What I liked most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how user-friendly and centralized everything is. Cons

Over all HubSpot can be a really great tool. Overall though they are really pricing out businesses that could thrive with their platform but just can't afford the growing cost that comes with some really beneficial features.

Pros

It still has a ton of features and capabilities for data and information retention and marketing and sales.

Cons

The price is just getting out of control. All the best features continue to get pay walled behind subscriptions that continue to get more and more expensive.

There's so much you can do with HubSpot it can be overwhelming for some and hard to know where to start.

Experience a high level of flexibility while being easy to use. Despite the many functions, the tool is very user-friendly.

Pros

Offers extremely precise options for segmenting target groups. We can filter our contacts by parameters such as industry, interest in certain product groups or behavior in our emails. This is particularly valuable when we want to tailor campaigns for our teams work. This seamless connection has helped us to optimize the flow of data and make campaigns more precise.

Cons

While it was easy to get started, the advanced features like API integrations and automation workflows were quite challenging at first. The reports are detailed, but sometimes you get lost in the data. A more visual presentation could make the analysis even more efficient.

For the basics it's fine, but when you want to get into more advanced creation you'll find it's limitations, then you're into hacks to work around them.

Pros

The UI is simple to use, you don't need to understand coding or how to create web pages – especially if you're trying to create moderately complex visual designs

Cons

Adding a footer style blocker is really challenging, especially if you're creating personal auto response emails. For example there's no way of hosting the images, such as award logos. It also can't handle SVG format, which was what we were using.

Even though there’s a bit of a learning curve and you have to watch the costs, it’s a solid solution if you want a platform that grows with your company and keeps all your marketing efforts in sync.

Pros

I really enjoy how HubSpot Marketing Hub ties so many marketing tasks together. The email builder is easy to use, and you can automate campaigns without jumping between different tools. It’s also nice having a clear view of how leads move through the funnel, and the reporting is detailed enough for me to spot trends and make quick decisions. On top of that, the support materials (like tutorials and guides) were helpful for getting our team up to speed.

Cons

Pricing can become a challenge as you grow. Once you need more contacts or add-ons, the monthly cost can jump quickly. Another thing is the learning curve—while most features are intuitive, it can still feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially if your team hasn’t used an all-in-one platform before. We spent extra time watching tutorials to really get comfortable with advanced features like workflow automation and detailed reporting.

For me what I like most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how easy it is to use while still being powerful. Everything’s in one place email, social. You can build and run campaigns quickly, track results clearly, and scale as you grow.

Cons

The least thing I like about HubSpot Marketing Hub is that it can get expensive as you grow, especially if you need advanced features or a larger contact list. Tools like A/B testing or advanced reporting are only available on higher tier plans. Also, while its user friendly, customizing things beyond what’s built in can be a bit limiting without developer help.

Cons

It's not the best with automated email outreach. If you compare its Marketing capabilities with those of Outreach, HubSpot definitely falls far behind.
