My experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub has been mostly positive. it is very easy to use and it keeps everything in one place, like social media, emails and content creation. The built-in analytics were great for helping me make better decisions. I also liked how it connected well with the HubSpot CRM to keep the team on the same page. It’s been a helpful tool that made my marketing tasks easier and more organized."

Pros

What I like the most is having a lot in just one tool. I mean Social media marketing, email marketing and also being able to analyze what is working and what is not yielding results.

Cons

I do not have features I do not have and the moment.

Pros

Ease of use, availability of tools, support.

Cons

It's a lot at first and some of the tools only come with higher subscriptions, especially related to data.

HubSpot Marketing Hub is a complete solution for every business when it comes to marketing. It has many useful features and its integration with CRM works perfect for me.

Pros

I really liked from the first login as it was a nice user interface and intuitive witch make it easy to use, this is a big plus as loosing time learning a new app/software is not good for any business. Another thing I like was that the support team was very quick and helpful. It integrates easy with other Hubspot services or other third party apps as well.

Cons

There are no things that I can say I like less or didn't encounter yet.

Easy to create emails, forms, "landing pages", and automated flows for contacts. It works especially well if you can link up zapier to automate adding contacts and export records instantly

Cons

Wish it had more email deliverability insight or tools to use. You'll likely send hundreds of emails with your domain so deliverability and domain health is important

Very positive, but the pricing model doesn't work for us.

Pros

HubSpot has a great balance between features and user-friendly interfaces. Almost anyone can set it up to do what they need to, without training or expert help.

Cons

While powerful, HubSpot isn't exactly friendly for micro and small companies. Advanced features cost too much for businesses with just a select few clients/customers. It's only suited for companies with large volume/very high ARR from each clients. Spending few hundred, and upwards of 1,000 per month is not feasible for most. I would much prefer a usage-based pricing, rather than "feature gating". A company with a dozen of clients using advanced features doesn't "cost" HubSpot nearly the same as a massive company using the same features. Pricing is relatively similar whether you have 10 or 1,000 contacts, and that made us stop using HubSpot as a micro company focused on relationships, not volume.

As a consultant, I think it's ideal for businesses starting out or those willing to move their entire marketing software to hubspot. It's not a must as some people tend to think. I know many businesses who feel stuck with it because they are so invested into it. It feels like they are constantly being charged more.

Pros

LOVE that it's all-in-one; the training is great; and there's many people who are familiar with the product. The automation features are helpful.

Cons

It's frustrating at time getting things set up; it's not always intuitive. While I like that it's all-in-one, if you already have specific software that you like, you'll probably miss it if you move to hubspot.

It was slow at our company to get compliance, but it's going well now. It is fast and good to integrate with software our users already use, like the OUtlook of the mobile app.

Pros

It's super powerful...but I just love how easy they make their training material searchable/educational.

Cons

If you have to ask a question of support, it seems to take a long time to get answers. Some reports seem impossible to make work.

the marketing hub allowed us to handle inbound sales much easier from a variety of sources (email campaigns, paid ads, display ads, etc.) and makes it easy to track engagements that lead to no where previously.

Pros

The marketing hub takes a lot of disparate systems and brings them all together nicely.

Cons

The cost is a little much, where you can get the same (or similar) function from a set of other products.

It is perfect for the price (free version). If I were to pay for a service, I would probably choose a different CRM.

Pros

I use the free version for a one time capital raise for an investment. I didn’t need anything complicated, and the free version is perfect for management of a small group and a monthly newsletter.

Cons

It took a while to learn how to use. It didn’t have a tag option, so moving to the platform from another CRM took extra work.

Many of the materials that support our content are created using the HubSpot Marketing Hub software. Mostly to simplify the process of setting up landing pages, forms, and parent email campaigns. The reports that marketing and data analysts receive are of a high standard and can be as thorough or as brief as they need. The lead generation process is automated, and our sales reps have real-time data on their top leads. All in all, we're pleased with the user interface and the helpful information it provides.

Pros

I love how easy it is to use the HubSpot and how I can schedule emails and reuse existing ones. This allows marketers to collaborate on improving the lead generation process. I can trust HubSpot Marketing Hub to keep my important assets safe.

Cons

The design elements were the most challenging aspects. It relied heavily on pre-made templates and required familiarity with CSS or HTML to customize. It took a while to get the desired effect after making adjustments that didn't stick, such as trying to center an object or change the font.

Pros

Getting and reviewing marketing data analytics. We integrated this in our website to analyze web traffic.

Cons

Administrator dashboard is not very intuitive for less technical users. Our marketing team needed help from our internal technicians.
