The life of a sales guy just become easy and he become 200% more efficient as he doesn't have to go through different platforms just hubspot and everything is sorted.

Pros

Hubspot gives me every thing on the single platform which I require for my sales day to day activity. Starting from tasks to calendar to email scheduling and templating. Everything is there.

Cons

The most confusing bit is it takes 5 working days but we also work on Saturdays and I have to go to custom dates to setup an task for that day.

Very intuitive and easy work. It helps me keep all the client details and phone logs separately which helps me later. It helps in assigning my team members and the notification system helps a lot. I specifically love the dashboard, very user-friendly, intuitive and easy to work. And the best part is, it is free for a single or small sized organization. You can upgrade when you feel the necessity to upgrade.

Marketing was never my strength but with the software that HubSpot created now I can create the content I need quickly and efficiently! HubSpot allows me to attract more traffic to my pages converting my visits into sales opportunities because of this and many other things I love this software.

Cons

For me, the only negative thing that this software could have is that I think it could make it easier for the user to improve the quality of communication with customers.

This product is best for promoting products. We can direct missions and close on the leads successfully. Website design enhancement promoting, email advertising, online entertainment showcasing and mixture advertising has been conceivable due to HubSpot Advertising Center point.

Pros

HubSpot is very easy to setup. Customer service is very good. Best software to generate leads.. Very useful software.

Cons

The tool's limitations need a number of workarounds, some of which are time-consuming. In comparison to other of the more expensive and complex marketing automation tools, Hubspot's workflow tool is rudimentary.

Marketing made professional is what HubSpot has to offer. You have the ability to really push the boundaries of Marketing and develop a process and plan for your business. The customization features are what helps to set HubSpot apart.

Cons

I can't say much about what I do not like about this portion of HubSpot. Be sure to test you marketing efforts first before spending too much time developing a process that might not be best with what the system has to offer.

We use HubSpot to nurture potential prospects and provide them with the right content at the right time as they explore our products and solutions. Love that we can see which content was effective and which pieces need an update.

Pros

Easy to create, edit, and update emails. Creating workflows to target specific segments is a snap. And it's easy to see your performance by grouping into campaigns.

Cons

I wish the version we used integrated with our YouTube account, but that feature is only available on Enterprise Hub ;-)

It saves me a great deal of time not having to follow-up manually every couple of days.

Pros

Although I use another CRM for sales lead tracking the greatest thing about HubSpot is the ability to set up recurring email strings - adding an email address and then letting the platform do it's work over a few days and/or weeks. Basically, it does the follow-up work for me.

Cons

It would be nice to add emails more than one at a time. However, I realize purchasing the upgrade allows this feature.

This is a difficult review to write, because I really admire HubSpot as a company. But after using the product for a while and really getting hands-on, it just fails to live up to the hype. For the price, there are just other tools out there that can do a better job in each of the core areas that HubSpot tries to manage, for a lot less. HubSpot feels like a jack-of-all-trades, but master of none. Maybe that's a good fit for a company that is looking for an all-in-one solution, but for the price you're going to pay for HubSpot, it would still probably be better to consider building your own marketing stack. One thing about HubSpot that is nice is the fact that all of the data within your system talks to each other. That is helpful, but not a game changer on its own. When you start digging down to the individual components, they all feel kinda watered down. Take the email functionality for instance. It can get the job done, but it is a bit clunky to use, especially if you're trying to set up complex automations or workflows. HubSpot does have friendly support, and they usually solve any issues on the first attempt, which is nice. Again, it all comes down to your needs, your budget, and what your priorities are (ease-of-use vs. maximum customization).

HubSpot is always on the forefront of new technology and marketing research. There are always new tools and new developments in the way we do things that are exciting to our team. We've seen an increase in traffic and leads through our website since using the marketing automation software and are constantly implementing new tools.

Cons

Starting off with HubSpot can be incredibly overwhelming if you've never used a marketing automation tool before. It took us a while to feel fully comfortable using the tools and we still feel like we're only scratching the surface of what we can do. Our CSM has been very helpful in the on-boarding process and beyond and holds our hands when we get stuck!

Our only gripe with HubSpot was it's inability to scale with our business. We grew rather quickly and had a difficult time making HubSpot meet our needs in a short timeframe.

Overall I am extremely happy with the marketing I was able to achieve on my own. I thought I would have to hire a company to do the very simple marketing I was able to do on my own with HubSpot.

Pros

I was amazed at how easy it was to gather my contacts and previous clients and send them information pertaining to new programs and sales. HubSpot email marketing platform allowed me to create eye-catching emails that had my previous clients calling me for more information.

Cons

It was a little difficult to get assistance when trying to add a new user.

Hubspot is a great marketing automation app that can help any small company look like their marketing department is twice the size it is. Hubspot is easy to us and offers automations, rules and lists that will let you easily automate processes once someone downloads a whitepaper.

Cons

Hubspot is a great application. However, is, like most marketing automation systems, has a learning curve to it. So you will need to attend webinars or read documentation to receive the full benefit of this tool.

It's a great hub for all things marketing; landing pages, CTA, blogging, campaigns, workflows, etc. I've learned so much from using their software and we've definitely increased our brand awareness through them.

Cons

Customer service is top notch! However, sometimes it is hard to catch someone on their live chat or it won't be an option at all. They also make you hire someone to help walk you through the system when you first start which is ridiculously over priced and you don't really need them.

Organize leads and our email list more thoroughly. Track website visitors/members through WP plugin - goes right into our CRM as opposed to moving stuff over from Mailchimp.

Pros

The CRM and Wordpress Integration is a really great tool. I've experimented with so many different CRM and marketing platforms over the past year, and HubSpot is definitely near the top. For what I'm looking for... (cheap/free CRM) with a few additional features, HubSpot is a bit more to my liking than Zoho or Insightly. Lots of good integrations. However, the paid version is bit expensive and more than I currently nead.

Cons

Mobile version requires paid plan. Also organizing prospects and filters for the CRM can be a little confusing and time-consuming.
