You are only here if you want to grow your business. However this app can be used by corporates to easily assign mew tasks to other workers. Contacts can be added easily. There is feature of business card scan .Overall a great app

Cons

Compilation of all the deals should be added as this app lacks that feature.

Cons

I wanted to be able to integrate this with my Google analytics, but unfortunately that's not an option (yet??)

### "My favorite automation tool"

Used for Marketing automation including workflows, landing pages and emails.

Pros

Workflows are easy with their visual display, emails and landing pages can easily be cloned. Just overall very intuitive functionality and their customer support is amazing if you are trying to do something you haven't done before.

Cons

It's funny because so many organizations feel they have "out grown" Hubspot but when asked what they are trying to do, I've always been able to do it within Hubspot. It has a reputation for being for small businesses because it is so user friendly but it's capabilities are expanding and really work for any organization.

Cons

The best thing about this system is the ease of assimilating it, all the modules work in the same way, the implementation was simple. When we need answers from technical support, we obtained them within a reasonable time. We have added another tool and the integration has been very simple. Excellent

Cons

1\. Hubspot panels can be improved, they are limited in the amount of customization. 2. Planning, provide a series of documents a little tedious, but necessary.

I have 9 month experience in hubspot, It is good platform for the sales and marketing. since, I am in this field and I will recommend this software to my friends.

Pros

Features like activity stream, various tabs to get instant past contact and activity details with customer greatly helps to move forward in sales closing. Template options are reducing the timing of our work. Recording options are really helpful to improve our self in the sales workflow. Certification programs are upgrading our resume and also our knowledge in hubspot usage. Dashboard options are very helpful to find out the call performance of sales person like me. Contact filter option helps out to filter the good prospect from irrelevant and not responding customers.

Cons

The least about the software is calls get hanged out while dialing.

Pros

Pros are that everything in Hubspot can be managed with just one login. We primarily do email marketing and reverts on our lead generation with Hubspot.

Cons

Con that I realized that the lead contacting that we did via Hubspot did not land in the inbox of the client but instead the spam folder. Probably because of the markup in their email. Buying a premium is not an option for everyone so, I would recommend try something else for lead contacting on your SEO.

Pros

Hubspot makes it easy to track emails, create and implement forms and monitor leads. Great all-purpose software that's easy to customize exactly how you need and the customer support is fantastic.

Cons

Sometimes, Hubspot might be difficult for the average user. Tracking leads and optimizing leads can get complicated. But on the plus side, their customer support is top notch and they can set up personal meetings to address your specific needs.

I've been using this for 2 years, and they constantly upgrade features. Content-wise it's a bit difficult to edit and formatting can be finicky. CRM is great. I wish you could merge deals, but otherwise extremely detailed information making it easy to segment database, keep your contact data clean, and send content out. Love that the content management is integrated with the customer management- everything all in one place. Most valuable is all the data that is collected automatically, and also that it integrates with many other platforms.

Pros

Easy to use, easy to segment data, easy to see original source of customers

Cons

Difficult to track offline sources, can be difficult to format emails, landing pages, etc. (Easy after initial setup, but building templates can be hard.

Cons

Not very user friendly. Sometimes when you want to assign contacts to a team member you have to go through the setting and try around many options before reaching the right one which is time consuming.

The platform have flexibility in terms of what you can do. If you see that a feature you want isn't there, there is usually a work around to be able to accomplish your goal.

Pros

Hubspot is a platform that makes marketing fun. I can organize all the information of my clients and link them, everything is within my reach with a single Click.

Cons

It can be pricey for some companies and slow to upload information at the same time as my colleagues, the box that we own can sometimes collapse.

### "Hubspot Sales and Marketing Tools Review"

The learning curve for Hubspot was fairly steep. They do provide a bundle of videos and classes on its use though, which is useful. Their videos also go over best practices. They shoved A LOT into the Hubspot platform. This is both good and bad. Sometimes a feature will feel a bit incomplete. There are lots and lots of customizations, but sometimes it feels cluttered and sometimes there aren't options for what I need. I have fallen in love with how easy it is to post blogs, create landing pages, and automate things. There are plenty of variables to make lists of contacts by any properties (or lack thereof) you want. The sales side and marketing side have slightly different feels to them. Overall, it's great for tracking leads from their first contact through to the sale and being able to trace where they came from, the pages they visited, and out communication with them.

Pros

It is easy to automate things, pull lists of contacts, make landing pages, and post blogs.

Cons

Difficult to learn. There are multiple features and properties we don't use that end up being cluttery. We also had to do some hacky things to get it to work how our team wanted it.

A good marketing tool can add up to 1 million contacts. However, in the free version, the functionality is very limited: you need to connect the paid version to use SEO tools, revenue analytics, website builder and much more.

Cons

Unlike Salesforce, you cannot create your own objects: for example, when you need to see a specific project as an object of the system. HubSpot has no integration with a number of popular Russian social networks - the same Telegram.

Pros

It is a complete package. I used it to create landing pages and they connect them to website forms. It was easy and effective. I was able to run an effective A/B campaigns to evaluate and improve promotion tactics. It is able to do complicated tasks in a way that is simple and easy to understand.

Cons

Experienced glitches sometimes but they were quickly fixed by the customer service.
