Great tools for establishing lead value, distributing content, improving quality of lead funnel to sales, etc. Cons As Hubspot expands its web to be all things marketinf, it misses out on some basic UI and functionality. Stuff like poor thumbnails for popups, confusing branching logic for leadflow that could be cleaner, etc - little things will pop up through out that make you go 'huh?'. The support team is incredibly helpful, so any issues you have should be addressed pretty quick. Pros Hubspot is very easy to use! The help functionality really comes in handy. The tool helps you better understand what you're building and offers insight into how to build better content whether that be a landing page or an email. This is a great tool for someone who does not have a background in digital content creation, or for someone who is looking to build digital content but doesn't know where to start. Definitely recommend! Cons The price point can be a bit steep, especially if you are paying for it yourself. It is worth the investment if you have the resources. I started off using HubSpot's Marketing Grader tool (which I love). Then I completed the Inbound and Design Certifications and after that I started using HubSpot full-time. The products are all great. Sidekick is a great tool to use even for personal use (and it's FREE). But when you use Sidekick and the CRM system (also free)' it's just great. I've been using Drupal, Joomla and WordPress for the past ten years and I didn't really like them. When I tried the HubSpot COS I was sold. It's so easy to use and beginner can build beautiful sites without any problems. The tool is quite new, so there are still some improvements that need to be done (and I'm sure they will get it soon). Personally I would like a search module that isn't Google's search (this isn't that big of a problem and most users don't event notice this). Also, translation plugins could be a great feature. Pros Tons of features, there is always more than one way to achieve something, good automation workflows, good email and landing page builders. Cons For the non advanced/experienced users, some features can be confusing, also, we had some problems with email delivery. Pricing for Brazil is extremely high, due to currency exchange. In terms of reporting it has been instrumental in following KPIs Pros Easy to set up automated email campaigns and monitor customer behaviour. A/B testing and personalisation are also great features easily available with Hubspot. Dynamic suggestions on how to target unengaged subscribers in different ways helps with email campaigns. Cons They recently removed a feature where you can clone a template and change the name then and there. The hubspot academy provides training not only on software functionality but also on industry best practices. Great customer support as well. Cons It is complex and sometimes hard and time consuming to learn. But this is to be expected with any software that is as full as this one in providing for a range of needs. Always releasing new features that can sometimes cause a blip in use, but always for a good reason.
