Having a live site hazard register for all contractors to view, site inductions. Pros Simple, great customer service. The customer representative is amazing and prompt in solving all our concerns. the team are doing great with constantly adding more features to help us manage our vast contractor portfolio effectively. After seeing a number of other apps in the market I will rate Forsite number 1. Cons A few frustrations with the lack of flexibility in adding/ deleting service providers and / or contractors . The initial visit was days after we had logged an inquiry, which was a simple demo of the capabilities the software offers. The team has been very accommodating to all our needs and going above and beyond for our company. The Client Success Managers are quick in their responses and nothing is ever too complicated to explain or repair. Pros We like the capability to monitor all contractors across all sites seamlessly. The ability to access site documents easily while on site Cons The old portal is a wee bit confusing to negative, unsure what button clicks where, and not as intuitive as the new portal sounds. The portal is very user friendly and laid out in a common sense manner. I can see which contractors are on my site at the click of button - especially useful in the case of an emergency. Another great feature is that I have all their mobile numbers in one place - so even if they're not set up as a contact - I can contact them individually. I love the auto "check-out" feature - this makes it even more user friendly. The Forsite team have been especially open to feedback and have implemented numerous system updates/fixes based on this feedback - making it more and more user friendly every day. The Customer Support team are super responsive and very helpful!!! I have evacuation practice next month - am looking forward to seeing how it works! Cons Change is always difficult. The only cons I have relate to the expected teething problems which we experienced at the initial setup and implementation of the program. Frankly, this would have occurred no matter which electronic system we chose to implement. It took a few months for my contractors to become fully engaged and use the system without prompting . During this period, the Forsite team were excellent in assisting to facilitate this and provided one-on-one assistance to contractors who experienced ongoing issues. The system is now fully operational and for 99% of contractors it's not just part of their day-to-day. Review Source SM Shem M. This has incurred a massive time and cost saving across, not only our organization, but also the various service providers within it. Pros The product is user friendly and has a ton of features available in order to help manage and consolidate the majority of our H&S compliance requirements. The development and ongoing support received from the Forsite team has been helpful, prompt and friendly, while also delivering features that support the complex requirements from a large organization. It's easy to use, easy to identify who is working on our sites and provides us with awareness of who is onsite, especially for sites that are not in the same geographical location. " June 25, 2018 5.0 Pros The Activity Feed provides an excellent overview allowing better sight on the people checked into the properties and who is and who isn't inducted. Cons Introducing new contractors to the software always has a few teething problems however once the contractors have implemented the system within their company it works very well. The dashboard is an excellent quick view on where contractors are at at any time and I appreciate the escalation if contractors don't check in to sites. Cons Need to have the ability for contractors to self induct themselves into a property when the arrive onsite, I believe this feature is being looked into already which will be a great addition. March 15, 2022 4.0 Forsite has allowed us to save hours of admin time, and remove piles of excess paperwork. Pros Made inducting and checking into site really easy, with an intuitive interface. Removed the need for excessive paperwork. Cons Have not encountered any issues with the product at this stage.
