It has been good.

Pros

It has kept my sales team organized and able to track qualified leads and generate more sales.

Cons

Some of the templates in the marketing tool are difficult to use and have to be tech savy to fix them or edit photos, layout of them. Tracking is off and unsubsribes, hard bounces is off as well.

Pros

It's very thorough. I can do almost everything I need to do to create and manage client marketing through the platform.

Cons

It's constantly changing and rearranging and can be clunky. Reporting is a little confusing, and you have to spend a lot of time in it to really master it (when you could be working on client stuff).

Pros

everything from content tracking to management to planning to analytics to outreach, everything taken care of under one domain is incredible. very rarely do we feel the need to go out.

Cons

a feature that is missing i guess is details serp analysis, the likes available on ahrefs. give me that and i'll cancel all my other subscriptions

Pros

It seems that HubSpot has an unlimited amount of tools that can help you create an ideal inbound marketing automation strategy from start to finish. They make it easy for you! User friendly and it does everything!

Cons

Can be overwhelming with the amount of tools you can use. Which tool do you use and how do you choose the right one so that you are the most successful?

Quite great, simply because it's so difficult to find a CRM that is easy to use and involves complete tracking of leads from the first contact/moment they visited your website through to the entire sales process.

Pros

It is one of the only CRMs I've used which allows to you see campaign results linked to individual leads. You can identify leads to specific marketing sources, which allows you to identify which marketing methods have resulted in exactly which leads and purchases.

Cons

The customer service was not great, and you often get replies which are not answering the actual question you asked.

At AdEspresso we use Hubspot daily. It's our CRM, eMail Marketing Tool, Landing Page designer and so on. We were amazed by its ease of use and they constantly deliver new exciting feature. What's even better is their constant educational effort on top of the software platform. Not only they provide a great tool but they also help you become a better marketer with a constant flow of great content!

Pros

Top Notch Customer Support Very complete offer. Does most of what we need Continuously updated with new features Great training material Really easy to use

Cons

A bit expensive compared to some competitors (but totally worth the money)

Pros

Nice to automate email sends. Wish you could round robin from form submissions and automate emails based on contact rags.

Cons

Drip campaigns are fine but lacking email template options. Was not impressed with the logic and rules behind the automation would often have to manually do things to accomplish what I wanted

So far it has been great. Certainly has lived up to the "All-in one" marketing promise.

Pros

The UX of this platform makes it very easy to not only send out emails, but to automate follow up content to help with lead generation and ultimately for a sale. The analytics that this provides makes it very easy to know what works and what does not - even on the landing page level. It helps us to make very informed decisions on what needs to change and what is working

Cons

There is a little bit of a learning curve involved in this. There is a lot that this platform can do. As much as I've used it, I am still finding new things. Perhaps the platform would benefit from more "How To" courses.

Great too for marketing campaigns. Has all the tools needed for successful campaigns. The auxiliary tools and templates make it easy to come up with campaigns that will reach your target audience. Excellent tracking tools to get accurate and detailed metrics.

Cons

Price makes it out of reach for small businesses or those starting out on their entreprenurership journey.

Haven't found anything not to like. was a little overwhelming learning HubSpot as a whole but once learned it is amazing

Great collaboration among my team

Pros

Price is good - ranging from free to expensive. The free CRM product can be integrated with other Hubspot and non-Hubspot products (even GMAIL and Outlook!). Hubspot also is very intuitive and can search for additional details based on the information you enter for each contact, saving you additional work. This product is great for all levels of salespeople. It is easy to chat and set up meetings, track records and Hubspot has fantastic customer support.

Cons

Slight learning curve but once you get the hang of it this is great! Customer support is also very helpful. The free plan is more of a skeleton plan. You have to pay more to get additional features like chatbot.

HubSpot Marketing is a great platform for especially small businesses that have a limited marketing budget, it makes my job as a one-woman gig so much easier. It greatly increases efficiency and productivity in terms of sales and marketing activities.

Cons

I think the support staff can be a bit more knowledgeable in helping customers with their questions. I often get this feeling like the support staff are not very well trained or not trained at all.

The automatic functionality I've gotten with this product has been very helpful to me.

Pros

I'm still exploring this product but literally, just installing it has given me fabulous tracking benefits! I've connected it to my email so I now know when someone opens an email.... which is very helpful intel for timing and crafting follow ups with clients and potential clients.

Cons

I know it can do more... but I haven't had time to explore it... I wish it were a little more clear about the services/functionality they provide. I think I signed up for it because I thought it was a social media posting management tool but I honestly can't remember and haven't had time to figure it out.

Sending mass emails to very targeted audiences and/or multiple targeted audiences can take a matter of minutes, versus spending entire workdays formatting emails, creating and uploading lists, etc.

Pros

Great analytics, tracking abilities, and targeting functionalities.

Cons

Email formatting can sometimes be a little funky- especially on the inserted CTA buttons.

Cons

I kept getting a new account manager and that said I will help you and the help never came. I spent several years on the platform and was frustrated by the ability of the tool to provide a measurable return on my investment

HubSpot has benefited us greatly in the marketing department. Before, email sends took a while to create and send. We had to use many different platforms for sending emails. Also, our social media strategy is much more streamlined because of HubSpot.

Pros

HubSpot is easy to use and work with our marketing strategy (emails, automation, social).

Cons

I wish it could integrate better with Dynamics and Outlook.

Cons

In the beggining can be overwhelming to manage all the details that the app needs to make a perfect job, but with a little practice you can easily improve your businees through this amazing marketing tool, if you a set a cohesive teamwork you will have no problem using HubSpot for Marketing.

Pros

Hubspot offers a lot of general CRM and Marketing services for free. I currently use the corporate marketing module and it is great for scheduling pretty much everything. The comprehensive self paced training also ensures that you really know how to use each function of the application.

Cons

The reporting leaves a little to be desired. Some of the output is not clear as to where or how it is calculating the information. We also used the Sales Module but had to migrate to another service due to the needs of our international sales team.

Pros

The best part of the product is the UI and the easily navigated sections for complex tasks. create multiple lists, each behavior of a user is available to create a segment to be useful. Support is up to the mark. The best thing is caring for there clients. not only while onboarding but even while using it.

Cons

nothing, everything is just awesome. Being from India, there were some small issues in financial correcting but the response was on the right place and it got solved in no time.

I am very satisfied effortlessly of purpose, inciting and robotization. More onboarding/responsibility would be advantageous.

Pros

The product truly assists with changing over a contact into a deals an open door. HubSpot has an amazing client care group and the stage has a how-to and a definite demo segment for the starters.

Cons

The main conceivable thing to hate is the rate limit for Withdraws. Which can be irritating contingent upon the size of your crowd.
