All I need is there, it makes working efficiently so much easier and keeps me updated with my daily tasks.

Cons

So far, I can't really think of anything yet. Some features may not be super intuitive, but once you know the platform, everything is pretty straight forward and easy to use.

I'm not sure if the software itself is the problem, or just the way it can be used. The information arrives neat and organized, but it doesn't seem to provide very high quality leads.

Pros

I have mixed feelings about this product. I like that it emails in leads, but it seems to allow a lot of junk leads to come through. Instead of people using my online booking page to book appointments, this product sends a lot of forms with the client information, and you are supposed to reach out to them to get them to book.

Cons

The thing is, not many of the leads actually book. It seems to be more of a way for my account manager to have low quality leads sent in, to get his "cost per lead" on Google Ads down, so he can advertise that he gets the lowest cost per click than anyone else available. The leads seem to recycled, either going to many people at once or sending old leads. Once in a while they book, but the statistics are much lower than clients that call or email in directly.

HubSpot is so easy to use. I am using it in parallel to another marketing automation platform and while both are great, HubSpot has a lot of functionalities that make targeted marketing easy. It is so user friendly that there is no waste of resources for training, etc.

Pros

This platform is so intuitive I was able to teach myself how to use. It makes it so easy to customize your emails, target people to receive emails at appropriate times in their time zone and syncs easily with other software.

Cons

Keeping data clean is not as easy as in other platforms. I also wish the analytics were a little more in depth.

having all of our leads, forms, emails, email lists, etc. in one place really simplifies your workflow for campaigns. i can't imagine going back to the disjointed way i used to do these things.

Pros

They provide a great deal of features and functionality for a lot of my marketing executions. The customer support people are really well-informed and helpful. The HubSpot Academy and articles are nearly comprehensive.

Cons

there are some imperfections in the automation workflows, personalization options and landing page templates which can make make it hard to accomplish specific things. Not everyone would run into these issues though.

Hubspot has taken our business and helped us achieve even more. The ability to track each and every customer helps with our sales and marketing. Hubspot has become one of the most important aspects of the growth of our company.

Pros

Hubspot has changed our company for the better. This hub has allowed us to completely change how we do business and interact with our customers. Being able to track everything and have receipts for each customer is a real life-saver. There's so much we can do with this program and we've seen significant changes overall.

Cons

Because this program was changing the way we did business, it was a lot for our employees to take in and understand. Thankfully, we've had multiple training sessions with employees and with the company.

Pros

Overall, HubSpot is a robust platform for professional marketers looking to boost inbound leads. Here are the HubSpot features most importance to me: 1. Visitor domain tracking: The "Prospects" view shows you the latest traffic from known domains, which is a great asset for us as B2B marketers. 2. Referring domain tracking: With all that great content we're generating, it's important for us to know where cross-links get nested and where are next wave of leads may be emanating from. 3. Social media scheduling/campaign assignment across channels. HubSpot essentially has a Hootsuite built right into it - but no link shortener. I still meander over to bit.ly for that.

Cons

My primary gripe is the inability to do simple HTML template imports and editing for emails. There are CSS sheets (which is beyond my skill-set and interest level to futz with) and templates for purchase, but sometimes I find it easier to slide over to MailChimp for some campaigns to use my HTML existing templates. Then there are the little nit-picky items that could use their attention: column sortability, for example, or being able to clear through from a report to view a visiting domain summary - not just the known contacts summary. Also, the dashboard claims to be customizable, but there are limits to what a person can set as dashboard elements. There's no internal link shortener for social media blasts. Those are pretty drill-down user requirements, though not deal-breakers.

Perfect solution for all your Social Media marketing and management needs.

Pros

So I got this software when I first started out in social media management. That was probably a mistake on my part. Overall the software itself is AMAZING. Honestly, its perfect. Scheduling is easy and automation is perfect.

Cons

The only CON is that is the price honestly. As someone first starting a building a business back then it was a little too expensive for me. Charging by the accounts was a little difficult. I started out managing 5 accounts so the cost just added up too fast for me. But if you have the funds, GO FOR IT.

Being able to check your sent emails was so nice.

Pros

It was very helpful for me to be able to see when one of my emails had been opened and read. Made communicating with customers easier.

Cons

When an email gets forwarded, anytime someone in the forwarding list opened the email you would get a notification, so sometimes it looked like 1 person opened your email 10+ times.

The culture and content behind the company is really amazing! They do a lot for the industries, you can learn a lot from them and they also wonderful free tools, that we use very frequently.

Cons

Their paid tools are extremely pricey. I understand, they have high operating costs with everything they give out for free, but their paid software is barely affordable for SMEs or 2nd world countries.

HubSpot can integrate with just about any other tool.

Pros

With Hubspot, not only can you set up these marketing activities, you can set up specific campaigns and assign updates to a campaign. For example, you can assign specific emails or social media updates to a campaign so that you can view all the activities associated with a particular campaign.

Cons

HubSpot does charge an onboarding fee ranging depending on which plan you go with. While there is value in having a HubSpot rep help get you started, it's an expense that many businesses don't plan for upfront.

Pros

This does us all a favor and gives us the secrets and shortcuts that only an experienced HubSpot Partner would know. This e-book came out right at the same time we signed up with HubSpot. It was difficult to know if we were making the right decisions when it came to the technical side of HubSpot's Intregration. The Marketer's Guide to Mastering HubSpot walked us through this process and filled in the gaps where HubSpot's training and consultants could not give us clearly defined answers. Each page answered a question or gave us a tip that will save us months of headaches versus having to find our own way. Whether you are an agency, company or organization, this e-book is a great guide alongside HubSpot's professional training.

Cons

This book has no waste at all. It gets to the point and it is easy to read. But it needs some updating regarding CRM in HubSpot. I highly recommend it.

The software empowers teams to do a lot more with their work than they could on their own. Workflows save our team tons of time by automating tasks and nurturing leads. Insights into analytics are ROI are big pros as well.

Cons

Because they're always improving, it can be hard to keep up with the updates in the software (and at times overwhelming). I encourage HubSpot users to get involved in their local HubSpot User Group as well as participate in the HubSpot Academy Learning Broadcasts.

It's a tool that knows more about your market than you do. Definitely worth the cost, you are given the ability to make organized, targeted digital campaigns, and track your success through to the end.

Pros

Powerful CRM and reporting functions, ability to market to most social media avenues, easy to use once you're used to it. Terrific training program as well.

Cons

It has its quirks - if you're used to developing web pages, it takes some getting used to. Hubspot changes things very frequently also, so you're not always given time to get used to a function before its functionality has changed.

Pros

I love that everything is in one place! I can create emails, schedule social media campaigns across multiple platforms, and design landing pages without having to switch tabs or open new browsers. Makes my life incredibly easy!

Cons

HubSpot updates its software often -- a little too often. Improvement is great, of course, but at least twice a month I have trouble finding something because it has moved (or even disappeared) from the interface. Quarterly updates might be more user-friendly.

I used HubSpot as an admin for years, I love it overall. But for someone who doesn't enjoy coding, HubSpot can be a little difficult to use. Having said that, HubSpot has the best customer service, the support you will receive is nothing but the best!

I was not expecting to have something from one source that is so comprehensive and well thought out.

Pros

The software combined with the training (which is priceless) far exceeded my expectations. I was not expecting such a high level of customer support that is personalized. It not only helps you use the product, having people you see again motivates you to get everything done so that you can move to the next stage in your development online.

Cons

There's so much here it takes someone to point out what's available. You need the close at hand support because if you didn't have it, you would miss out on so many of the features and capabilities.
