Pros

If you do marketing for other companies or any marketing for your own organization, HubSpot is absolutely the best platform out there. Stunning UI, entire suite of functionality and tools, stellar support, the list goes on and on.

Cons

HubSpot is extremely expensive. Startups and small businesses can barely/never afford to use it. Plenty of free tools and materials that HubSpot provides but the actual platform does not seem to be worth the price that it is sold at.

I have been using Hubspot for over two years now and I can't imagine doing marketing without it. It makes my job so much easier to have one portal for several different activities. We use husbpot for our blog, social media, email marketing, web contact forms and more. It's great to have one place to do all your marketing activities and it will also track how well it performs. I use it primarily to keep up with our web traffic as well. I've also used the support team a lot. There are often random things I need to do and don't know how and they always respond quickly. There were times where they did the task for me which was such a nice surprise!

Pros

Great all in one marketing tool! Great customer service and support! HIGHLY recommend!!

Cons

It's a little pricey but it's worth it for all the benefits.

We were struggling with lead management and follow up with multiple systems. With Hubspot every thing came under one roof. Right from Email Marketing, Social media campaign, Content creation definitly improved our conversions.

Cons

Some Limitations such as landing page has limited design options. Some reports should show cost of lead per campaign.

The automated workflows are easy to set up, and there's a huge variety of options that you can figure out with them. They work exactly as intended when set up, and keep going You can also request to use a free demo if you're still on the fence

Cons

Getting all of your workflows to be seamless and work in tandem with each other can be slightly buggy or a pain. It takes some working around to ensure all are working correctly

Hubspot is a very diverse platform for managing CRM and inbound marketing content. We like the relative ease of use and the best creatures include company research. When you enter a contact, the system automatically populated the CRM with relevant facts about the company sonitncuts a step our of Company research. I also like the topic manager in the SEO manager. It allows you to visualize SEO topics against key core terms. It helps you understand how to optimize on page content to keep topics expertise relevant and credible

Cons

It is relatively expensive. Once you are a Hubspot user, it is hard to migrate away but there are few reasons to do so.

I have been a user of HubSpot for a while now and it is an excellent software for lead generation. There are several tutorials and videos that assist you when you first jump onto the platform. Again, just a homerun for anything you need for your lead generation.

Cons

A few of my employees had to review the training several times so for some there may be a bit of a learning curve.

Pros

The ease with which marketing is done here and also the automation process is quite cool and makes a lot or jobs easy to undertake when it comes to marketing.

Cons

Not fully free for the big time users as you will need to pay before you start enjoying the full priviledges. I would prefer if people are given the chance to make a little use of it on free basis before buying the plans.

Overall experience was pretty good, in my 6 months of using it I learned this platform very fast, because of it's clean design and intuitive menu.

Pros

Super easy to use, intuitive, user-friendly. Great support team. Valuable forum, you can find a lot of answers.

Cons

There are some limits specially when creating workflows, ex.: you can not set up a specific date when an email should go, just using "delays" function.

In my opinion Hubspot is one of the best designed and best marketed marketing automation tools. Its the prefect all in one solution. The functionality is great, I love that you can house social, email, the blog and SEO all in one place. Its an easy to use digital marketing platform to support marketing & sales for the entire team. I didn't need any training to get started, and there are great resources online for training as you go. The support from the Hubspot team is excellent.

Pros

HubSpot has a lot of support built in with the Academy and related blogs, videos and webinars. Allowing sales and marketing to work well together Blog hosting Email tracking is probably my favourite feature. We know the actions a user takes from the moment we send out an email.

Cons

Experience. Need to be an advanced user for more of the difficult tasks, for example it is hard to make the landing pages look great. Cost on some of the functionalities.

Pardot was too complicated to use and the functionality very broad but the UX was poor. It effected productivity greatly.

I enjoy the ease of use and the segmentation between Ads, Email, Social and Website tabs to make sure that I keep content needs organized and efficient.

Cons

I don't have any major complaints outside of the fact that Hubspot Marketing makes subtle changes now and again without any notice so it impacts productivity in the short term.

One stop shop for crafting and posting content and email campaigns. Analytics decent at tell us who is looking at our content and emails, what they're looking at and audience growth.

Pros

All-in-one program to post content to a blog or website, craft and deliver email campaigns, and work with customers. Good mix between front face applications and access to html screen to incorporate personal touches to, for example, and email campaigns. Decent tool to keep up with company's Twitter as well.

Cons

It's a little busy. I know where I need to go to do what I need to do. However, it seems like one program trying to do a whooole lot of stuff.i haven't had much experience with their customer service, but co-workers have and it seems like they are responsesive, but it can take some time to get through to someone.

### "A Good Foundation without much muscle"

I've worked with hubspot for a few years with a few clients. One thing that has always stood out is the lack of muscle in the system. The foundation is there, but many features on top of the foundation that should be there, simply aren't. Their ecommerce integration tools have gotten better, but are still nowhere near complete. Overall, if you're using the free version, it's def worth it. If you're paying for Marketing Pro, you better plan to use every single tool and have someone on staff who can just work with their support staff.

Pros

Good contact control, great free CRM, a lot of granual control

Cons

Price is crazy for marketing pro. Things that should work often don't. Support is a real mixed bag - some really good, some really bad. For price, it should do much more
