Overall a great experience - we have Professional marketing hub and it's just the right amount of features and functionality for our small team and business

Pros

\- intuitive layout - ease of customization of landing pages, emails and templates - automation functionality - blog hosting and social media integration

Cons

\- the analytics capability leave are not the most robust - the folder system is useful but it can easily become cluttered and difficult to manage and sort through so many files, emails, landing pages etc.

I love that I can get leads and customers all in one place. Sending welcome emails, followups, etc... are simple.

Pros

All my customers and leads get brought into hubspot instantly. Being able to see the pages and content they looked at gives me a lot of insight into what they are looking for.

Cons

I don't have any real complaints. Sometimes I need to go in and get rid of spammy users but that is more of a problem with our captcha.

Our overall experience with Hubspot has been really good. We are impressed with what we have been able to do with it, even in it's free version. It is definately a nice option or alternative to Salesforce for small businesses.

Pros

I like that we can track our sales pipeline and keep track of potential customer contact details. The user interface is easy to use as well.

Cons

I do not have any cons at this time. It has worked well for what we need it to do.

Cons

Some basic features are missing from specific tools, Hubspot can lack depth and quality in certain features due to a focus on breadth. More tools focused on outbound lead gen could be beneficial.

HubSpot seemed to work very well and the integration with G Suite and Gmail worked well. For a team needing a full CRM, HubSpot would be great.

Cons

We attempted to use HubSpot and integrate into our G Suite but I found it to be too full featured (if that makes sense). For our small CRM needs, HubSpot required a bit too much handling and we decided against using the product. I felt like HubSpot didn't scale down to our needs.

Between the out-of-the-box functionality and all of the available 3rd part connectors, you have a lot of functionality to create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Pros

It is very easy to set up and connect to a CRM where a native connection point exists. Wizard-like UI makes it easy to go step-by-step for pretty much anything you want to set up.

Cons

if you have anything that is complex to execute, i.e. a multi-phase nurture based on different types of content consumption, etc., it can be difficult to architect vs. more robust competitors.

Full Marketing automation, easy tracking, easy management of campaigns

Pros

What I like most about HubSpot is that it allows to manage and track almost all your campaigns from a single platform (like any other automation tool, I suppose). I also like the SEO tools both for blog and LPs, that other CMSs often lack.

Cons

Sometimes it's not very intuitive. I can't figure out how to do a certain thing unless I do a good research in advance. I think it could be easier to use. The LP and email templates are also not very user-friendly, in my opinion.
