We use it to track prospects for first contact to sale. HAs helped to make sure no one falls through the cracks.

Pros

Makes tracking prospects easy and straightforward. Helps keep track of cold contacts to make sure you are maximizing potential.

Cons

Some of the customer info you store can be finicky. Importing could have been easier, but they may have updated that.

I have used a collection of CRMs and found HubSpot before finding Pardot and it does absolutley everything that we need it to do, there are very few areas for improvement (which are so minute they dont affect the function) HubSpot is by far superior

In my seven years of experience, I've used multiple marketing platforms and HubSpot by far is the best. The constant updates, the everyday use, email creation, workflows, and are all easy to use. When things get a bit challenging, the support team are always eager to help out.

Pros

Wiziwig email creator is easy to use and no coding is needed. The workflows is user friendly. I really enjoy the HubSpot Academy and content created to learn all about using HubSpot.

Cons

The integration with Salesforce can use some work.

Pros

I've been really impressed with customer support. They are just a phone call away and stick with you until they've satisfied your need. They are also always adding new features (sometimes it's a little overwhelming to keep up with, but overall a good thing!).

Cons

There are a few quirks I don't like--my biggest bet peeve is your can't prevent data fields from being overwritten when you upload data (this was the most surprising lacking feature when we transitioned from Eloqua to Hubspot).

This software is super powerful and can grow your business. You just need to allocate the proper resources to it (Both financial and Human Resources)

Pros

This software has so many possibilities to nurture your leads and personalize and automate your marketing. The possibilities are endless!

Cons

Compared to other software we’ve used, the on boarding process has been pretty lackluster. Our on boarding person doesn’t do much to actively help us.

We've been using hubspot marketing automation in our company for a couple of years now. And we're amazed by the way our lead flows are managed. We specifically use Hubspot for Lead Generation and Marketing, and it has worked charms.

Nothing Much. It is a value for money. There is nothing to complain at this end.

Pros

The best part about this tool is the flexibility. You have the ability to create and customize automated workflow for several purposes - product marketing, customer onboarding, etc. Our sales team was a fan of the triggered email campaign options. Really helpful on-boarding team as well.

Cons

The software is a bit pricey and all of the different customization options were great, but with more options comes increased complexity. It took awhile to get things setup the way we wanted them.

This tool has allowed me to streamline my marketing and sales efforts. I can schedule, publish and analyze social media posts for multiple platforms in one place. They then connect back to our campaigns for a nice "event" recap. We can see where our leads and sales are coming from, who is on the site, what they are looking at. With the Sidekick integration we can log and track those emails back into the system so multiple users can access the information.

Pros

Easy to use. Always updating the product with new features. They really listen to their clients needs.

Pros

Customer relationship management and leads nurturing.

Pros

This software was able to help my company to automate our emails in leads nurturing. We didn't have to manually check up on each lead but reminders were sent automatically by the software and after the lead took the desired action, he was moved to the next level on the funnel. This software will absolutely help you to do more for less. Highly recommended for all entrepreneurs especially marketers.

Cons

Nothing really for now. But I'll recommend that the pricing plan be adjusted to accommodate small businesses in 3rd world countries with little monthly revenue.

I would recommend to those who have experience using these types of software but not to non tech savvy individuals.

Pros

I like the concept and interface of hubspot, I also like the various training offered as well as resources to acquire advance knowledge of the system.

Cons

What I don't like about the software is it is incredibly difficult to onboard people who hare not "Martech" savvy. At a beginners level there is just way to much going on and very difficult not to be distracted by features that are unnecessary. Also customer service could use a lot of work.

It's a one stop show for marketing automation and typically one of the most affordable platforms to use on annual contracts (as opposed to Pardot and others).

Pros

There's very little negative to say about Hubspot. It's become a little trickier to use in recent years and less 'drag and drop', but if you understand WHY they made it that way, then it all starts to make sense and you realize that actually, with the advent of mobile site optimization, it had to adjust to this.

Cons

It has a decent learning curve, but soooo worth it. When you get started, sometimes you feel a little lost, and you still need to write a lot of content (or hire a writer) for this system to work for you.

Pros

The company offers a lot of value for free, email trackign, lead generation and database management. Also, they add content to help teach you about to generate leads via inbound marketing.

Cons

The only criticism I have is I wished it was about to not just intergrate with Gmail on the side panel but actually intergrate with the inbox by helping collect data and keep track of your leads as they go through the pipeline without leaving your inbox.

Pros

It's free and it works. Not only is the CRM free but so is the email. Customer support is excellent to even on the free plan although they are sometimes too quick to answer without understanding the issue in depth. So it takes a few goes to get problems fixed.

Cons

Readability. Headings on records are not distinct enough and blend too much with the data. Better colour coding would easily fix this.

It helps us organize our contacts and deals, links up with our website and email so that we can track contacts' activity all in one place, and helps us automate and streamline our business processes.

Pros

The interface is simple and easy for anyone to use. I also like how adaptable and feature rich the software is - we can usually always find a way to accomplish whatever we're looking to do.

Cons

The capabilities for Deals and Deal Properties are more limited than Contacts and Contact Properties - we'd love to see these developed more.

Pros

We are trying out this software and so far it is ok. You are able to schedule posts and get a capture rate which is great. Lets you manage your social networks in one place. It is very simple to use and straight to the point which is great you don't have to spend much time trying to learn the system.

Cons

This product is on the expensive side. I am not sure it is worth the price. We are still in the trial stage so my option could change but I do think they could come down on the price to make it more cost friendly.

Has a free version that can be used for personal use Takes advantage of robust features that only some of the companies provide Integrates into nearly every professional mail platform Allows a user to track and build a portfolio around a customer or mail recipient. Is a bit cumbersome to get setup initially Reading a sent email from a mobile device will give a false open alert Preventing false open alerts on Windows machines requires use of IE (for outlook), have not used on Mac
