### "Got the features, but it's expensive"

It does streamline marketing automation processes, which is what it's supposed to do!

Pros

Hubspot is a super comprehensive software. I work with it every day and in terms of features, there is very little missing. They are also constantly working to update Hubspot, always adding new value or streamlining existing features. The features I use the most (outside of just managing contacts) are workflow and forms. Both of these features are very robust. Workflows are easy to build and visually appealing. Forms, again very intuitive to build, edit and embed. Hubspot also has fantastic help materials and customer support when you are having an issue.

Cons

The Hubspot-Salesforce sync can cause some issues. It can be clunky and frustrating to work with. I'd also like to see some easier ways to customize the look of forms on non-Hubspot hosted webpages. Currently it has to be done with CSS, which if you're familiar with it is straightforward. If you're not I could see this being a big pain point. Workflows do have a size limitation in terms of if-then branches. This can be irritating sometimes. Hubspot is based on number of contacts, so it gets very pricey as you acquire new and hold on to old contacts. This is the main reason we have considered switching.

I am able to create the marketing pieces that I need to advertise the company I work for with ease. I have also segmented our contacts to make sending out email blasts to the appropriate groups much easier on a regular basis.

Pros

I like that I can create landing pages, emails and blogs with ease. It has made my job significantly easier using this tool, and it continues to help produce inbound leads each and every week.

Cons

I have recently changed to the updated layout, and I am not a fan yet. I only use 1/2 of the tools offered (marketing & sales basic) so there are a number of items in the navigation that I will never use that are just taking up room in my opinion. I get that it is a way for HubSpot to boost sales by having additional people sign up for other tools, but I am not in need of the other items in the foreseeable future.

### "Great application to manage new leads from customer "

It was great while we used to follow up with email campaign and leads. The use can be challenging if you are very sure of your business needs so I will recommend finding to HubSpot or a marking agency you trust who can help you finding exactly what kind of tools you will need to use to reach expectations and conversions

Pros

We used the service in our office get leads from some of our landing and referral websites. We received a lot of leads and it was hard to follow up with just a mail chimp our a google form and we needed automation to convert them to new customers. HubSpot helped us to managed the new leads and we were able to compare our campaigns with other cases similar to us that used this service so it increased out sales by 150%.

Cons

The service is expensive and you have to make sure all your team is dedicated to the training. Its a very different approach to follow up on leads and email marketing than other services so training is very important.

Super robust digital marketing suite/sales tool that helped us increase inbound lead flow dramatically. High cost but also provided an ROI that made it revenue positive.

Pros

Hubspot is a marketing tool that does everything. As a theological seminary/higher ed institution, we've used it for everything from social media marketing to squeeze page creation to blogging to CRM to email and more. The best part about it is that it allows you to track a person through their entire decision cycle. You can see exactly what content they've downloaded or interacted with, the webpages they've visited, the forms they've filled in, the social media posts they've liked, and so on. This allows you to really understand the contact, which is super helpful when our admissions team has conversations with them. It is the most robust digital marketing suite I've encountered, and I love it.

Cons

I suppose the primary downside is cost. To get all the functionality you need to be as thorough and robust as possible in your marketing activity, it's going to cost you a significant amount of money. In our case, the ROI was worth it, but it is expensive.

One of the best CRMs I've ever used.

Pros

I use it for sales management and it's very complete. The automatizations help my everyday life. Also, the courses are great not only for maximizing the use of the tool, but also for market in general.

Cons

Some integrations to register are still lacking. The e-mail integration, for example, disconnects very frequently and doesn't let you know, so you need to go back and register everything. The automations could be easier too. It sends e-mail without attachement and doesn't let you know.

Frustrating and expensive for the things that I want to use like RSS feeds and access to great templates. If you have $800 a month to spend and time to get through the learning curve it’s one of the best out there.

Pros

Great CRM and it’s free. The email campaign platform and list building is good to.

Cons

If you need email automation its out of reach for small business. Also, the landing page and website builder is slow, cumbersome and there are zero free templates at the basic marketing level.

Pros

Hubspot is a fantastic product! It really caters to all of our marketing needs, all in the one place. What's more, their customer support is exceptional - I know if I need help or run into any issues, their support is there on chat within seconds to help me. They will understand my use case and then provide solutions to help and workarounds if it isn't possible within the product.

Cons

There's so much in this product. The more you use it, the better it is. We're a small startup, so price is always going to be a factor for us, but I think it's totally worth it with the amount of functionality you get out of Hubspot.

This software is insanely complex to learn and use. If you're not technically facile, or if you hate logic puzzles, forget it. The learning curve is steep and they keep adding and changing things so it doesn't really level out. Once you figure out what you're doing, the software is great; it's very powerful and keeps everything really well organized and optimized. But it takes serious dedication and consistency of use across many months to become comfortable and have a level of competence. Their customer support is hit or miss as well. Sometimes you get lucky and there's a person who can quickly resolve your issue. Other times it seems like they have you running in circles and waiting for weeks on something that you can't move forward without. You have to stay on top of them with support tickets: keep nudging and reminding and asking more questions, otherwise things drag on.

Pros

I love the dashboards and that they're fully customizable to what I need to see. The software is clear and easy to use, easy to navigate. There are many built-in tips that serve as great reminders as I'm moving through tasks. The blog and email features are so intuitive in terms of their ability to help you make decisions about SEO and building optimization right into your marketing collateral.

Cons

You have to keep track of 17 things at once: everything is contingent on something else. Maybe I want to change my CTA but it's embedded on my website, being used in a drip, pulling from a landing page, and connected to 6 blog posts. God help you if you need to make any changes because every element has multiple connections and fixing one thing means upending several others. I usually need to have 4 or 5 HubSpot tabs open at once because I have to keep switching back and forth between them in order to do the piece I'm working on.

### "Fantastic But Crazy Expensive"

My former company was already using HubSpot when I joined them. I was instantly smitten. Even a year into using it, I was still discovering new ways to use it or features I didn’t realize existed. For my own small biz/ side hustle, I’ve been able to utilize the free version and I’m happy with that, but it is super limited and, once you get into paid options, it’s way out of reach. The company I currently work for uses Zoho… I really cannot express how different the two are. I would just about cut off my arm if I could go back to HubSpot. It was just such a cohesive painless product at the enterprise level and I used it for everything I could - email marketing, lead management, landing pages, etc. it also made tracking soooo much easier and the email tools were so robust.

Pros

I never once experienced a glitch. Everything works like it’s supposed to and really streamlines your marketing and sales efforts.

Cons

There’s a learning curve. It’s also way too expensive for small businesses.

We are able to manage/schedule social media, ads, email marketing campaigns and more through the Marketing Hub. We love that everything is together in this central location and love the Canva integration as well.

Pros

HubSpot Marketing Hub is very easy to use and implement for anyone with varying level of marketing experience and expertise. HubSpot makes the features easy to use and has knowledge base articles for any topic you can think of in case you have questions. Their support team is fairly helpful if you come to a roadblock.

Cons

We use Bullhorn for our CRM and they do not always integrate seamlessly. Aside from that, I have no real complaints about the Marketing Hub.

HubSpot's marketing platform is very robust and contains everything an inbound marketer needs. Every time I speak with their support team, they are friendly and quickly resolve my issue. Since HubSpot is a pay-per-contact platform, the cost can easily increase if your organization is rapidly growing or doesn't keep a clean list of contacts. If your company currently uses a WordPress blog, integrating it with HubSpot is easy, but may result in having to create 301 redirects if the templates don't match up exactly. I recommend, if possible, converting the entire website (including the blog) to HubSpot. Aside from the ease of use, the product is continually evolving to meet the needs of current marketing trends. HubSpot requests user feedback on a variety of aspects - from design to feature functionality - to make their product the best. It also integrates well with a variety of other platforms, including WordPress and Salesforce.

Pros

It is very use full in tracking web and analyze business metrics to ensure marketing campaigns are progressing into the right direction.Our favorite part of Hubspot Marketing is the data that is made available on lead source, web traffic, and blog and email marketing performance. Prior to Hubspot we were not running any website analytics. By tying marketing efforts to website performance we are able to see what is working and what isn't and make better decisions going forward. Good general functionality for tracking activity and reporting, and nice to have automatic download of company contact information when entering new contacts. Campaigns are fairly easy to set up.

Cons

I have only found 2 things - if you send an email and use the Smart Send feature to accommodate for different time zones, then it disables the ability to "Send to More". Second: at first, there are what feels like a lot of pieces to fit together - a form, campaign, landing page, emails, etc. Until you get that mapped out, it felt a little overwhelming. Layout is a little out dated. You can't change the default on the list of company names from recently added to alphabetical. You can change the sort, but the next time you sign in or refresh, it goes back to sorting by recently added.

This platform is an invaluable tool for our digital footprint. I really have no complaints regarding the functionality of the system, and the analysis metrics are top-notch. Some of their data-collecting features have made us a decent amount of money that we otherwise would have overlooked.

Pros

We really enjoy unlocking newly discovered features on HubSpot'S platform. The key for our team is automating emails, social media postings, and general marketing campaigns. HubSpot is excellent at executing these needs, and it's rather simple once you learn the process. The best feature of working with this company is the wealth of information and problem-solving skills they offer. I have never asked for a solution from their customer support and not received actionable advice.

Cons

I feel that their design team could be upgraded. Sometimes it's frustrating with some of the templates because tailoring them often offers limited options. The email templates, for example, can be overhauled to allow more personal design work.

Lo que me encanta de HubSpot es que realmente se puede tener todo lo que se necesita en cuestiones de marketing en una sola herramienta. Esto, ha ayudado mucho ya que de la misma base de datos se hace todo y así, el margen de error se reduce muchísimo. Además, me parece bastante fácil de usar, completa, y de ayuda para la toma de mejores decisiones.

Cons

El mayor obstáculo de esta herramienta me parece que es su precio, ya que, al decir verdad, es algo elevado por el hecho de que realiza muchas funciones que generalmente en otras herramientas no incluyen.

Pros

This software is the most powerful lead management and tracking software I've ever used! I'll go as far as to say that it will increase your conversion rates more than you would expect. The support and tools HubSpot marketing hub has are leaps and bounds better than any other competitive lead-generating software services.

Cons

This software can be very complex and could use a better design layout. I am very tech-savvy and find myself getting lost and confused from time to time. However, the biggest issue is having team members who aren't as tech-savvy know how to use the software to its fullest potential. There are tremendous articles out there to help team members understand, but I wish it was more intuitive so they wouldn't have to spend as much time learning how to use or implement features. Additionally, I find the pricing structure a but cost-prohibitive for the features we actually use - their price offering for their products doesn't fully fit our needs as a small non-profit.

Pros

Easy to use. I like the outlook integration and email tracking are very good. The app is very easy to use too.

Cons

There is a free version with limited options and the next is the high-cost option for small companies. The only reason we started to use the different products was that don't like the per-user subscription. We probably pay the same now but we do not need to mess around with subscriptions every time when we swap or add people.
