Workflows make communication during classes and after a breeze but take up does take some time to learn.

Pros

Pretty intuitive as far as email goes - if you send the email more than once it will ask if you would like to make a template - that is helpful. Creating lists and mass emails are also very easy.

Cons

Don't know if it is indicitive to CRM software but so much communication goes to clients junk box so that if very frustrating.

Overall I have really enjoyed Hubspot and have been excited about exploring all that Hubspot is capable of.

Pros

I really like the email workflow feature. This is very helpful for our inbound marketing strategies and creating marketing campaigns that drive our calendar and remove the time to write individual emails every time you need to send one out. The workflows also creat lead follow up incredibly easy with automated services Hubspot provides.

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to most of the CRM but it is also user-friendly once you get it and is easy for them to explain processes to employees.

Pros

You can easily track your marketing initiatives from the dashboard which is very nice. It's very feature rich and gives you a lot of insight into your campaigns. You can keep everything in one place rather than relying on multiple forms of software to get the job done.

Cons

There is a bit of learning curve because the software is so feature rich.

We have used Hubspot for almost 3 yrs and greatly enjoy it. Before we started using Hubspot we where not Inbound with our marketing at all. By incorporating Hubspot and it inbound methodology we have increased the number of clients as well as made an easier onboarding experience for our clients. Hubspot has helped make our marketing efforts much more effective

Pros

I love the automation you can do with marketing as well as you can really see the true ROI your marketing efforts have.

Cons

It can get pricy if you have a fairly large database of leads and clients. You get 1k contacts in your base payment and then they charge 100/mo for every addition 1k contacts.

Pros

The way all of the tools connect is great, and I love being able to see a high-level overview of campaigns but also drill down into the nitty gritty. Customer support is always very attentive.

Cons

I wish designing custom modules for landing pages was easier. I love the new drag and drop feature for emails and would really like to see the same kind of functionality for landing pages.

Overall, HubSpot Marketing Automation has been great! I wish I used it with more of the clients that we have.

Pros

I only use HubSpot for a few clients now (I used to use it more often), but I have absolutely loved using this tool. It's so easy to use and intuitive. The emails are easy to set up, including A/B testing, and so are the workflows. I also love how the workflows can integrate with other aspects of the lead's information. For example, setting up automation for when a lead takes a certain action that then qualifies them to the next lifecycle stage.

Cons

There's not much I don't like about HubSpot. As mentioned, it's very easy to use especially compared to some of the other marketing automation platforms that I've used before. Of course, it can take some time to set up automations and workflows. It's not an instantaneous process, but I think that's to be expected no matter what tool you're using.

Pros

Hubspot Academy is incredible - great resources for learning how to use the system and tips on strategy. The implementation team was very proactive and always quick to respond. I just wish we could have used them longer. The interface is easy to understand and navigate. So far the system has met our expectations and proven to be a good choice (we considered/demoed many different marketing automation software!).

Cons

It will be awhile before we are really using the system to full capacity. If you are adopting Hubspot with 7 years of existing CRM and marketing data, it is a long, phased process. Marketing automation is only as strong as your CRM/sales efforts integration - and if you don't use Salesforce it will take awhile to really sync your CRM with Hubspot. We're still figuring that out, but able to use the landing pages, email and social modules until we can truly have integrated client and prospect data, but it will probably be awhile. I also wish there was a better pricing structure based on activity rather than number of contacts, considering we have a ton of prospects but not all are very active. It is very expensive for a company our size (with multiple products) to import all contacts from the beginning.

Pros

The ability to manage blog, website, and email content in one place. I also enjoy the cross-team functionalities that allow marketing, sales, and customer service to collaborate in one spot where all communication is recorded and easy to find.

Cons

There is a learning curve, especially for new users and those hesitant to use new technology and automation. I do wish some of their older basic features were included in the newer ones.

Hubspot offers superb workflow tools. My particular favorite is the landing page options, which look great on any device and are optimized for single-click form completion. Hubspot also offers smart landing pages, which change content based on the visitor.

I use it everyday to develop, launch, monitor and evaluate our marketing campaigns. Everything works great and is easy to use.

Pros

Versatility, there is so much it can do. In my role, I primarily use it for landing page with gated content and drip marketing campaigns. But I'm constantly learning about additional features that improve our ability to capture and convert leads. It integrates with everything and allows us to create amazing campaigns.

Cons

Everything seems like a paid addon. I find that I'm constantly hit with sticker shock when I see the cost of adding on additional features that I'd love to have. Unfortunately, our potential return is never great enough to add things like multi-site support or sales hub.

Pros

Their onboarding process is second to none. The support personnel makes it easy for you to navigate the program easily even though you're not a marketing personnel. I also love the fact that you could easily sync it with other platforms like Gmail, Wordpress, Facebook etc. I'd easily recommend the software to anyone. It also gives you value for your money with extra add-ons like chatbox, graphic editor, CRM tools etc.

Cons

I would say Hubspot is near perfect and may be difficult to find anything not to like about it. However, I noticed you can get most of its optimal value when you produce large amount of content. This may not be too favourable for small businesses.

Marketing Automation Software makes it easier for a Marketing team of 1 or 2, to run campaigns, measure success, and make assumptions based on the data gathered with one simple product. It's great to be able to set up an entire campaign that runs over the course of a few weeks to a few months in one day and then be able to move onto the next effort. It also offers amazing insight into visitor's behavior on your site as well as how they engage with your company.

Pros

The flexibility and ease of use when it comes to creating content and campaigns. The drag and drop capabilities as well as the preview options make is very easy to design any piece of content without knowing code or being an actual designer. I love the resource center, it's filled with ideas and tools anyone can use.

Cons

The organization system of older content. It's sometimes hard to find the CTA, Landing Page, etc. that you are looking for. Another big issue is the fact that every single contact is either a lead, partner, customer, or other. I'd like it if you could create an ex-customer list as well. I also don't like how it syncs up with SalesForce and the way it treats Leads v. Contacts.

We are able to share info from home office to our sales reps and vice versa. I update the lead info when we receive a PO, when it ships and if there is any problems with the product the sales rep can link a ticket back to the original order. communication is much easier this way.

Pros

We are using it to track many aspects of our customers orders. From first contact to shipping / service needs. Will begin using it for tracking commissions and expenses too.

Cons

There was recently a problem with the system on their end which put us down for a couple days. Hopefully this will not continue to happen.

the free trial period that enables the users to identify the suitability of the software before full purchase this makes it the best in market, Tutorials that enables users to learn how to use hubspot marketing well, it is also easy to use and navigate and doesn't require complex coding

Cons

after a trial period has elapsed the user should purchase a yearly supsription with a small fee. incase of very large contacts it will require an additional fee of atleast 800 dollars.

It was a learning curve at first, but once you get the hang of it it's very easy to use. Tech support has been incredibly helpful with teaching us new tricks and answering questions.

Overall HubSpot filled a need for our team. I always recommend it to startup founders especially if they can take advantage of HubSpot's startup program.

Pros

I have used the HubSpot Marketing Hub at all three of my last companies and I loved how it enabled me to manage all of our inbound marketing in one platform that seamlessly integrated with our CRM.

Cons

The reporting features were not as granular as our team would have liked it and there were some features that just weren't as intuitive as they could have been, namely editing email templates and landing pages.
