Cons

I would like to see exactly the same layout how I create the EDM especially when I create a block EDM. Unfortunately, in mobile the layout is not as I create.

It's very easy to use and is an excellent tool to organize the data and keep an overview of the deal progression. When you have a question it is very easy to find out the solution.

Cons

It's quite time consuming to build lists if you don't have the paid version. Also it would be good to have chat support or phone support in case of questions.

Overall, the expense is worth the service IF you can carve the time needed to develop your business systematically with their process.

Pros

Your relationship to Hubspot will depend entirely on one key issue: how serious are you about developing your business or brand? These guys will bend over backwards to make sure you have a successful experience with this product, and while you pay a premium for it, you are rewarded with premium-like service. One-on-One attention, followup (during the initial phase of development), and professional advice and assistance is all part of the game for these guys. They KNOW their business, and if you have the time and money and desire to work with them, you will do well. Full disclosure: I was on a team working with another business that used this software. I did not use it for my own company, though I was able to dive in and see its features as part of another organization.

Cons

The service is expensive for a small business owner. It is a value driven by your ability to followthrough and implement the strategies they map out.

Pros

I love the interface and ease of use, but their customer service is unmatched. They are always available to chat, talk on the phone, or email with a fast response time. Also, their resource hub is full of how-to guides with screenshots and granular details that are helpful. Learning how to use a CRM and all of its capabilites is intimidating, and as a user, it's nice to know HubSpot makes it as easy as possible. It's easily my favorite CRM.

Cons

If you don't host your website on HubSpot, there are several limitations with tracking.

The interface is so simple to use. If you need any sort of training, Hubspot has a free certification program and a very robust knowledge base.

Cons

Can be limiting and the price is very comparable to platforms that are way more sophisticated. If your team has a strong concentration in content marketing, then it could be the best tool for you.

Hubspot is a fantastic all in one tool that allows us to plan and execute the majority of our marketing. They are always adding great features to the software, and the customer support is fantastic. I've been using Hubspot for about 3 years now and have always had great experiences.

Pros

Tools such as social media, campaigns, landing pages, blogging, reports, CTAs, templates, emails, worklfows and forms all in one place Fantastic customer support, the team are always available and willing to help Always adding new features

Cons

The only real 'con' is the price can be a bit expensive for smaller businesses but the software is worth it.

I kept my leads and sales organized and in check. It gives a lot of tools for a person looking to start a business or keep their business in line.

Pros

I loved the functionality of the platform. Its all very simple and allows you to quickly and easily track your leads, follow your sales, and keep well organized documents. Compared to a lot of other CRM's, Hubspot is very user friendly. Quick to learn, easy to use.

Cons

The price for this platform seems a bit higher vs the other CRM's even though it comes with a free version. It is very limited on its capabilities. It's only good if you have a rapidly growing business and you need to keep people organized and your business in line.

I came to HubSpot CRM after using Salesforce for many years, so I was used to having a full-featured and well-designed product that truly was optimized for productivity. HubSpot on the other hand is pretty new as a CRM (we use their marketing automation software too, which connects to the CRM). Just for the sake of clarity, I am NOT reviewing the marketing automation piece today as I'm not on the marketing side, so I'll just stick to reviewing the CRM sales piece. Being that HubSpot CRM is completely free at the moment, I can't really complain about anything. That old Axiom "you get what you pay for" certainly applies here. The CRM has a lot of promise and within the next 1-2 years, it could be a great CRM to recon with. But at present, there are just a lot of little things missing that make the workflow and usability challenging, causing extra clicks and frustration in the process. Overall though, for a free CRM tool... it's pretty decent. I'm just used to a fully baked platform like Salesforce, so that creates a bit of bias for me... I'll admit that.

Pros

FREE at the moment Good CRM for beginners or startups Direct integration into HubSpot's marketing automation platform

Cons

UI/UX is not fully developed (can be frustrating at times) No extensibility with non-Hubspot tools API is not fully baked yet

Pros

I love the ease of lists, workflows and emails!

Cons

Some areas of improvement would be editing the lists inside the email so that you didn't have to go back out. Making the work flows easier to edit all in one area without backing out.

Cons

We use Salesforce as our CRM system and I would love if the two worked better together. We struggle to build reports across the two systems to get a full picture of our marketing ROI.

We are using for running various email campiagns, schedule marketing emails and running abalytics based on that. This helps us in focusing targeting the right market and prospect and achieve better results.

Pros

It is a complete tool for all marketing need. Their customer support team is awesome they provide you all the training which is required and are prompt to help you for all you business cases. We can create custom report as opposed to predefined reporting which helps a lot.

Cons

I have come across cases, for the form that I create are not user friendly to other emails client, which often result in being ignored.

I've been using the Hubspot marketing hub for a few months and absolutely love it. It's so easy to use and has all the features I need. It is really intuitive, with very little time needed to learn how to use it. It has saved me so much time, especially when it comes to tracking things like customer data, social media engagement etc. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a tool that offers both simplicity and sophistication.

Cons

No cons so far. Hubspot is an amazing tool.

My company uses it to capture leads and deals and gives us the ability to review projects won versus projects lost, which gives us the data to modify proposals to the next client.

Pros

Hubspot is a great platform to house your contacts and sales leads. It’s so easy to link emails to contacts allowing you to keep a record of communications.

Cons

When editing contacts there are few too many steps but all in all it doesn’t detract from the quality of the user experience.

Well for starters there is a ton of support out there for all of the Hub Spot products. I really like the CRM and Email tracking as that helps me stay on top of what is important.

Cons

So there is a cost to use it once you grow too big, however, the cost is a fraction of the service and support you receive.
