Pros

I don't have much nice to say about this app, except that I give them kudos for the effort of joining the advertisement business and trying to make it in it.

Cons

This app and Company is not capable or suited to grow small businesses by tremendous social media advertisement. They just haven't found their niche or spot and this industry for social media advertisement.

It could give more tools with Hubspot CMS like user flow or heatmap. Maybe they are available in the tool then it should more easy to access.

Pros

The marketing automation features inside Hubspot make it easy to build a solid campaign. You can easily connect social posts, blog posts, workflows, landing pages, and emails to one campaign so that you can view all the results in one place. It's a really great function when you're analyzing results as a team, or want to use them on your resume! I also really like the review page that occurs before you send an email. It's a nice quality control feature to make sure you've got everything chosen and written correctly before sending it out your entire client base, for example.

Cons

If you're looking for in-depth analysis and results of automation functions, Hubspot is not for you. It collects the bare minimum of results, but sometimes that's not enough.

Pros

This tool is very easy to manage your client list and do the follow up. Tool is very easy to learn and implement. Great tool for small businesses.

Cons

Customer support is not that great. Tool is very easy to navigate but it would be nice to have good customer support.

We used it as a trial, loved it, but couldn't justify the high price for features we could get from other software for significantly less. If we were a bigger team. then the simpler stack at a higher price would have been justified. For startups, I think it's mostly better to go elsewhere until you get big enough that the cost of software is no longer a consideration.

Pros

It has everything you could possibly need, centralized and with integrations to your other systems. Onboarding for a complex product was very good, and the UI well considered. For a giant piece of software, Hubspot have made it very accessible.

Cons

Free/trial plans offer great features that really unlock the power of this platform. However, the ramp in pricing to get all of the features necessary to run an effective, data driven program result in this being an extremely expensive proposition for a small team.

Pros

When I used Hubspot, I was using the functionality for the CRM. I know there can be much more done, but for what I needed it for this was perfect.

Cons

There was so much functionality that I would get lost in the minute details occasionally rather than focusing on how to close the prospect.

We're still in the process of implementing and using Hubspot, but we've already got more web traffic and inquiries from our website. Sometimes the services feel a bit disjointed and you are encouraged to upgrade plans, services to get that next bit of functionality that you need. Overall impressed but give it 12x months to see if it pays for itself with new customers.

Pros

The onboarding has been great with regular webinars from Hubspot to assist. There workflows for automating emails for web visitors. Being able to see when customers or potential customers have opened emails and what they're interested in.

Cons

Cost and their disjointed systems. Also being able to integrate into other CRM systems is costly and time-consuming.

Pros

It's easy to start using the product as it is SaaS. Love it when there is no customization cost involved. You save both time and presence. The onboarding is really good. they ensure that they migrate all your digitals assets to HubSpot along with the website etc. Startup pricing is amazing gives a big incentive for company's to use the product.

Cons

Pricing makes no sense. the professional stack is only 100 contacts and the next tier is the enterprise which is 2400 bucks. Need something in between. Support needs to be more responsive and proactive.

Pros

Let me just say I am not a professional marketer. Hubspot has made it incredibly easy for me to get certain things noticed online and has boosted my marketing skills dramatically. First off, it is incredibly intuitive. I am pretty busy on a daily basis and don't have time to learn a ton about marketing. That's not an issue while using Hubspot, which walks me through things I am unfamiliar with and provides a helping hand. I haven't had many issues with this software yet and it has definitely given me a boost in marketing prowess since I added it to my resources.

Cons

Very few complaints from me. It is pricey but I feel it is worth it.

Pros

It makes CRM a cakewalk - tools for authoring emails, blogs, social posts, CTA's, & landing pages are great! Project management and tracking, while not as good as dedicated platforms like Trello, is still quite good.

Cons

The automated workflows are good for having auto-responses, confirmation emails, follow-up emails, entire nurturing campaigns, and more! BUT, the workflow tool does have niche limitations that prevent this good tool from becoming a very powerful tool. While there are very useful third-party tools such as Hookspot that can be accessed via webhooks, simple things like an if statement that checks if a customer has replied to an email or not isn't possible.

Pros

I like how HubSpot Marketing Hub is very easy to use and doesn't take long to learn. It also integrates with many other technologies, which is tremendously helpful.

Cons

I don't like how there are caps for marketing contacts and number of reports at the Professional level.

We started using HubSpot when we realized that our marketing toolkit was getting too complicated and that we didn't use many of the features offered in other software solutions. HubSpot made sense to us because it was an all-in-one kind of package that allowed us to quickly, efficiently and easily dig into our client marketing in a way that reduced our overall workflow and made our teams much more time-efficient.

Pros

\- It's a one-stop solution to handle all of our client marketing needs - Saves a bunch of time - It's relatively cheap

Cons

It's not as feature-rich as other marketing software that is developed for more specific needs. This is understandable, though, as a one-stop solution will always be less robust, but more convenient.

Great software for an overall all round marketing automation.

Pros

The plataform has a steep learning curve, but after some time it gets pretty intuitive. It is really easy to create automated e-mail marketing campaigns. The social features works well. It is amazing how it can integrate and help you filter users by their actions and profiles. Customer support is superb

Cons

The design editor for e-mails could be better. It has no preview and templates aren't editable after created.

The functionality to integrate channels together across the entire business.

Cons

The proprietary system doesn't play well with other tools via integration. It was very hard to build custom campaigns, without paying additional for templates, and the landing pages lacked customer javascript support for our more robust analytics tools.

Overall, it's a great platform, great customer service and they have a lot of documentation available.

Pros

You have a beautiful dashboard that has your analytics for your website. Everything from leads, marketing targeting, money being spent, etc.

Cons

There's a bit of a learning curve, especially if you're trying to build a website using their templated. It's also not free and cost a pretty penny.

Some processes, like creating a list, verifying a lead etc are lengthy and time consuming process. Chatbot creation and workflow is a bit difficult to understand.

Tons of features, easy and intuitive, and it's hard to beat the fact that there is a free-for-life version of the software to help you dig in and discover the platform before having to pay for it.

Cons

The tools for building web pages are lacking; the customization options are limited and editing page components can be difficult. This has made using HubSpot difficult for managing campaign landing pages.

I've been using Hubspot for about 2 years now and I have to say that it has really helped me in more ways than I can say. Not only is it really easy to use, the support you get from their team and the culture they have is really what makes them stand out above the crowd. Any time I've ever had an issue or needed to learn how to do something I could call and know I could speak to a real (and super knowledgable) person within 5-10 minutes. I can come to them with a problem or goal and they work with me to make sure I have a solution and have made me look like a rockstar at my job. I call them my "secret weapon."

Pros

The ease of use, the support you receive, the simplicity and the excellent functionality.

Cons

There are still little tweaks of things here and there that could be improved upon, they're not a perfect software but they're always improving.
