Pros

Easy to create emails, forms, "landing pages", and automated flows for contacts. It works especially well if you can link up zapier to automate adding contacts and export records instantly

Cons

Wish it had more email deliverability insight or tools to use. You'll likely send hundreds of emails with your domain so deliverability and domain health is important

Overall- we really enjoy Hubspot. There are different options to choose from, regarding hubspot packages which was very useful. It makes the site a fit for clients large and small.

Pros

Onboarding was a breeze and the team at Hubspot are always willing to hop on a call when questions arise.

Cons

The calling feature in Hubspot can be a little wonky.

It was slow at our company to get compliance, but it's going well now. It is fast and good to integrate with software our users already use, like the OUtlook of the mobile app.

Pros

It's super powerful...but I just love how easy they make their training material searchable/educational.

Cons

If you have to ask a question of support, it seems to take a long time to get answers. Some reports seem impossible to make work.

Very positive, but the pricing model doesn't work for us.

Pros

HubSpot has a great balance between features and user-friendly interfaces. Almost anyone can set it up to do what they need to, without training or expert help.

Cons

While powerful, HubSpot isn't exactly friendly for micro and small companies. Advanced features cost too much for businesses with just a select few clients/customers. It's only suited for companies with large volume/very high ARR from each clients. Spending few hundred, and upwards of 1,000 per month is not feasible for most. I would much prefer a usage-based pricing, rather than "feature gating". A company with a dozen of clients using advanced features doesn't "cost" HubSpot nearly the same as a massive company using the same features. Pricing is relatively similar whether you have 10 or 1,000 contacts, and that made us stop using HubSpot as a micro company focused on relationships, not volume.

Cons

The tool can get expensive as your contacts and needs grow. While it’s packed with features, some advanced functionalities are locked behind higher-tier pricing, which can be frustrating for smaller businesses. Additionally, the initial learning curve might be steep for those unfamiliar with marketing software.

Top of the line marketing software. You are able to drill down into the nitty gritty with Hubspot

Cons

HubSpot keeps changing the pricing structure, which gets more and more complicated. They recently changed the navigation which got a lot of backlash.

I personally love the marketing feature. I’m able to mass send emails to all my contacts based on where they are in our CRM. I plan organizational emails months in advance and the templates that are offered on hubspot are easy to use & look professional.

Pros

Hubspot has a user friendly interface and was super easy to set up for my call center business. I like hubspot for its contact view options and the scheduling of email function. I also like how seamless it is to create automations and workflows.

Cons

The free version lets you do everything but set up automations. It is a fair trade off.

My overall experience is positive. I didn't use Hubspot before, and I'm using it for about 4 months now. I'm always learning and finding new things.

Pros

Hubspot Marketing Hub is easy to use, intuitive. Each step is well explained and the emailing templates are good.

Cons

Sometimes when you want to create something from scratch, there are a lot of settings to be thinking of and to apply, sometimes things where I don't even know what it is. So usually, I clone an email or campaign to keep the settings I use.

Pros

HubSpot features some great beginners training for marketers as well as tons of useful information, articles and resources.

Cons

The email content of their mailing lists was hit and miss for the industry I work within and further segmentation could have been beneficial on mailing lists.
