### "The Important Software for all kind of Industries."

I can say that it is a super automation key for sales and marketing professionals because almost 90 % of the task will be done with this tool. I can take business-related decisions very quickly and confidently with this software. Finally, I can say that this will become my future business "Robot "to execute my sales and marketing strategies.

Pros

The integration of software with other email marketing platforms. We can create more sales pipeline without any big effort. It is a single spot to reach other websites, social media, and other CRM so that's why we called this "Hub Spot". The great thing is that this can connect us with the blogger community. It keeps all my important information like emails, call logs and business communication at one place. It is a complete user-friendly product with great functionalities. I can say that it is a teamwork support software for all level of organization. I like this more for its automatic timely sales report generation functionality.

Cons

The different kind of excellent and advanced features exist in the premium plan so I would like to look these feature in the free plan and I am also looking for some improvement in the premium plan in terms of innovation. I would like to connect people from new social and professional sites.

Pros

I am heavily focused on metrics and hubsot provides that in the most important aspect. The tool has been helping us attract customers from our marketing and help convert and close them. My favorite is the scores is gives the leads once they are engaging so I know how to prioritize my work. I am able to track what they have viewed and see what content of mine is working and what isnt.

Cons

No cons as of yet. Some of the backend part of the set up was a little patchy at first but havent ran into any issues from initial set up. It can be a little pricey but works great for my SMB sales environment with high traffic. I do receive marketing emails from them pretty often which is pointless to me.

HubSpot Marketing allows our Marketing team to implement a solid Inbound Marketing strategy and focus on relevant and meaningful marketing information to share with our target audience.

Pros

HubSpot Marketing has all the features we were looking for. It allows us to send marketing blast emails and show insightful performance metrics right after the email is sent. We love the website building tools and the ability to create real web pages and landing pages directly in the tool. You can utilize existing templates, which are nicely organized, or start from scratch. Another great feature of the HubSpot marketing is the social media scheduler. You have the ability to schedule all your social media posts directly from the tool and get all of the metrics behind each post.

Cons

HubSpot Marketing can get expensive. Also, in order for you to customize any built pages using the tool you have to have some knowledge of basic html and css.

Hubspot is a solid all in one tool that helped maintain our growth throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

Pros

When the pandemic hit in 2020, we wanted a software we can use to automate our post since most of our business switched online. One of the features we loved using the most was scheduling posts which simplified our work.

Cons

The analytics tracking for LinkedIn need a lot of improvement and they are inaccurate but otherwise the software works perfectly.

Pros

Very easy to use. Very helpful in delivering full sales profile. You can track past history on customers that visited your website so you can get a feel for what they are looking for. You can customize emails, which can also be tracked whether or not they were opened.

Cons

The only issue I had was linking Hubspot to my current email provider. I am not super tech savvy but the customer service team is helpful and very patient.

### "Poor customer service"

I didnt like much of the product. It was difficult compared to other products.

Cons

Please pay attention to the contract auto renewal, they do not require an agreement every year. If you are unhappy you have to buy out your contract.

Email automation, follow-ups and lead reactivation, more visually appealing campaigns, better campaign tracking.

Pros

I used Hubspot CRM for a long time but never dealt much with the marketing side. I was sending loads of manual emails and struggling to keep up with the workload. Hubspot Marketing Automation has made life so much easier. The workflows we've set up handle so much of our previously manual work. There's a lot of features and functionality to set up really great campaigns.

Cons

There's a bit of a learning curve, but it's still easier to use than other similar providers. If there is a small mistake in your workflow, it can lead to some errors and misappropriated emails. But, they do offer testing options.

I found it very simple to use this application especially for small business owners like us who don’t have much technical coding knowledge. The application is very intuitive, and you can check up the free seven-day trial before you pay. We can always learn more about automation and online marketing from the blogs. They always come up with new features and there is a lot of scope for customization. The way this application helps us to segment and target and boost our reach is just great! The best part about this application is that you won’t encounter many downtimes. The customer service team is very responsive, and you don’t have to wait for ages for a mail, you can always use the live chat feature and get your problems resolved.

Cons

There is a huge cost involved in setting up the application, even though it is free to use the trial version. The application is too overpriced, especially for small business firms.

Having used both Hootsuite and Hubspot nearly at the same time I have to say they helped even small business owners like my wife to schedule their life and release more time. The greatest advantage is that it allows us to plan our strategies ahead without always being glued to our device.

Pros

I used it alongside Hootsuite for my wife's small business and both applications really gave good return in terms of functionality and ease of use.

Cons

The one issue I see with these post managers is that when a new feature comes to a social platform we have to wait for the feature to be implemented. This was an issue with Instagram Stories for a while. Early adoption of new features would be a advantage.

Pros

The import process made switching to this platform an absolute breeze, and the features it comes backed with is great for the per user price. Its great for marketing, CRM & sales for the entire team and gives a real indebth view into how you keep up to date with clients, its lacking some features notably the ability to track a campaign. What i do like about this software is the extensive knowledge base, support are a little to get hold of but the knowledge base makes up for this, containing all the answers you'll ever need.

Cons

It has all the basic features of each function you would expect but the features essential for business marketing as paid extras that most enterprise level business would expect to have included. What would improve this is a project management section so you could track the progress of individual campaigns

### "I love HubSpot - everything I need in one place!"

We use HubSpot for everything: web page/content management, social media management, contact management, CRM, blogging, SEO management and of course analytics on all of the above. We also use the email campaigns tool with workflows so we have marketing automation in the bag. We have also integrated Survey Monkey because we do a lot of market research surveys. It's been invaluable to have everything in one central repository. We can track a contact from their first glimpse of our website through a won deal, and keep delighting them forever. We've solved the problems of disparate data systems and poor analytics while finding new leads to boot. BTW we're a small b2b lead generation company - we find clients for our clients.

Pros

Great support, intuitive design and a super fun conference every year - Inbound. Also - inbound.org community for users and inbound enthusiasts.

Cons

Lots of changes currently in the works which inevitably means bugs. Also I'm not sure I like some of the changes but I'm sure I'll get used to them. New website content editors mean seeing changes in real time - good. New contact management that only shows certain attributes of contacts unless you completely rework your view and scroll down forever - not so good.

Pros

We probably jumped into inbound marketing a little soon after starting our company, so we got overwhelmed. It's definitely something worth taking a look at in the future.

Cons

The pricing gets pretty steep when you want any automation features or A/B testing features. You can get the basics for free or a little more which is definitely manageable, but it's definitely a bigger step when you decide you want to build out your sales & marketing systems.

### "Why isn't Marketo this easy"

Pros

The ease of use, good interface, logical, good tips/guides, and support is always available when I run into an issue...which I have, but they helped out saving a lot of time in researching it myself. Sometimes you will need guidance, but it's supported.

Cons

There are some features that I would rather not pay for, that I don't use at all or hardly use. Unfortunately they are part of the package so you can't. It's sort of like flying Business Class and not wanting to pay for dinner and drinks.

### "It's Okay but Have to Pay Extra"

Pros

I really like the tracking feature. Ive used this for awhile and its really helpful to make sure important emails are read that way I can follow-up if I haven't heard anything. This is also a great product to track seals and projects that are a lot of money. I can put client information into the deal, the amount of the deal, and track all communication related to the job, and I can track the stages I am in within the deal.

Cons

Support is only available for high paying customers! Support is only community driven and that is terrible when I need a quick answer. It really slows down the work day when I have to reach out to partners within the business to reach out to Hubspot support. Really bad system for support.

Pros

\- I loved how easy was it to use the workflows to build automated sales pipelines for our online leads. - Ability to integrate google ads directly into the CRM to calculate our cost projections.

Cons

It is quite pricey when it comes to managing small teams for a startup. I wish there was project management tools also built into it like Zoho.

I work as a social media coordinator in a large telecommunication company and I've been using HubSpot (HS) for a long time now. There are many customized and pre-built workflows to pick from, and even creating your own isn't much of a husstle. It all runs smoothly and the majority of tools and features are easy to use and implement within your company's processes. Great software to increase sales and productivity.

Cons

So far so good with HubSpot. Only thing I'd suggest improving is their features for search engine optimization.
