### "A very good review of the most important application"

May 28, 2023

4.0

A really nice and wonderful experience. I recommend it to everyone and my friends to try it

Pros

Coordination, speed of communication, use and ease of dealing with him in terms of all his services is really great

Cons

Among the defects of the application on the mobile phone is that it requires updating, which provides application development services and puts a package of continuous updates, but it is not an absolute defect.

### "Tons of features, great training and support, but lots of caveats"

June 5, 2018

4.0

Pros

Amazing, if not the best user-experience in marketing automation. Workflows are particularly powerful with plenty of controls to map your buyer journeys. You can execute very powerful campaigns with tons of triggers, actions, and filtering options. I really liked their training, including the HubSpot academy training which are built very professionally. The way they present their e-Learning platform makes the information easy to digest and ultimately understand the inbound marketing methodology. That is in itself worth the cost of admission, even though this is provided free of charge.

Cons

HubSpot Marketing is an excellent solution, undoubtedly, but you will get about 80% of the features if you host your website externally. Initially, they will assess if your site can be migrated to their platform. I imagine plenty of people would rather not do that. If you want a solution that you have to marry, then HubSpot will be okay for you. They say you can utilize the majority of HubSpot features without hosting, and that is true, but some of their more advanced features such as A/B testing content on web pages or Smart Content will not be utilized. You can still utilize workflows, drip campaigns, and so forth...but these features are only available in the per month plan. Additionally, if you run multiple websites, you must have their per month plan, which is well out of our budget. On top of that, there are certain modules (i.e. paid campaign tracking, additional contacts) that they will charge additional for. For every 1000 contacts past 1000 you get with the package, they will charge an additional monthly fee. There is also a fairly high onboarding cost. You are also required to commit to one year of their services. All in all we could not afford to do business with HubSpot because A) we didn't want to move our websites under their platform and B) their price point was not accommodating to our budget. As far as features and functionality...it's all you really need for marketing automation. Their CRM is lackluster though if you want true alignment!

### "Hubspot Marketing Hub: One Stop Inbound Marketing Tool! "

July 23, 2021

5.0

Overall experience of using Hubspot has been really enriching. The way they are innovating and adding new feature on their platform is at god speed. In the future this tool will rule the inbound marketing space for sure.

Pros

Feature loaded -One stop Inbound Marketing Solution makes it a no brainer for any marketer. You can design your landing page, launch email campaigns, track leads and analyse it on an intuitive dashboard- All on a single platform of Hubspot. Hubspot is reliable and their customer service is impeccable. Also, Integration feature makes it really easy to integrate hubspot with other marketing tools.

Cons

Pricing is on the premium side. It is tough for any small size company to afford its services. Apart from pricing, their chat bot tool is still work in progress and can be improved.

### "HubSpot Marketing Hub Is The Easiest Way To Publish Content To Multiple Site In One Place"

January 5, 2023

5.0

Pros

HubSpot is much easier to use than WordPress when it comes to managing multiple sites and controlling the content that is being published. The automation tools alone is worth every penny, making it easy to create workflows based on what people click on while on your site to what happens after they fill out a form.

Cons

The only downside to HubSpot is the hefty price tag. It can get expensive when your lists begin to really grow and you have to manage multiple sites. However, it's worth the money.

### "Great Value! Very Powerful Software for Very Little! "

December 14, 2021

4.0

Overall, I've been really impressed with Hubspot Marketing. It has been incredibly important with driving leads and engagement with our new start up. That being said, I believe the Cons outlined are minor but things to keep in mind.

Pros

\- Very Powerful Software for the Value! - As a small small startup, we were really impressed with the value of the Starter CRM Suite bundle. We were able to get not only the marketing hub, but also sales hub, service hub and operations hub. - Analytics - It is crazy how much you can do with their analytics! The reporting is very good for the value. - Marketing Emails, Content Assistance - They do a great job with not only providing the above analytics, but they go over the top by providing resources (blogs, studies, etc.) within the analytics pages that can help with identifying how to improve.

Cons

\- Support - knowledgable, but at times slow with response rates... If you don't get a hold of someone on their chat functionality right away, you likely will not hear back for a day. This proved to be difficult when setting up the account at times. - Hubspot Marketing Academy - I was very excited to learn more about the tool with their educational academy videos. After going through the course, I saw that almost 30%-40% of the content was clearly focused on Hubspot account holders who had the two higher paid tiers (we have the "starter"). This was incredibly frustrating because in order to receive certification, you had to understand aspects of the platform that you didn't have... With that in mind, I was prepared to learn, but instead had to sit what felt like an informercial. This felt like a disconnect when there were other videos in the same academy course that emphasized how important it is to create content specific to your audience... I think they missed the boat on this. That said, I wish they had a way to have these certifications specific to your package. Last thing to note: it seems like this was the only certification that had this dynamic. Their other academy courses (thus far) have been good.

### "The step up for when you're getting serious"

December 11, 2020

5.0

I've worked with Hubspot as an individual, with a large multi-national company and a medium-sized non-profit. I would say that most solopreneurs should probably stick with MailChimp or MailPoet. When you have a good budget for marketing, definitely consider a move to HubSpot. I've also used Pardot by SalesForce and it's very comparable. I believe Hubspot is easier in the beginning than Pardot, while Pardot has better connectivity to outside systems (like SalesForce, of course).

Pros

Hubspot is amazing, with great tools for list building, segmentation and email marketing. The process for building emails is easy and enjoyable and the workflow automation is a breeze. I've used MailChimp and Pardot and Hubspot is very different from either of those. Hubspot is for the company that's ready to up their marketing game to the next level while still being simple enough that your team can be onboarded and working quickly.

Cons

I'm not really a fan of the blog and landing page functionality and i really think you should do those on your own website and then tie them into Hubspot, which is fairly simple to do. Also, when you get into "Deals" and integrating sales and reporting from other systems, the simplicity goes out the window. It can still be done, but it's not as easy as the email marketing functionality. Also, Hubspot has its own language and terminology, so it can be a bit confusing until you get used to it.

Alternatives considered

[Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement](https://www.capterra.com/p/134593/Pardot/)

Reason for choosing HubSpot Marketing Hub

In both cases where i was involved in the choice, it primarily came down to budget. The first instance, Pardot wasn't as built out as it is now (that was a few years ago and my memory might be fuzzy) but they are definitely a viable option now.

### "An Excellent user Interface"

September 23, 2022

5.0

I love Hubspot and I will surely recommend this marketting tool to my friends.

Pros

I Love the Call to Action Icon. It's attractive and easy to embed with links. I understand that this is quite tough for new users. However, this aspect is very unique and I find it cool. I have used this as a link to my site as well.

Cons

I believe there should be better visualization. It's apparent that the quality of navigation on hubspot is deeplinked i do not feel this is necessary.

### "The best marketing automation platform available on the market."

July 28, 2021

5.0

It would be impossible to replace this tool with a single one. There's really nothing equivalent, bits and pieces of course, but another one-stop shop with everything you could wish simply isn't available.

Pros

The performance attribution features are out of this world. You can gain full insights on what triggered a specific visitor, lead or client to take the next step, and easily build your entire customer experience around top performing conversion paths.

Cons

It isn't for everyone, as you must invest a minimum of 890USD monthly to have full access to its potential. That being said, it will be easily justified and profitable for a vast majority of small, medium and big companies.

### "Hubspot Marketing, Making Marketing Cheaper and Easier "

April 4, 2022

5.0

Hubspot Marketing is helping me solve a number of business problems. The most important one is effective communication with my customer. This software helps me to consistently post my content on my social media platforms, it help to keep records of the communication I have had with my leads and it helps me to analyse the performance of my campaigns.

Pros

Firstly, Hubspot has very useful automation tools. It helped to reduce the amount out time spent on certain tasks. Especially tasks such as posting content on social media. Second, this software can be used for free. This is very helpful for people who are just starting out in business and do not has enough money to spend on marketing Third, it is a useful tool that helps to run adverts targeting a particular group of people or niche.

Cons

A draw back is that their contracts are not flexible. So you have to be sure that the tools you are paying for are what you need because you won't get a refund. Another con is that hubspot does not provide A/B testing on free package.

### "HubSpot: An Ecommerce Dumpster Fire And Living Nightmare"

October 2, 2019

1.0

Having talked with nearly all of HubSpot's Product Managers, we've found that the brokenness of their platform is not unknown. In fact, it appears to be a common issue amongst many other businesses which they are "in the process of fixing". Maybe in a year or 2 this platform will be the cream of the crop, but as it stands we can't even tell how much revenue any of our emails are making. The level to which HubSpot is missing the basics of ecommerce is inconceivable and, to say the very least, shows a systemic problem with their organization. We should not have been sold this platform and yet here we are: floating down the river Styx without even knowing it. All ecommerce platforms MUST avoid signing any contract with HubSpot.

Pros

Aside from our incredible account representative, there is not a single aspect of HubSpot which has benefited our ecommerce business. In fact, we have spent nearly 12 months having to deal with broken transactional messages, false sends, false reporting statistics, and an entirely broken emailing platform altogether. It has put our company though serious financial pains and has not proved its worth. As it currently stands, no ecommerce business should ever sign up with HubSpot.

Cons

HubSpot, through its archaic systems, broken ecommerce bridge, and shoddy reporting tools, has single-handedly brought our marketing efforts to its knees. For nearly 12 months we have sent out broken transactional messages, been unable to track our email revenue, pour in countless hours of unnecessary developer work, and watch our revenue decline all because we chose to trust this platform. Genuinely nothing works for ecommerce. Aside from hand-coding messages like its 1999, we can't even put products in our emails. Product data itself exists in HubSpot, however, no customer has access to it. The platform is broken.

However, after nearly 12 months of putting out fires on the daily, we found out that the HubSpot development team sees Klavio as the "gold standard" of ecommerce email platforms. We were sold a bouquet of roses with thorns so big that they've ruptured every aspect of our business' profitability.

### "Hubspot is Feature Rich, with a Price to Match"

November 19, 2022

5.0

Hubspot allows me and my team to create automated email campaigns quickly, manage multiple social media accounts from one place, and analyze performance of both emails and posts simultaneously.

Pros

Hubspot is a comprehensive solution for businesses with deep pockets. As a group of entrepreneurs we probably would not have chosen HubSpot if not for their excellent startup pricing which allowed us "ease in" to relatively high cost. Now that we are a few years into our endeavour, we can pay the full price, and I can honestly say HubSpot was contributing factor in our success. Being able to create great customer experiences through email and social media channels all in one place with an easy handoff to the sales team has been supremely helpful.

Cons

Hubspot has an excellent onboarding process, but the sheer number of features can be a bit daunting. There are also a fair number of features we don't need in HubSpot, which feels a bit...wasteful? In my experience, it's often better to buy software that doesn't try to do too much, and stays focused.

### "Hubspot is one of the best all-in-one solutions we found and has helped Kicksite grow!"

July 29, 2021

5.0

Since day 1, we have loved this software because it condensed the multiple platforms we used previously into one all-in-one software! Almost every single department at Kicksite uses Hubspot religiously and we love how user friendly yet customizable it is for our industry.

Pros

This is a tough question because I love so many of their tools and I use a wide variety every single day! I would say my favorite tool is the email marketing tools and the landing pages that I can create for gated content, blogs and ad landing pages!

Cons

I would say the thing I like least is the design tools where you can custom design landing pages and emails. The only reason I like those least is because I'm not a developer and am still learning that part of the system.

### "A decent tool for marketing automation with a few key issues"

June 21, 2018

3.0

Hubspot is a good tool to start learning about marketing automation or if you are a small company with few leads to store. It is a visually appealing platform with some interesting functionality. The social media advanced scheduling option is one of the best features as is the ability to make easy landing pages. For basic marketing needs, this is a decent option. For larger companies with more complex needs, Hubspot has many issues that will impact speed and productivity.

Pros

The customer service team is excellent and there is a handy chat function so you don't have to wait on an email response. For social media, you can schedule posts months in advance and view your marketing activities as a monthly calendar. Landing pages are also easy and quick to set up. This is a great tool for smaller organizations with limited contacts or leads to store who need basic marketing support.

Cons

The company continues to make unnecessary updates with little notice that often seems to decrease the functionality of the tool until the changes are reversed. Email is very difficult to use as the template you set up views very differently across multiple popular email platforms (to be fair, this is likely an issue with any email automation software). You also have to change your template in a different view pane from your actual email so you're constantly switch back and forth between views for very minor changes. The simplest spacing adjustment takes forever. However, the contact database portion of Hubspot is where we have the most trouble as it's hard to sort and group leads with any way other than by making smart lists or using personas. Your database will get messy fast and there's very little way to clean it if you are a large company which means over time you will be paying for useless leads in your system you cannot find and eliminate.

### "Savior during all major strategic decitions "

April 19, 2022

Overall i feel that it's a value for money. I am now working with my 5th organization and all the places I worked we used Hubspot. Each of the times and the growth of Hubspot over the years have been tremendous.

Pros

We do have great control over marketing efforts and the time we invest in each of our marketing efforts is now giving some results along with the next actionable item. We liked the Drip system that is the key for us and the Form is also great

Cons

There were some features that we did not use or we did not have that use case. When we tried to use that features such as spam blocker and the dynamic content we did not get any success.

Pros

I like how they offer a free account. I also like learning with this software. I learned to code with just reading there blogs. As for the software, it's not for start ups. Cons

It's not for start ups. Also, my suggestion is make the landing forms available offline.

### "Strong support for optimal operation and marketing, sales, and staff management."

March 2, 2022

5.0

HubSpot Marketing Hub has made a paradigm shift in our work, and we have benefited a lot from reports and dashboards. He has also worked to increase communication between team members, and provide a distinguished service by managing emails. He has also provided us with a strong comprehensive database available on the cloud and accessible from anywhere and at any time. Which enhanced our capabilities to successfully manage our business remotely.

Pros

The HubSpot Marketing Hub is very easy to use and very enjoyable, and provides many features for companies of all sizes, especially in the areas of marketing and sales, to increase their ability to follow up and organize their affairs. I love the connectivity features that the HubSpot Marketing Hub offers because it allows you to add a company's mobile phones and computers and enables you to track their activity and see how much interaction they're getting. Everything is connected to web hosting and support, and have an integrated CRM with sales center that there are no problems with integrations and integration with the rest of the applications we use. I also like how you can create dashboards that can record and monitor the working hours and vacations of the employees. It's nice to be able to connect with co-workers via the Groups panel on the home page, and I really enjoy the ease with which the HubSpot Marketing Hub allows me to interact with my team and collaborate in real time, as well as the ease with which I can send an individual message to a specific person and get an instant reply. him at the same time. The administrator keeps a note when checking in and when completing tasks. The fact that it is low cost and allows an unlimited number of users and tools is one of the things that I appreciate very much.

Cons

In fact, there are not many annoying things in the HubSpot Marketing Hub, but it depends on the work team receiving the appropriate training, as each department of the company has its privacy, and this privacy must be taken into account when conducting training, in order to achieve the maximum benefit.

### "Best All Around Marketing Platform for Small to Mid Sized Businesses"

October 2, 2019

4.0

Hubspot is the solution that propelled a single position into an entire digital marketing department. The learning curve can be steep for anyone new to this type of automation and integration, but is supplemented by Hubspot Academy's learning resources and certifications. Overall, the basic environment is intuitive and features are relatively easy to use.

Pros

Hubspot has every essential feature you need to build and manage a digital marketing department. From CRM and lead forms to email automation and content marketing to advance reporting; almost anything that is missing from the platform can be easily integrated either thru partnerships or Zapier APIs and web hooks. Hubspot keeps up with the fast changing landscape of digital marketing with regular launches of new features like chat bots and improved contact management. Managing several brands thru one enterprise portal, I am able to track deliverables from various divisions, monitor multiple team progress, and aggregate lead acquisition strategies to maximize talent resources. I recommend Hubspot to all small to mid sized businesses.

Cons

Hubspot is a jack of all trades, yet master of none. Unless you pay for add-on features, your company will miss out on the more powerful integrations, reporting, and paid ads. Otherwise, Hubspot's normal customer service is really just a human connection to their extension support docs. For any custom or complicated support requests, pay the extra for designated priority tech support. Sending 12 million emails and 6,000 social posts annually for multiple brands through a single portal sometimes can to be difficult to work around. Some improvements are rolled out that aren't always an improvement over their previous features.

### "Hubspot is a marketer's best friend"

January 9, 2019

5.0

Overall, their sales people are fantastic! Before you buy - ask a ton of questions and make them show you everything. Get their sales folks to help you build custom reports. Ask them to help you import. Do all of this during the demo because once you're onboarded, it's much harder to get help. We ended up hiring a Hubspot Expert to help us get everything we need, but we also have some really complicated features we wanted to track like online courseware. For 99% of businesses, hubspot is the best at what they do.

Pros

Hubspot is a seriously my best friend. I've been using hubspot for the last 18 months and after my first introduction with the tool, I now recommend it to every single client I have. What I love most is how easy it is to sync up with Gmail, Wordpress, Google Analytics, Woocommerce, Facebook and the list goes on and on. We've also synced Hubspot up with our LiveChat tool versus using the native inbox (Hubspots Chat) feature. Hubspot now tracks visitors and upon a form submission, checkout submission, a contact is created and we track the entire lifecycle from browser to buyer and retention. We can then record all interactions we have via email so the next person that touches that customer has the entire history. The workflow automations are fantastic for staying in touch with both clients and browsing visitors. We have 10 different workflows set up based our marketing goals to make sure subscribed clients are staying engaged with our product and then for leads we can add point values for every time a successful action is taken. I could write a sonnet on how much I love Hubspot's features and how easy they make it to love this tool. Hubspot easily replaces 5 other tools. What we use most is Landing Pages, Forms, Workflow Automations, Tasks triggered by website actions, and the dashboards. Dashboards are a reporting layout with widgets some of which are standard out of the box and the others are custom reports that we've created.

Cons

What I don't like about Hubspot is that their services are all "add-on". We started off with the free plan and then upgraded to the marketing plan, but then needed to add on the Sales plan for at least one user. Down the road we had to purchase an add-on for reporting because we wanted more than 10 dashboards. It feels a little like a nickle and dime tactic. But, I will admit it's smart business-wise. I probably wouldn't have signed up for hubspot with the price I'm paying now... so they make you love them and you willing fork over tons of cash to keep their brilliant shiny tool. The other feature that was a bit combersome at first was the landing pages. The few they give you are super blah... but they have free templates you can download. What they don't tell you is you need to edit the master files in the template to change the logo, footer, etc.... and that was super hard at first. I wanted to throw my laptop the first few times I build a landing page in Hub.

### "A highly recommended, highly regarded service that simply needs a few tweaks for automotive."

July 21, 2022

5.0

Excellent. HubSpot has allowed us to streamline our communications with prospective customers and those who have already converted. In conjunction with our current marketing efforts, HubSpot is an excellent way to track communication, generate leads, and plan and execute campaigns.

Pros

HubSpot is extremely easy to use, especially for non-marketing professionals. It's an extremely intuitive service that offers virtually everything that a businesses needs for inbound and outbound marketing. We have never had any issues using it for everything for database management to email campaigns to social listings. I highly recommend HubSpot for everyone who needs a CRM for their small to medium sized business.

Cons

My greatest point of criticism is that I wish HubSpot were more seamlessly integrated with our DMS and website to make it more friendly to the automotive industry. It would be phenomenal to be able to integrate it with features to make it more usable internally; however, I do understand that Hubspot is a marketing hub and not necessarily the perfect use-case for automotive when it comes to both sales \*and\* service. I do have a little bit of trouble with uploading a large database and tracking communication with each of those individuals. While HubSpot is excellent for mass emails, sometimes it does lack slightly with sending specific emails to individuals.

Reason for choosing HubSpot Marketing Hub

Hubspot offers a variety of free services that are free to use and work very well, offering me to showcase the product to my management team. The certification program via HubSpot is also highly beneficial, as we can use it as an educational tool to make sure that all of our marketing teams are philosophically grounded.

### "Hubspot for Small Business"

May 31, 2022

The biggest reason for using this program is to have a central location for all communication so when a colleague is on the road another can step and work on the project. A lot of movement laterally between customers has been occurring in our territory due to Covid this way we can move a contact easily from one company to another and keep all the communications for that contact.

Pros

I love that I can create a task for any member of the team and go online and check the status of a project based on the notes left by each member. Any member of the team can jump in to close an opportunity. It is a very useful program.

Cons

It is not as easy to get up and running. Some features from Maximizer are not available through Hubspot. We have found work arounds to make it work for us. But we would love to be able to sort through contacts and generate a list based on the sort feature.

### ""HubSpot Marketing Hub Excellent Content-Driven Marketing Software""

June 9, 2022

5.0

I'm in love with HubSpot! Everything you need to operate, scale, and develop your business in one place. HubSpot gives advice to increase conversion and outcomes based on our complete view into performance.

Pros

It's easy to use, and HubSpot Marketing Hub makes it possible for everyone on a team to access marketing data and analytics at any time during the lifespan of a campaign. This software's strongest feature is its capacity to keep track of several projects being worked on by a variety of individuals across various departments, all while providing easy access to all relevant information.

Cons

Because it doesn't interface with other networks to obtain data that isn't explicitly provided as a parameter in the software, this application was the least appealing to me. Having the ability to extract data from web sources for further marketing analytics would be beneficial.

### "One Stop Solution for Marketers: Filled with excellent features and easy to use!"

January 19, 2023

4.0

Marketing Hub not only improved efficiency and performance for our Marketing teams, but it also highlighted the potential for using HubSpot throughout our business, including Sales, Operations, and Customer Service. We have continued to expand our use of the platform, utilizing it as a centralized hub for all our business needs, resulting in a significant impact.

Pros

What sets HubSpot apart from the competition is its many great features, functionality, and how all of it works seamlessly together. Our company utilizes a single HubSpot account for multiple business units, and the platform's flexibility allows us to create diverse programs, both static and automated, for each unit.

Cons

Like all providers, there are certain limitations to the platform. These can be frustrating, but it's important to remember to take a step back and look at the bigger picture. Sometimes, you may need to adjust your objectives slightly and come up with an innovative approach. It's important to keep in mind that while the platform may not cater specifically to your needs, it is designed to serve a wide range of companies, so it's necessary to be creative instead of expecting everything to be straightforward.

### "I am not a marketer. Hubspot was the right pick for me. "

October 15, 2018

5.0

I LOVE this platform. Onboarding is great. My support person (yes, you get a dedicated success manager that you actually form a relationship with and can help you navigate intricate projects, offer suggestions, advice or just listen as moral support and confirm you are on the right path ANYTIME) is fantastic, the software is in my opinion best in class. The contract renegotiation process is a bit of a bummer. Some of the folks there aren’t the easiest to talk to or deal with. My hope is that they can fix the issues and shine in this area too. Product developers and bright and knowledgeable and they are constantly improving the platform to our delight.

Pros

I am not a marketer. In fact, it was a hat I took on with my family’s Small business just to help out. Boy are we all glad we did. First of all, it is intuitive. There isn’t a page in Hubspot that doesn’t offer help in the form of written, video and linked tutorials. It’s all in-line too. I don’t have to open a different screen most of the time. I can easily and quickly solve my issue or learn something new right within the page I am working on. It’s been a game changer. It helps me be a better writer. Hubspot offers suggestions for how to compose and email, a landing page, an offer pop up. It also offers on page SEO and optimization help, identifying potential issues and offering suggestions before you publish it. It caters to all ability levels. From a novice to an expert, there is something for everyone and online training to match whatever level that may be. It also has incredible value. There are so many extras packed into Hubspot. Chat, automation, graphic editor, asset management, CRM, extreme integrations, and a wide open API.

Cons

Obvs the price. It’s pricey. We have 3 different locations of the same franchise and we operate them as one business. But because we are required to have 3 domains, we were forced into the enterprise license. It is a lot for a small business with lean operations to pay. Luckily we negotiated a great deal for the time being so it isn’t breaking us.

### "Great marketing tool for SMB"

August 14, 2021

4.0

Hubspot marketing hub is a robust marketing tool for small and medium businesses. Working as a growth manager I found it very convenient to complement Hubspot CRM and Sales hub with its marketing hub. It gives you the possibility of managing your growth strategies in one-stop tool. This makes everyday work simpler, which is not a small thing at all. When looking for more advance features, specially in reporting and automation, you may have to look for complementary tools.

Pros

I really like its ease of use. It's very well integrated with different useful plugins like Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack and specially Zoom. It's part of Hubspot CRM solutions, thus if you are already working with the CRM, adding Marketing features comes very handy to use a one-stop marketing/sales software. Customization comes effortless and no coding is required. Administrating templates and contact properties can be done by non-experience users. Hubspot learning curve is quite short, getting used to the platforms can be done in a speedy fashion.

Cons

I wish Analytics and reporting features would be more advanced. Creating reports and dashboard is straightforward, but when it comes to more sophisticated visualization, Hubspot falls short. You may need to integrate with a BI Tool to get the most of your visualizations. Marketing automation can be done with its Workflow features. However I felt disappointed finding out that Email sequences can not be included as part of an automated workflow. Variable pricing dependent on the number of contacts is not the most convenient. When managing an extensive contact list, it can become too expensive too fast.

Reason for choosing HubSpot Marketing Hub

Hubspot provided sales and marketing solutions, reducing the need of working with multiple tools at the same time. We were looking for a one-stop marketing saas.

[Nimble](https://www.capterra.com/p/123032/Nimble/)

Nimble counted with very promising features, that did not live up to the expectation. Hubspot was a well know, leading solution in the CRM space and counted with embedded marketing tools. It allow us to reduce the number of tools (e.g. Mailchimp) in our marketing and sales teams.
