I loved using it but like I said it's hard to navigate so many tabs. But they do help you do all your marketing for your business.

My overall experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub has been very positive. It’s a powerful, all-in-one marketing platform that makes it easy to manage campaigns, track performance, and nurture leads in one place. I really appreciated how well it integrates with the CRM and other tools, which helps keep everything organized and connected. The interface is generally user-friendly, and the automation features save a lot of time once they are set up.

Pros

What I liked most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how all-in-one and easy to manage it is for marketing activities. It brings together tools for email marketing, landing pages, social media scheduling, and analytics in one platform, which makes campaign management much more efficient. I also liked the drag-and-drop tools for creating emails and landing pages, since they don’t require any technical skills. The built-in CRM integration is another strong advantage because it helps keep track of leads and customer interactions in one place.

Cons

While the free and basic versions are useful, many of the more powerful tools are locked behind paywalls, which isn't that big of an issue to our company since we pay but could be troublesome for some smaller companies.

Pros

All in one platform was really nice and super email management easy to use. The customer support is top-notch. The value for the money is super worth it.

Cons

Really wasn’t disappointed with hotspot, marketing hub if I had to pick one thing I wasn’t a fan of would be the contact management other than that it was great

Overall, my experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub has been very positive. It is one of the most user-friendly marketing platforms I have worked with, especially for email marketing, automation, contact management, and campaign execution. It is a strong all-in-one platform that helps teams stay organised and move faster. While it can become costly as needs become more complex, the ease of use, time saved, and strong integration with the wider HubSpot ecosystem make it a very valuable tool.

Pros

What I like most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how easy it is to manage a lot of marketing activity in one place without it feeling too overwhelming. The email builder is straightforward, contact segmentation is powerful, and the workflows make it much easier to automate repetitive tasks. I also like that it connects well with the CRM, so marketing and sales are not working in silos. Reporting is clear enough for day-to-day use, and it helps you move quickly without needing lots of technical support.

Cons

The main downside is pricing, especially once you start needing the more advanced features or larger contact limits. Some useful tools are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can make it feel expensive as your business grows. I'm a huge fan. It's so powerful and easy to use. Way faster learning curve to become an expert in HubSpot vs Salesforce.

Pros

Constantly innovating and improving. Plenty of resources between customer service, knowledge base, user groups and consultants. User-friendly, powerful, intuitive and with plenty of apps/integrations and flexibility so you can achieve anything you need.

Cons

not a con of marketing hub itself, but unfortunately so many companies are still stuck with their Salesforce CRM and integrating with HubSpot Marketing Hub instead of getting enterprise HubSpot. Get enterprise, it's so much cleaner and usable than Salesforce!

Really impressed with the set up and customer support, however for a smaller business who needs to dip into different features the pricing just gets too expensive.

Pros

The customer support was good. There are a lot of integrated features which can make using it a kind of one stop shop for the user if you can switch everything over.

Cons

For what we needed it was too advanced and too expensive to justify using all the features. We found it cheaper to use different companies for the different areas than all the features at Hubspot.

Overall Hubspot it is a solid product however the quality of the support needs improvement as it was the reason we downgrade the services

Pros

Are the capabilities for the emails and the sms that are very intuitive and very easy to deploy for our campaigns and the reporting it is full of good insights

Cons

The support, we were facing a deliverability issue and when contacting we were send to review the knowledge base instead of providing an actual support

I would recommend HubSpot Marketing Hub as your go-to Marketing systems. It's very well thought off and you can do almost anything it with it

Pros

Very user friendly. Great Automations. Amazing integrations with thrid-party tools. You can get as creative as needed!

Cons

There is nothing I mainly dislike. They are always improving the product and few updates happen on a weekly if not daily basis.

Pros

I find it useful but not super easy to navigate. I know people rave about hubspot but I often find it difficult to find things.

Cons

It’s a very capable system but I don’t find it overly intuitive and easy to navigate. The amount of time I have spent searching for things creates a slightly negative experience.

As a senior consultant with certification, hubspot is the best CRM for entry level but also for bigger scale companies. Easily accessible and consistent , and possible to go beyond your expectations.

Pros

\-the free Marketing Hub services without payment option -Unmatched "Time-to-Value" and UX Consistency with powerful data contact management for list creation, audience -interface is consistent across Email, Social, and Workflows -The Workflows feature is very intuitive, powerful to handle complex logic -Email management easy to manage and setup

Cons

\-While the entry point is accessible for small business, the pricing jumps significantly for big scale integrations -Compared to Salesforce, HubSpot’s sandbox management is too simplified for deployment test
