message. Then the database becomes extensive with contacts that I do not even want to add. Also, the process to add contacts in the Hubspot data seems very long and complex. A lot of time is spent adding contacts one by one with a lot of information.

HubSpot is a platform I inherited, but I'm sure I would have chosen it anyway. The onboarding process is well organized and truly helps you get your bearings. I use HubSpot daily for email marketing, social media planning/posts, lead nurturing on our website and more.

Pros

The best part about HubSpot is the depth of its features. I feel like I'm only scratching the surface on what it can do!

Cons

Not a fan of the increase in costs based on the number of contacts. Seems like an incentive to NOT grow your business.

Pros

Most of the modern marketers' demands are met by Hubspot, including email marketing, automation, functions, social media planning, chatbots, CTAs, lead generation forms, landing pages, and content management. The fact that it is seamlessly coupled with the Hubspot CRM and Sales platforms, which easies your Sales-Marketing operations, continues to be its strongest feature.

Cons

The software sometimes requires a lengthy time to connect, It may take a while for pages to load. A fter using it regularly, you adjust to it.

There's not much I don't like about Hubspot. It's a robust tool that's easy to use. My only complaint is how my company has Hubspot integrated with Salesforce, but I think that's more of a Salesforce issue.
