Pros

Cons

It's very easy to use, and in combination with workflows super powerful

Cons

After uploading contacts it takes a while until they are updated and you can use them in listsYou should be able to switch from marketing contact to non marketing contacts unlimited times

the subscription price, and the support is in the US - so there is a delay if you are UK or EU based.

The amount of features this has makes Hubspot and amazing CRM. It allows you to record so much data and access accounts easily. I love the tasks and reminders for my customers

It can be very overwhelming but there are helpful webinars to learn how to use everything

I think the benefits are plentiful - organization, first and foremost. The integration of being able to see all replies, opens, clicks, in one place is great.

Pros

I think Hubspot makes it really easy to keep track of marketing efforts, especially via email. It's kind of a no-brainer.

Cons

There are some glitches - such as when creating a follow-up task for an email, when you go to check it off your tasks, it will ask you to create a follow-up task. It should know across the site that one has already been made.

### "Wonderful Product but Missing Key Functionality"

Love the rest of the product. Love the sales team. Great product overall, just with a huge gap.

Pros

Setting up default configurations for scheduling is a big time saver. Nice UI and layout of the calendar. Great to build out a content library of images for quick content creation.

Cons

It is unbelievable to me that HubSpot Marketing is unable to post Stories from the Social Media platform. I still have to use Meta Business Suite to manage all stories, and reels. Story posting is not a new feature to the social media spectrum. It gives me pink flag cues about the rest of HubSpot. Let's elevate this functionality gap to the Development and Product Team ASAP. Thanks in advance!

Pros

I like the robust functionality for many aspects of marketing/marketing automation. I can easily setup workflows, email blasts, emails to segmented lists, track lifecycle stages down the funnel, and etc.

Cons

There are certain limitations when it comes to very specific cases where i need to build reports/get data cross-property (contact / company / deal), which tends to lead to duplicate information in each of those places.

Easy way to run all our marketing through HubSpot.

Pros

So many features and tools so you can literally spend all your time and not need many other tools. They are constantly adding more functionality.

Cons

Some features are missing that I thought should be there - AB testing automated emails, website pages, and other places. I would like more consistent UI feel, as they are constantly updating certain sections and leaving other pages behind.

HubSpot works like a marketing automation platform is supposed to. The part that stands out for me is their 24/7 customer service. Anytime I need a question answered or have an issue to sort out I am on the phone with a real person within a couple of minutes. The person on the phone is always extremely helpful in figuring out what needs to be done and even follows up after the call to make sure that my problem no longer exists.

Pros

\-Awesome customer service -Easy to understand dashboard -Workflows are easy to create -Easy to track contacts -Easy to use social tools -Easy to create reports

Cons

\-Templates for landing pages are expensive -Some settings are difficult to find

Workflows are restrictive, lots of key elements are in enterprise plans which are crazy expensive - and I mean crazy expensive. Support is terrible, they're less than useless.

It does the job of sending automated emails, but it can quickly get confusing.

Pros

I value automated workflows the most, there is so much potential for quality and powerful marketing. Templates both on the site and integrated into Gmail are also very useful.

Cons

The learning curve is significantly steep and almost overbearing. If my company hadn't already committed, I probably would have looked elsewhere. There's so much potential and workflows are a great example of that, but figuring out what each element does requires so much commitment to reading the support pages and learning the HubSpot language, which can get very overwhelming.

Hubspot marketing was very easy to set up and run. Having all your marketing needs in one place was the best option ever. Integrating it with our CMS was even better.

Cons

For me personally, there's no problem with HubSpot but I hope they come up with better features in the future

We're an Camping agency located in Croatia and we implemented HubSpot and Imbound Marketing methodology in our business since day one. The results (especially now, in the second year of business when we learned a lot about our visitor's and lead's behaviour) are staggering!Email marketing automation combined with sales activities (reengageing e-mail for the leads who still didn't book, for example) are returnig lots of traffic back to the website and we strategically funnel our visitors to the decision phase and the confirmation of booking.

So glad that HubSpot is now a platform that can be used at the enterprise level. HubSpot makes marketing automation much simpler. Beyond just marketing automation and email marketing capabilities, HubSpot is at the center of our entire inbound marketing and demand generation efforts. Cons

I think there may be some functionalities that are more advanced among other marketing automation platforms, but HubSpot has come a long way and is making great strides with their platform.

Pros

Having all the necessary data and metrics in one place is amazing, to say the least! Our company lives in HubSpot. As a content marketer, I love that I am able to produce, format, schedule, my blog posts in one central location. The social media tools are on par with most social media management tools out there. I appreciate that HubSpot continues to update their CRM frequently to keep up with other competitors. They are consistently incorporating new tools and functionality. It's extremely versatile!

Cons

One of the more frustrating parts about the HubSpot CRM is that I've found it to take some time to report out on data. That is really the only "issue" I have experienced, needless to say, their support team has been extremely helpful in addressing the issue.
