HubSpot's marketing platform is very robust and contains everything an inbound marketer needs. Every time I speak with their support team, they are friendly and quickly resolve my issue. Since HubSpot is a pay-per-contact platform, the cost can easily increase if your organization is rapidly growing or doesn't keep a clean list of contacts. If your company currently uses a WordPress blog, integrating it with HubSpot is easy, but may result in having to create 301 redirects if the templates don't match up exactly. I recommend, if possible, converting the entire website (including the blog) to HubSpot. Aside from the ease of use, the product is continually evolving to meet the needs of current marketing trends. HubSpot requests user feedback on a variety of aspects - from design to feature functionality - to make their product the best. It also integrates well with a variety of other platforms, including WordPress and Salesforce.

Pros

It is very use full in tracking web and analyze business metrics to ensure marketing campaigns are progressing into the right direction.Our favorite part of Hubspot Marketing is the data that is made available on lead source, web traffic, and blog and email marketing performance. Prior to Hubspot we were not running any website analytics. By tying marketing efforts to website performance we are able to see what is working and what isn't and make better decisions going forward. Good general functionality for tracking activity and reporting, and nice to have automatic download of company contact information when entering new contacts. Campaigns are fairly easy to set up.

Cons

I have only found 2 things - if you send an email and use the Smart Send feature to accommodate for different time zones, then it disables the ability to "Send to More". Second: at first, there are what feels like a lot of pieces to fit together - a form, campaign, landing page, emails, etc. Until you get that mapped out, it felt a little overwhelming. Layout is a little out dated. You can't change the default on the list of company names from recently added to alphabetical. You can change the sort, but the next time you sign in or refresh, it goes back to sorting by recently added.

Pros

I really enjoy how they offer so many free tools and the education is so worth everything. It walks you though everything step by step. Super satisfying seeing all my numbers improving because i am using this tool now.

Cons

I really wish this was more affordable. I would use this daily after the free trial ends if it wasn't so expensive. But I will still use all the free tools and take advantage of the free tools.

This platform is an invaluable tool for our digital footprint. I really have no complaints regarding the functionality of the system, and the analysis metrics are top-notch. Some of their data-collecting features have made us a decent amount of money that we otherwise would have overlooked.

Pros

We really enjoy unlocking newly discovered features on HubSpot'S platform. The key for our team is automating emails, social media postings, and general marketing campaigns. HubSpot is excellent at executing these needs, and it's rather simple once you learn the process. The best feature of working with this company is the wealth of information and problem-solving skills they offer. I have never asked for a solution from their customer support and not received actionable advice.

Cons

I feel that their design team could be upgraded. Sometimes it's frustrating with some of the templates because tailoring them often offers limited options. The email templates, for example, can be overhauled to allow more personal design work.

Lo que me encanta de HubSpot es que realmente se puede tener todo lo que se necesita en cuestiones de marketing en una sola herramienta. Esto, ha ayudado mucho ya que de la misma base de datos se hace todo y así, el margen de error se reduce muchísimo. Además, me parece bastante fácil de usar, completa, y de ayuda para la toma de mejores decisiones.

Cons

El mayor obstáculo de esta herramienta me parece que es su precio, ya que, al decir verdad, es algo elevado por el hecho de que realiza muchas funciones que generalmente en otras herramientas no incluyen.

Pros

This software is the most powerful lead management and tracking software I've ever used! I'll go as far as to say that it will increase your conversion rates more than you would expect. The support and tools HubSpot marketing hub has are leaps and bounds better than any other competitive lead-generating software services.

Cons

This software can be very complex and could use a better design layout. I am very tech-savvy and find myself getting lost and confused from time to time. However, the biggest issue is having team members who aren't as tech-savvy know how to use the software to its fullest potential. There are tremendous articles out there to help team members understand, but I wish it was more intuitive so they wouldn't have to spend as much time learning how to use or implement features. Additionally, I find the pricing structure a but cost-prohibitive for the features we actually use - their price offering for their products doesn't fully fit our needs as a small non-profit.

Well recommended!

Pros

Easy to use. I like the outlook integration and email tracking are very good. The app is very easy to use too.

Cons

There is a free version with limited options and the next is the high-cost option for small companies. The only reason we started to use the different products was that don't like the per-user subscription. We probably pay the same now but we do not need to mess around with subscriptions every time when we swap or add people.

Pros

Hubspot is the perfect tool for SMEs (i.e. small team, small digital budget). It has everything you need to get started - website management, blogging, email marketing, social, chat tool and so on. We mainly use it for the email marketing functionality, which is where Hubspot shines. I appreciate that the email templates can be designed using a drag-and-drop functionality so I don't have to code templates from scratch, the integration with GoToWebinar and the workflows that can be set up to send nurture emails according to certain rules.

Cons

Hubspot falls prey to the disadvantages found in most software that try to do everything. It's core features e.g. email, social and individual landing pages are solid offerings. However, other tools like its newer CMS or chat software, are lacking in comparison to standalone software. For example, the interface, flexibility and functionality of Intercom is far better Hubspot's chat tool. But as I mentioned previously, if you're a small organisation with a small digital budget - you can't go past Hubspot.

Use the free version to get the feel of the system and later add on functionality you need. This is my main recommendation for the new users. Don’t get the full enterprise version right away because it would overwhelm you and you won’t use all the features right away. That is what we did at our company and it turned out very good.

Pros

\- the full list of features of HubSpot includes everything you might possibly need - especially in conjunction with HubSpot Sales and HubSpot CRM. This functionality includes landing pages, email marketing, pop up lead generation forms on your website, embedded forms. - easy to use interface with helpful hints (or you can always find out detailed info in the blog) - the thing that I love the most is that once you add the HubSpot onto your website, it begins to automatically add information people fill out on your website to your HubSpot CRM (no more copy-pasting)

Cons

\- it can get expensive. Once you add email marketing functionality, it starts to charge you not just a set amount of money per month, but also additionally for the number of contacts you have in your database (per 1,000).

It was a good solution for our tight schedule. Once up and running, I am administrating the blog activities myself. This is very easy (except for the image upload). Also, the customer care team is very friendly and always finds quick solutions when I have a question.

Pros

It is a user-friendly platform, with a nice and friendly dashboard, and good customer service. I find it useful that I can send my newsletter via the platform as well.

Cons

It only allows 2:1 format pictures and one has to make sure they are the right size BEFORE uploading them in the system. The other system I used before, could 'adjust' automatically, which saved me a lot of time. Now images are sometimes not very clear if I have not paid attention to the size when choosing an image. I have to pay per month, I would rather pay one invoice per year, so a yearly scheme. But for so far as I know, this isn ot possible.

It features a number of the utmost and incomparable integrations I have never seen on other platforms. - This amazing software makes a great platform to learn how to avail the benefits of its ease-to-use features. - It makes a great tool for automating my sales, marketing and service processes. - HubSpot Marketing Hub allows me to manage my sales and marketing actions all in one place. This enables me to have a global and wide vision of all my potential customers. - Associating the marketing hub with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Social Networks with my business website is made easy. \- The support team of HubSpot Marketing Hub is nothing to write home about. The team gives generic responses that fail to solve my problems on different occasions. - Getting up running on the platform isn't easy. A number of features are not available from Maximizer. - The user permissions of the software are very rigid and don't give room for granular access control.

I built three websites, which I manage completely via the Hubspot tools. I'm able to generate inbound traffic through various marketing efforts (blogging, emailing, posting on social media, website building,...). I manage all the incoming traffic via various analytics and insights. It is satisfying to notice that my hard work pays off.

Pros

Hubspot contains all the tools you could wish for as a marketing or sales professional. Your results are clearly visible and manageable. Inbound marketing has never been so exciting and profitable! I love the great user experience, which is constantly being improved thanks to monthly updates of new and improved features. Finally, I am very satisfied with the customer service. Every time I have an issue, I am helped quickly and accurately. Even if there is no solution to my problem, we will look for an alternative together.

Cons

As a creative marketer, I would love more options to make my website even more appealing and less static. I'm looking forward to all the new features being added to the website builder in the future! Improvements are also possible in terms of social media. The results (likes and interactions) are not always accurate. In addition, the posting options are fairly limited. I wish you could add a photo carousel or album (instead of max four pictures).

Really an exceptional company. I use their email tracker for both work and personal reasons.

Pros

Every email contact I've ever logged has been tracked by HubSpot, for years. I know exactly when they read my emails and if they re-open an email other times. I'm always prepared to know they are either thinking about replying, or ready to reply.

Cons

Sometimes when I reopen an email I've sent, it logs as if the person I wrote to again opened it. That needs to change.
