Hubspot enables us to automate many marketing tasks and workflows to give us more time for analytics and strategy planning. We are able to see what works and what doesn't to improve our efforts.

Pros

All in one tool, where contact behavior can be tracked across different channels

Cons

Landing page builder/email design-builder is not the easiest tool to use if you don't know CSS/HTML

We are a small startup and saving money for COM is an awesome benefit.

Pros

there are a lot of tutorials and certifications for marketing and sales are available for free. You can also use the CRM for free with a basic plan.

Cons

Editing fields takes time since it loads before you can edit. Customer service is not that great, they don't have 24/7 support

It has been positive and appreciated having a place that kept our contact list clean and offered a better marketing experience.

Pros

We have a automotive CRM that was very messy (multiple dashboards for customers etc) - Hotspot allowed us to feed our CRM into there and clean it up, so it made our marketing efforts (emails, etc) more clean and a better experience for customers. I also like that Hubspot tracked who went on our website and we were able to pull certain shoppers and add them to our target markets.

Cons

The price. We have a large database - over 30,000 people and that can just get very expensive. It was always a topic of discussion that management wanted to get rid of Hubspot and Marketing had to fight for it explaining that it's easy to get rid of what they don't use everyday, but not easy for people who do.

Overall a good experience, Its been almost 2 years and I am still finding new features that did not know existed.

Pros

Very Customizable with more features than you will ever use unless you have 100 person marketing department

Cons

Cost, Cost , Cost...... Hubspot is the pure example of needing a Cadillac and having to pay for a Maserati

The tool just needs to tie the company, Contacts, Deals and Content records together better in the near future and it would make a lot of Company's lives easier.

Pros

This tool is great for inbound marketing where you are attracting people in from your content on your website. It's also nice to see through the Customer lifecycle stage field on where the customer is within the buyers journey.

Cons

The campaign tool needs a lot of updating. It's only meant for inbound campaigns and it's hard to send out campaigns to specific people. The reporting for campaigns only show you a deals that are closed as won if the contact was influenced by that campaign and associated to the Deal but you can't report out on Deals that are open which is a huge challenge for our company. Support told us to put many custom fields and have a manual process which won't work for our company and then they said to trial the report ad on tool which did nothing as it was just additional dashboards and not any new functionality gained within the report ad on. Their other reports offered are all around the sources and views. Getting a report on how many clicks and views on certain content doesn't help us make decisions unless we know what deals were started from that content and the revenue associated.

Won't say its the best tool but definitely very helpful and productive. We could create personalized marketing campaigns based on users behavior, interests, and demographics. The ability to segment the audience to deliver targeted content, resulted in more relevant and impactful interactions.

Pros

Creating Landing Pages is something I like and find most useful, availability of various templates, dragging and dropping the form element onto the page, also customizing the landing page with relevant content, images aligning with our CTA.

Cons

Response times from HubSpot's customer support team, especially during peak hours. This can be frustrating when you need timely assistance.

With the use of Hubspot, the marketing and sales synergy gets very efficient. By the use of this software, the overall experience of the user or the consumer, is very good too.

Pros

It's easy to use digital marketing platform, it supports marketing, CRM and sales. The way it can be used by companies of all sizes and even by some organisations. As it connects the sales and marketing, there the hubstop leads are a prefect way to see growth in sales. It works with both, product and with services. It is usually prefered by small scale companies with less employees.

Cons

As the size of the database grows, the prices goes up which can be quite costly for small businesses. It requires a 12 months contract, which can be a problem if you face difficulties. Most tools offered by Hubspot are designed very well but they are available for free elsewhere. The technical support is efficient, but it is a paid service.

Pros

We were all over the place with myriad of solutions and brought it into one place with Hubspot. Life is so much easier on one platform. We had to start small as there are a ton of tools. The learning curve is quick and there is plenty of documentation. Amazing that everything is in one spot! Usability is key and we've been able to do everything without much IT support.

Cons

Hubspot is pricey for smaller businesses. Mobile app not awesome considering that there's no social media functionality. The email builder is lacking a well as the meeting scheduler.

Overall, a decent option for limited usage.

Pros

I won't call it one of the best ones in the market certainly. The software has its own limitations to reflect however it's still works pretty well for small business. It combines variety of options together. I have personally focussed more on their email marketing and CRM. I found it adaptable and decent. I love the CRM resouces. They have plenty of good reads with own certification.

Cons

Though it offers a variety however it gets laggy sometimes. The CRM responds in few seconds, which is irritating sometimes though it isn't a case always. I found all my emails landing in promotional toolbar of the inbox sent from hubspot email automation. I don't really recommend it.

Amazing!

Pros

This application has allowed me to create landing pages, manage the content of my web projects, receive SEO recommendations, measure the results of my online marketing actions according to the number of leads I capture and how many are converted with lead nurturing. It allows me to maintain my perfines is the social networks. It's really amazing!

Cons

It works very well if you have the resources to take advantage of it and make the assembly of the content factory they recommend. It does not have the ability to add multiple email addresses to a single contact record. It does not have any tool to join the information of the contacts of different organizations.

HubSpot is an outstanding marketing automation tool that I would recommend to any small business owner like myself. The HubSpot platform allows you to optimize your website for enhanced SEO, create an effective content marketing plan, develop CTA's and landing pages that convert website visitors to leads and manage the entire sales funnel within their built-in CRM (no real need for Salesforce.com) HubSpot also has a world class customer support team that can help any business owner self-manage their marketing. They are almost like having your own virtual marketing team. I have never seen a more high quality group of customer service professionals.

The chat boxes with customer support is incredible. Whenever I have a problem, they are quick to dig deeper and help me solve the issue. I have learned a lot thanks to HubSpot Academy and been able to improve the quality and contact to our leads. The workflows make life much easier and has saved lots of time. Once you have a fixed template, whether it be landing pages or emails, you can keep a consistent branding presence. Design Manager is difficult at first to use, and expensive if you do not have an in house design expert with CSS and design coding.

Email Marketing and Workflows. Easy to use and update.

Cons

Pay for each contact, connect email and contacts for reporting.

Pros

Hubspot makes thing simpler. Whether you write from the app or from your email you can make sure that it will be logged and you don't have to do the work twice.

Cons

I cant call to some countries and the app for the phone is awful.
