Pros

Really a great product - especially for email marketing. The synergy between other platforms is also quite useful.

Cons

Customer service is strong - and the videos are also helpful. There have been limited areas where I've found I couldn't figure out an answer/ Great program.

We use HubSpot for our email and inbound marketing. It makes designing pages, tracking clients, creating workflows, running marketing campaigns, administering a blog, and sending emails a cinch. Two chief complaints: (1) its text editing features are subpar, sometimes exhibiting strange behavior with font sizes and spacing, which makes things difficult to format things consistently, and (2) some of the data reported (e.g., webpage visits) provides different values in different places, so we're not sure which numbers to believe. Overall, we're happy with HubSpot, and would recommend it to other small businesses.

Pros

Ease of use in doing all things marketing, from tracking clients to managing email campaigns to blog management.

Cons

Formatting issues with the text editors for pages and emails; certain numbers reported for things like webpage visits are different depending where it's reported.

Overall, it is a very complete platform to stay up to date with the campaigns that we are running. It is only needed to be persistent and understand the graphics to take action.

Pros

It is a dynamic platform to view our marketing performance about the campaigns that we are running. We can compare the current campaign with the previous 30 days campaign. Plus, the graphics are effortless to understand.

Cons

The fact that at the beginning it is quite hard to use the platform correctly, I would like it to be a bit easier to manage or at least to have an assistant in order to help us to understand the platform.

Hubspot is way over priced and the complexity of the system makes it hard to fully understand what you are buying into until you are bound by a lock-in contract. My advice is to thoroughly do your research as there are much much better and more economical solutions out there. Do not believe the hype from the sales team.

Pros

The CRM is free, but the rest of the system is overpriced and a waste of money. The tool is much more of a marketing course than it is a useful tool and you can get this information easily online without paying every year. Do not believe the hype! The marketing course info is also very shallow and way to sales-y for most businesses.

Cons

The system has lock in contracts that are there to force you into paying and selling to the system to your customers and for me, I liked my customers' way too much to force them into lock in contracts. Lock in contracts are only used when companies struggle to demonstrate value over the long term. The system did not work for us as it was way to salse-y for our clients base and despite numerous attempts to communicate with Hubspot about this they just shut it down.

Pros

From the UX point of view, the product is very user-friendly; the ease of importing contacts in a few clicks, customising emails and landing pages using the drag and drop functionality, creating CTAs and embedding them on different pages is very helpful. The blog tutorials and tips come in very handy for beginners. It houses all the free tools services available in the market under one umbrella. The integrations offered with other software such as Salesforce, Sidekick, NetSuite keeps all the data synced which is a very important thing for a business.

Cons

The pricing for the software is very high and it is billed annually as well. Additionally, the technical support is also paid. All the features available in HubSpot are free on the internet, HubSpot just combines them under one roof. For which, the pricing is pretty steep.

No ala carte features, bundles are major price jumps If not using CMS for website then tracking api can be a major and continual development project

Pros

Easy to get up and running, and amazing resources to get people moving. Many of the features are very easy to use, and is perfectly set up for enabling a smaller org.

Cons

I'm disappointed with the salesforce integration thus far. Although their support team is very responsive, I've had quite a challenging experience getting a workflow in place that matches the expectations set in using salesforce and hubspot combined, which has caused some data issues. I think there's room for improvement on this front, but I'm very optimistic about the platform regardless.

Overall, this has been the simplest option I've used to automate all of the data that we need to use with all of the various sales and service teams.

Pros

As far as CRM goes, I can't think of anything that HubSpot can't do. I like that it puts the marketing, sales, and customer service teams on the same platform so information is shared between them seemlessly.

Cons

It's not the most intuitive option out there. Luckily, there are several free courses in the HubSpot Academy that enable everyone to get the most of it this.

Pros

Simple, easy to use and FREE. I cannot emphasize enough how much this software makes my job easier. It integrates with my Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce to name a few. It allows me to create company profiles, assigns and tracks the interactions with them, and has a simple interface where all of my coworkers can track our activities.

Cons

If you do want to upgrade for more features, the tiers are expensive, especially the highest tier that has the most functions and features.

Pros

We started using HubSpot as a sales tool to create our automated outreach campaigns. HubSpot Sequences allowed us to create a sequence of highly personalised emails that were sent to our leads at specific times, dramatically increasing our response rate and deal closing (of course, our emails were very relevant for our customers). HubSpot is a great choice especially for early sales teams, as besides a great software, HubSpot also teaches you how to sell - their content is very, very relevant.

Cons

While greatly improved in the last few months, the navigation around the product is a bit cumbersome - the whole platform is very large, so it has a steeper learning curve.

Pros

Very easy to use software. We used Marketing, Sales and Service hub which all did their job well.

Cons

Reporting was a struggle for us. We also wanted to restrict a user or API from editing specific fields which was not possible and made it a struggle to rely on data quality if a value we don't want to get updated gets overwritten.

Sometimes after setting up a test account can be confusing on which account to use. Also setting up tracking codes is not as easy as it could be.

I was trying to use it for marketing automation but the integrations and cost became a barrier

Pros

I like the fact that it is pretty quick and easy to set up.

Cons

Many of the integrations don't actually work unless you create a zap through your paid zapier account, which is a huge turnoff - why would I want to pay twice to make the software work? It is missing integrations that would make things even easier to use but in the end, I would rather use a different system. This one wasn't worth it for me.

Hubspot is so handy to keep customers, leads and tasks organized. Especially when we need to keep track of hundreds of customers every month. Keeps coworkers informed and up to date on each customer. Helps to remind employee to send out follow-up emails. Hubspot helps keep record of important information such as the source of the lead, date it was first created and who the contact owner is. A great program that keep customers contact information organized, easy to access when needed and confidential. Keeps track of deals that have been won, lost or incomplete to assures that every lead is dealt with in a timely manner.

Cons

Can be pricey for the higher versions but the basic versions are just as useful.

It's completely free for the base product, so you have nothing to lose. However, you may eventually find that you need something custom. In that case, just switch to a new CRM or consider some of HubSpot's other products to see if they fit your needs.

Pros

HubSpot CRM pairs well with standard email providers like Gmail and Outlook, so you can set up your sales team in minutes. You can then manage your sales channel, which will speed up the process of using those leads. HubSpot CRM supports up to 1 million unlimited contacts and users. A big part of having a CRM is creating a sales funnel. This means you're looking for a clean and efficient dashboard that connects all of your salespeople and makes it easy for you to see where each potential customer is in that funnel.

Cons

In general, it is inexpensive and I recommend it for its easy handling

The features in this software are actually the same things that I do every day for the company I work for. While I'm not sure if they would be interested in utilizing this software, I have definitely heard of it at work. The benefits on my end would be more aligned with my boyfriend and his business partner. Both of which do not have the time to take on these tasks but would LOVE a system that can do it for them. I will be talking to my boyfriend about it tonight as I believe this can help not only his business but the two or three additional businesses that his partner owns!

Pros

I love how everything is right there in one system! The efficiency levels increase so much by being able to access everything you need without having to jump from system to system.

Cons

The pricing is a bit too high for individuals who are starting their own business. I believe there definitely is a lot of value and for a business that is established, the prices are amazing. I would suggest having an additional option for businesses that are less than a year old. i really believe this system could jumpstart a lot of the issues new businesses come into contact with.
