Pros

I use hubspot as a sales rep and without it, I would not be as effective without. Understanding the status of my leads is key

Cons

Some of the reporting can be limiting but not a huge issue. It does most of what we need it to do.

Pros

I came into hubspot like everyone else, I ran into a PDF of their marketing material out in the world. We used them for a few months for social media management and email list management but realized what we were paying for was to have everything all in one place. We just couldn't afford hubspot's price for just that luxury.

Cons

Really, it was just price. When we needed to cut fluff from our budget, we cut here. Not because it's a bad product but because we could get the same functions with other software. Not as integrated of course, but also not as expensive.

The free option is my favorite feature. Perfect for small business without a dedicated sales team.

Cons

There are a few awkward ui situations when handling data for contacts, companies, and deals. It's a fairly steep learning curve to use the software effectively.

Cons

Workflows based on yes or no propositions only. Could use deeper search and SEO-based marketing utilities. Marketing dashboard doesn't always line up to GA

Pros

It has helped our organization get a better handle on SEO and google analytics and streamline our contacts.

Cons

When adding a chat feature to our site the chat functions are limited i.e. no ability to add images or files during chat. I wish it was a little more user friendly.

### "Great Social Media Scheduling Tool"

HubSpot makes planning your social media calendar simple - it's easy to see (through calendar view and list view) which days already have posts going out so you can plan accordingly. It's also easy to add new posts or edit scheduled posts. Would highly recommend this to any social media coordinator whose team is already using HubSpot!

Pros

I mainly use this software to schedule monthly social media posts. It was relatively easy to pick up. I appreciate all the reporting and data analytics features as they really help me track how the posts are performing. Hubspot also automatically shortens your links once the post is published (like bit.ly).

Cons

We've had connectivity issues with Instagram and Facebook. We were never able to get Instagram to connect properly, and while the Facebook connects, it will periodically disconnect with no warning. When this happens, the posts you schedule do NOT go out. The good news is that once it's reconnected, any upcoming posts you scheduled come back.

Their pricing plan is high and the customer support isn't the best.

Pros

With HubSpot, businesses can manage contacts, track sales performance, monitor marketing campaigns, nurture leads, and more. It's a fast and complete product.

Cons

The cost of using HubSpot can be prohibitive if you have a large number of clients or need access to the full range of features. While the basic version is free and provides some useful functionality. In our organization, implementing HubSpot proved to be quite a learning curve for all involved. We found it difficult to get everyone on the same page with procedures and familiarize ourselves with the system’s features.

Pros

HubSpot is so easy to use. You can easily accomplish basic to advanced marketing functions with their drag and drop email templates and set up triggers for follow up actions.

Cons

We are a mid-size company and it's working well. I can anticipate some limitations when it comes to very large, enterprise corporations that I didn't see in my previous experience with Salesforce.

Gotta Love HubSpot

Pros

HubSpot is my everyday marketing platform. I recently described it to a colleague as the best platform for tactical marketing execution. The ability to create, schedule, measure and optimize marketing content & assets in one place is critical to my ability to be productive as a marketing department of one!

Cons

If HubSpot could just improve their (free) reporting capabilities, we would switch from Salesforce.com as our CRM in a heartbeat. Frankly, the fact that they haven't done this yet is a bit mystifying. HubSpot's content-based metrics is very helpful for A/B testing and to see what is working better than others, etc. but I still use Google Analytics and Salesforce.com for the majority of my reporting & updates to the leadership team.

Overall Hubspot marketing hub is a great tool for your business and if used correctly you can do wonders.

Pros

Hubspot is an easy-to-use service, a lot of training available f you're new. Can be used for your email marketing campaigns as well as linking it to Shopify to further its use with landing pages and hosting blogs etc. The ability to link and manage your social media accounts is another great feature.

Cons

Limited capabilities with email marketing in terms of templates and designing your marketing campaigns.

Automation for emails and signing up people for events was never easier.

Pros

I love that the email automation can be built out so extensively that you have an action for every action someone takes, from clicking to scrolling to even opening the email!

Cons

It can get difficult to manage the templates and you have to make sure every template is saved and using a different name so you don't accidentally screw up your chain of commands.

Cons

Being a marketing agency, we collaborate with our clients and their on-site marketing team on marketing campaigns. Sometimes we faced a difficulty on-boarding them on HubSpot as it turned out to be a costly solution for them. I think the price has to be competitive so that small enterprises can also leverage it.

Since using Hubspot, we have drastically increased our traffic, email acquisition rate, and donation rate on our site.

Pros

I love that we can build our website on this platform and track every visitor and user's journey, enabling us to send emails with tailored smart content as well as dynamically change the content on a website page according to their position in our funnel.

Cons

Their email marketing tool is quite robust and easy to use, however they do not yet have a feature for AB testing emails in workflows.

I like that it is pretty easy to use and integrates with other software. I especially like how easy it is to build and send emails.

Cons

I don't really like how difficult it is to set up templates for emails, landing pages, and blogs. More customization would be great.

Pros

We never thought it will be easy to setup marketing automations for our clients. Being in the servicing team, it becomes very difficult for us to cater clients who want us to do automations on their sales process. Hubspot has been a saviour and helps us setting up all the automation process for our clients. We also handle our social media marketing on the same tool and love the interface.

Cons

I haven't faced any issue using Hubspot so far. The tool is simple to use and has smooth interface.

Pros

Incredible for small startup or average size companies to help them track their business information with numerous highlights for objectives and client information all in a simple window. It makes it even easier, giving you the opportunity to arrange organizations and contacts with a huge load of fields that you can alter. The software by and large is not over complicated, as a greater part of it is pretty simple to manipulate. The messaging framework is an amazing component that ensures you have a record of all discussions with a client.

Cons

The software is a little bit too expensive and might not be easily affordable for some smaller startup businesses. But the value it brings to the table is worth the investment

The system automatically integrates the leads that enter through HubSpot into the CRM, which represents a significant time saving and decreases the error margins. Allows to create lists to filter different groups or segments within the total of the database, this allows the sales team to perform a more efficient job. The system allows you to personalize the emails sent in bulk, in such a way that each contact receives communications from the same vendor.

Pros

The abundance of functions and capacities available to a user is infinite and is always updated or improved. It seems good to me that the HubSpot MAP is 100% synchronized with HubSpot CRM and CMS. Hubspot is easy to understand and becomes the user interface is very simple. It adapts to most of the needs of the company. The most important thing is that not everything has to be done by the user. It also offers functions to automate processes and prevent manual entry of all data while using the software.

Cons

How every application also has cons, one of them is Your price. If the business is small and does not have a medium cash flow, a good level of sales and a constant full-time worker, it is very inexpensive in the cost-benefit relationship. The price can be according to the version that more. It is also difficult to find Latino clients that have important characteristics such as accent are not available, so it is not applicable to multinational companies that work with multiple currencies.

\- Easy to use - Can easily determine how customer's found us - Determine next contact point for potential customers and leads

Cons

\- Meeting links and on-website message pop-up needs more features , like being able to have required fields for meetings. So if a customer want's to book a meeting then it would be required they fill in there phone number. This would make our processes much easier to manage

I've been working with Hubspot for about a year now and have found the website management, email campaigns, workflow tools, and customer support to be solid. They have an all in one marketing tool built on a solid foundation. We've been able to optimize our website for conversions and search engines while also automating lead and customer communications.

Pros

They have solid technology and customer support. Their email automation tools and workflows are awesome and can eliminate a tone of manual labor. Great report and integration options.

Cons

For more advanced automation goals, their tools can be limited or costly. The design and content management is ok, but not as good as I'd expect in a powerful tool like this.
