It is intuitive and has just about everything we need in order to run our marketing efforts and operations. Would definitely recommend to any startup.

Pros

Ease of use is great. I came into my current role knowing little about HubSpot, but its ease of use and intuitiveness helped me catch on quickly. HubSpot accomplishes a lot of what we are trying to do.

Cons

You're not going to be able to do as powerful things as another software like Salesforce, so at times the automation side of things can be limiting. Analytics and reporting can also be limiting at times.

Pros

Im Rahmen einer HubSpot Lizenz nutze ich den Marketing Hub für die Social Media Planung, die Kampagnen Auswertung und Mail-Kampagnen. Ein Vorteil ist es sicher, hier alle relevanten Funktionen an einem Ort gesammelt zu haben.

Cons

Leider sind im Bereich Social Media die Features begrenzt, so sind nicht alle Post-Typen für (beispielsweise) Linkedin über Hubspot anlegbar.

The customer support makes it an overall great experience, without them, I would still be lost. They offer a lot of functions and tools that make my job a lot easier, I can concentrate on writing the content and HubSpot takes care of everything else.

Pros

I loved how automated everything is once its setup. I can write a weekly blog a month ahead, schedule it, and it will post on its own with an email notification all on its own. But the best part is the customer support team, I always get helped by such friendly and understanding people who are experts. The learning curve was steep for me and the customer support was always a quick phone call away to answer my questions. I also love the academy courses they provide, I think if anyone has the time they should complete a course or two and add it to their resumes.

Cons

In my case, the learning curve was steep. It's such a sophisticated platform and able to do so much that it was overwhelming at first. I wish there was a Hubspot expert that could come to my office and teach me every step of the duties my job gives me. I wish there was a way to make myself get notifications for all the forms at once, instead of going into the settings of each one and adding my email manually.

Pros

I love how it connects every single marketing tool we use. I just have to login to one platform in order to see my social media, email marketing, contact lists, landing pages, etc. I love how I can create campaigns that tie all our specific marketing efforts together and we can compare different campaigns and their successes against eachother.

Cons

It is pretty pricey! If your company can afford to go with Hubspot, I would definitely recommend it, but I know that the price is too much for a lot of smaller companies.

Vastly improves marketing efficiency. Enough said.

Pros

The workflow functionality, list segmentation and contextual marketing features are incredible. It's integration with Salesforce is also top-notch. Incredibly powerful in the hands of someone who knows how to use it.

Cons

Desperately needs a tagging system and a couple of additional minor features that would take it to the next level. Can't really complain, though, because every product, no matter how good, has its limitations, and Hubspot's HUGE pros far outweigh its minor cons.

The ease of use in setting up workflows and A/B testing of email campaigns helps us stay productive and be efficient with our time. Setting up landing pages is easy and helps us to create highly qualified marketing leads, which turn into sales!

Cons

Sometimes it is overwhelming with all of the features the software offers - it's hard to know where to start.

With HubSpot, you get more than just the well-designed, useful software. You get the best customer service, access to additional certifications, endless marketing resources like e-books, webinars, blog posts, and a dedicated account manager. HubSpot quickly becomes an all-encompassing experience.

Pros

\- Customer Support is super quick to respond and goes out of their way to help - Excellent user-interface. I was able to pick up the software very quickly after starting my job in January 2015. - Always working to improve their software. Users vote on what the HubSpot dev team should work on next—and they follow through with your requests.

Cons

\- Reporting feature lacks small pieces of data that I have to get from Google Analytics like bounce rate, time on page, etc. - Integrations with Salesforce and BigCommerce are annoying to deal with. We're never sure if the right data is being shared.

You get for what are you paying, overall is a great tool.

Pros

\-Easy to use -The CRM that it offers it's pretty decent -The blog integration is one of the best out there -Has a lot of native integration and you are able to find then really fast -Social Media integration (posting) -Good price for what it offers

Cons

\-User interface it's pretty bad if you put them next to other on the market -The fact that you are not able have a "program/campaign" in one spot and you have to move from tab to tab it's really dumb, it feels a waste of time -The lack of real "Multidomain" function (they would try to sell you one instance for each one of your domains) -The slow Customer Support, it's good but it takes forever for them to reply

Pros

I have been using HubSpot Marketing Automation for almost 1 year, and until now, I am more than satisfied with it. Where do I start? First, I didn't really know how to use the platform, so I watched their training courses. That was easy! They are complete and not hard at all to understand. Then, being able to sync HubSpot Marketing Automation with many platforms is a huge plus. Also, the workflow automation is great, it is intuitive and efficient. Finally, the support is also excellent, they answer quickly and in a very professional way.

Cons

Despite all these pros, there has to be some (minor) cons. HubSpot Marketing Automation is quite expensive. But I knew it before using it and all the features justify the high price. Then, you end up being very dependent to the software, there might be too many barriers of exit.

I was using xxx it was decent to make calls back to back but couldn't add multiple details for the same contact, unlike HubSpot. It s a great tool for sales and marketing companies to run campaigns, make notes while on call.

Cons

I haven't found anything so far. One good tool I would say.

I have experience using Hubspot for CRM, email marketing, and building landing pages.

Pros

Hubspot is a very complete marketing automation solution. Bringing everything under one roof (CRM, Content, Email Marketing, etc.) definitely has its advantages. And, if you can figure out how to use it, and put in the time to configure it, it works well.

Cons

The problem with Hubspot is that you can piece together an arguably better solution for a fraction of the cost and not have to worry as much about provider lock-in. If you use Pipedrive for CRM, WordPress for Content, ActiveCampaign for Email Marketing, and Zapier to connect it all, you can get most of what Hubspot is offering for around 10% of the cost. And I would argue that the combination of those tools are easier to use than the behemoth that is Hubspot.

Organized deals and contacts, progress and activity report, and easy to use with the team. It makes it easy to swiftly call and email your deals!

Pros

How it organizes my deals and contacts. I can swiftly move through each lead without issues. My money gained from deals is key as well and it has a great dashboard to see progress and activity.

Cons

Lots of bugs and temporary shutdowns. They are always addressed and eventually fixed. The errors are only about 20 -30 minutes which is tolerable

I like the overall experience of HubSpot. I also use the chrome extension and email templates to keep track of my email conversations with clients. It keeps me organized!

Cons

I don't like that sometimes my extension gets disconnected without a reason and I have to re-login all the time.

Oh I love hubspot; it's an excellent marketing tool! My organization uses hubspot mainly for e-mails, for drip campaigns, interest inquiries, welcome kits, and weekly and monthly newsletters. It's an easy to use platform with many specs to help you connect with your targeted audience(s).

Pros

The ability to quickly and easily make a professional looking e-mail that can be sent to many or a select few, with great ops on the open and click ratios, who opened, who clicked, etc.

Cons

The way our organization uses hubspot, we have it connected to another crm: salesforce, if the contact you want to send the e-mail to isn't in salesforce you won't be able to send the e-mail out. So you have to make sure the contact is within salesforce first.

HubSpot Marketing Hub is an excellent all-in-one platform for managing contacts, email marketing, and automation. The ecosystem is well integrated, reporting is strong, and it works especially well when marketing and sales need to stay aligned. Even the free tier is useful!

Cons

Pricing scales quickly as you grow, and advanced customization or reporting can feel limited unless you move to higher plans. Not to mention the MASSIVE learning curve if you are just starting out.

As an agency that works directly with Hubspot I find I am constantly WOW'd by this technology and the company behind it. They are more than just marketing automation and bring the whole concept of inbound marketing to the table. The tool itself is far above it's competition through ease of use and marketing functionality and the academy has hours of access for anyone looking to learn how to not only be trained up on digital marketing but become an expert overall.

Pros

Ease of use and training is one of the top pros for this tool. Hubspot is always ahead of the curve when it comes to new product rollouts and staying ahead with innovation.

Cons

The CRM is still in it's infant stages and while it is a great bare bones CRM, it does not compete with products such as Salesforce.
