Through this software I have greatly optimized the time dedicated to communications and sales, at the same time allows to make the communications more clear and effective.

Pros

It seems to me that the idea of software is highly innovative, in an area that seems to be easy to use but that is quite complex and cumbersome. The segmentation of communications in workflows saves a lot of time and contributes to the efficiency of the company. The best thing for me of the software is the time that I save in writing and personalizing each communication through the emails.

Cons

At first glance the software may seem complicated, although when it starts to be used, it facilitates a lot the communication aspect of a business. I think a more friendly interface could make the experience even easier, make it more graphic.

HubSpot Marketing Hub solves multiple problems for us, it helps us to maintain ongoing relationships with our users and serves as almost a B2C CRM for my team. It's an overall positive experience and I would always recommend it for new companies looking to get off the ground

Pros

It's an excellent product for new companies looking to create relationships with users and keep them engaged. It's easy to use, and Hubspot provides constant help and marketing tips for new business owners.

Cons

It's a bit pricy and the pricing model is not very clear. The product is also a bit complex with a lot of features that could be quite overwhelming.

### "Hubspot: Marketing automation that has grown with me"

I originally thought Hubspot was built for mom and pop small business. I've used Eloqua and Marketo previously. I was persuaded to give Hubspot a try when I joined a new startup almost 3 years ago and I have been very pleasantly surprised. I'm now a fan! The benefits of the built in CMS (called a COS by Hubspot) are many- I used to check GA as a backup, but don't need to these days. Integrated social management, newly added advertising management, blog management and great workflows and automation are just the tip of the iceberg. I used to believe their reporting was lacking- not the volume of reports, but the ability to create dashboards. Thanks to the user requested new reporting add on, I am over the moon. Love it!

Pros

Great community. Responsive support- especially phone support and who can say that these days? They answer in minutes and are always very helpful. Responds to user requests and includes power users in building their roadmap!

Cons

Incredibly agile. Always adding new features and functionality. Sometimes it can be hard to keep up. Using it every day gives you ideas on new things you can't yet do- but they are very responsive and work with users to find ways to get the job done, or build the functionality.

Pros

The software is robust, even at the free tier. It does provide some much needed features for starting businesses though there are a few pit falls.

Cons

On the lowest tier, and what makes this most difficult to use is the inability to host domain based e-mail and the requirement for a third party solution. For businesses who are just starting out, this is a necessity and the little charges add up very quickly. If this feature was added to enable very small businesses to grow, Hubspot would be able to lock in that market segment and decimate their competition. Additionally, the price jump from the "free" to the next tier is a bit steep when adding all of the solutions which is pretty much required as their software is the most compatible with other segments of their own software. Add the solution(s) that small businesses use most, work on the pricing a bit, and you'll have way more customers for life.

It has been a staple for us to maintain our customer service with current and prospective customers. I couldn't imagine operating our business without it.

Pros

The integration to our website and our email marketing software was seamless. We really like how all information is captured for each contact, including their activity on our website.

Cons

We have been using the free features as that works for us now. We would like to use the paid features, but the cost is too high for each individual component.

Cons

Getting started requires quite a commitment. It is value for money if you commit to using and mastering all (most) of the available features. If you can't commit to this, it is complex and expensive

We use HubSpot for all of our inbound/digital marketing needs. It encompasses a huge amount of tools that are vital to the overall success of taking on an inbound marketing strategy. HubSpot puts your lead tracking, emails, social media, analytics, automation, and CRM system all in one package and it makes sure that everything works very well together. The integration they offer as well, such as Salesforce.com just make the product better and gives you a more powerful marketing platform. Everyone on our marketing and sales team uses HubSpot daily and it is an integral part of doing our jobs effectively and efficiently. A few others within our organization use it from time to time to see how certain campaigns are performing. HubSpot's software really just makes you better at your job if you do anything related to sales and marketing and it continues to improve each and every month. If you are thinking about getting into inbound/content marketing, choosing HubSpot will be the best decision you have ever made. Their staff also is a huge help in on-boarding you and ensuring your success with their product.

My overall experience with HubSpot Marketing Automation is a good one, it does what it is suppose to do and it is very user friendly, only thing is what I touched on above but it is good. I really like the Chat Bot more than anything.

Pros

What I like most about this software is how accurate it stores the information and the ability to find anything you are looking for quite easy. I love the Chat Bot it is brilliant and I really love how you can jump from one feature to another so smoothly and If you are experiencing any issues their customer care is fantastic!

Cons

Not much really but If I had to try and dig something out that I like the least about this software it would be Marketing Dashboard, because I feel it can be a little bit all over the place and some headings do the same as another when you click into so maybe there does not need to be as much implemented into this feature.

Pros

What I particularly appreciate are HubSpot Forms, the workflows, and the fact that it integrates with Ultracart. A lot of what we do marketing-wise is survey and application based, so having the ability to pull form responses and lists directly through HubSpot is awesome. Their support team is also generally helpful, and they usually get back to me within 24 hours.

Cons

Though HubSpot integrates with many of the softwares we use, it is not quite as ubiquitous as Infusionsoft. We often have to create workarounds via Zapier.

Hubspot has a series of tools to measure the traffic of our site and its sources, measure each person who enters the site and create a history of what they have seen, how they have interacted with our content, whether on the site, through our emails or on social networks. And he follows up until that person becomes a client. And once you're a customer, it measures the way we delight you with our content.

Pros

Create extraordinary emails without having to modify codes, You will also have the tools to grow and replenish your database as contacts leave your list naturally over time.

Cons

The bad image that unfortunately has to the misuse that is made of it with the shipments of spams. External lists scarce and where the email is not received as in a list created by yourself.

Pros

All of my marketing automation needs are in one, easy-to-navigate space. I can see everything I need if I know where to look for it. The team is really responsive about adding new functionality. I prefer HubSpot to other, similar tools I've used in my marketing career. They have all the bells and whistles and I can use as much or as little of the hub as I'd like.

Cons

There are some visibility points I'd like in the filtering of some of my pages. For example, I can only see two of the three columns of information at one time. Some of the data I have to get is manual but this is more of a reporting out issue than it is a HubSpot issue.

What doesn't Hubspot do? From the web to social media to the in-box, Hubspot is a go-to tool that allows the user to have e-mail, Instagram, Facebook and landing page management all in one easy to use CRM hub.

Cons

THe tool can be cumbersome at times to use because it does so much. Start small, master basic needs and use Youtube and their great customer service team liberally and you will get the hang of it.

Cons

There are no cons that I have come up with using me HubSpot email marketing tool.

Was using the free HubSpot CRM and email marketing tool was part of the free CRM. Once the switch was made to HubSpot it was clear that the email marketing was way easier than MailChimp and better in a lot of ways.

My over all experience has been a good one, it allows me to keep up with emails sent to clients and customers.

Pros

I love that you can send files and emails and have the ability to keep track of them and when they are opened. Now you no longer have to wonder if that email that was sent was actually opened. Great time saver

Cons

The one thing that i liked the least about the software was that when one email was sent to more than one recipient it does not show you who actually opened it, it will just show that it was opened by someone and the times.

Easy to use, straightforward and intuitive. HubSpot is how we manage all of our marketing campaigns whether inbound or outbound.

Pros

HubSpot has really redefined marketing software. The contact management, workflows and email campaign management is what we use most often. Our website is hosted within HubSpot and we can make changes easily and quickly despite having no experience or knowledge of code.

Cons

Our engineering team doesn't like the limitations of HubSpot for website creation. You are very limited in FTP access and administrator privileges.

Pros

I loved that it was easy for our designer to use, he was able to create beautiful templates that worked well in so many different email clients very easily. It was pretty easy to navigate creating and sending emails, you had a nice simple modern interface that walks you through each step. I liked the ease of use and UX.

Cons

Unfortunately, creating programmatic campaigns to track things and clone them was very difficult. You can't just clone a whole set of steps whenever you create a campaign, you have to create them all individually and reset everything. I am used to programs like Marketo where you can just clone a whole set of values. This makes tracking way easier.

Overall I find value in HS - they have worked out a lot of the feature creep and focus on the main tools that drive success but it can get pricey. A lot of what they offer can be found as separate free tools. Not for small businesses - this is a little too much for those needs.

Pros

Some automations work great - email function, look book tracking, distribution of follow up emails to a a targeted customer segment, and no need to know coding. It takes a little bit but the UI has been getting better and growing its intuitiveness for usability.

Cons

Can be pricey especially if your plan is ruled by the number of leads. If those leads are dead make sure to scrub your database. No A/B testing either unless you go for the pricier plan- this should be an included feature at the low pricing level in my opinion - it would help them drive more client engagement and thus more use and value. Ongoing support is great, but...... its costly
