Pros

Well for starters there is a ton of support out there for all of the Hub Spot products. I really like the CRM and Email tracking as that helps me stay on top of what is important.

Cons

So there is a cost to use it once you grow too big, however, the cost is a fraction of the service and support you receive.

Pros

I am so glad to have discovered HubSpot Marketing Automation! It is great for small business owners. You can put your email campaigns in & set them to autopilot so they automatically go out when you need them to! You can also customize & personalize your workflow easily by using a very simple visual editor. There are so many things you can do with Hubspot, here are just a few more I can think of: you can use workflows to set up webhooks, score leads, rotate leads to sales, and easily manage your data in bulk by updating properties, copying values, and more. I would highly recommend you checking out Hubspot Marketing Automation for your home or small business.

Cons

The cost was a bit of a downer. It is useful but pricey. Cost is important as it affects the bottom line, so the cost of a service has a lot to do with if we use it.

Overall, Hubspot is a great product with lots of functionalities. However, its price range may be a bit expensive compared to its real segment.

Pros

As a marketing automation expert, I know Hubspot is one of the first MA softwares that were developed. Hubspot is a robust software, offering you lots of great options such as: email marketing, personalization, dynamic content, advance segmentation, CRM integration and so on. It also allows to implement new channels of communication such as SMS or Social Media.

Cons

The main con is that it's a bit expensive for the quality of its services. It could be compared with softwares such as Active Campaign, which is way cheaper than Hubspot. Also, sometimes it has some deliverability issues when not purchased along with a dedicated sending IP.

It's not immediately intuitive how to do somethings. I understand that this could be chalked up to user error and my lack of taking the time to watch the tutorials. One specific things is that I still don't know how to merge duplicate records. And, I bet there is a tutorial for that ...

You'll need a team to build and maintain your custom automation infrastructure, but it should serve you well, if you can continue to afford Hubspot's pricing structure.

Cons

Some features, especially in relations to social media and reporting, felt extremely rushed, especially given the extra expense that Hubspot charged us to essentially be their "beta" testers. This is an overall theme with Hubspot - a company that once focused on small and medium businesses, but has shifted focus to big corporations and left much of the userbase that helped them grow behind.

Removing some redundancies in the setup of email inbound campaigns could improve the user experience. Currently the process requires a lot of menial steps

I've used Hubs pot extensively for over 2 years and it helped me gain complete visibility into how each of my marketing channels were firing. The dynamic lists were a boon, made for marketers. Coupled with the HubSpot CRM (and Signals), you're all set to rock!

Pros

The first positive attribute is the amazing training you receive from the HubSpot team. If you pay attention closely, and are inclined to use the tool effectively, then half the job is done.

Cons

The negative aspect is that you have to keep creating multiple lists and there were no 'tree' hierarchy to the lists. You'll get to know this only when you use the tool.
