Pros Its fast and easy and cheap compared to others. If you need assistance you get a responce very quickly and the answer is always very helpful. Cons Nothing everything is as expected. Easy to sign up and solid software that just works. Pros Setup and forget. Regular backup schedule then takes care of everything without fail. No impact on system performance either. Pros IDrive is easy to install and the interface is very user friendly. I was able to back up all my files in a matter of hours with their fast servers. Cons No complaints at this point. So far, I am very happy with the experience Pros The scheduled backups every evening give me great peace of mind knowing that if my laptop crashes, I can recover all of my files. Pros The Express service is fantastic, allowing me to send my initial backip in on a hard drive so I don't tie up my internet for days. It was the reason i chose idrive. Also, the fact that IDrive does not require backing up frequently to retain backups is a nice feature. Unlimited devices, including mobile, is great! Cons The interface and backup schedules are not as intuitive as others. I like the link shared by a buddy that was 90% off the first year. I am trying to save money on online storage and idrive fits the profile. Pros I like the user friendly interface of idrive. May 27, 2024 5.0 It's a wonderful backup and storage solution for all my important videos, documentation and photos for years to come! Pros I can backup and restore to any device as needed at any time I choose. Being able to take my time to reorganize my documents, photos and videos without anxiety that my PC will up and quit any moment due to the OS. Encryption and security mean the most to me and I know my personal and business information will not be leaked all over the Web. It's fast and I can set a time for the backup when I'm sleeping. It will work in the background if needed too. I love being able to share files and letting others view photos without having to store them on my phone. I can delete all files from all my devices after backing up in order to clear some space. Cons I honestly haven't come across any cons yet, and I don't think I will. I need assistance with set up and loading onto other devices. Pros The introductory price is good and saved me some money, however, not sure this is apples to apples compared to my previous backup product. Cons I am having difficulty understanding if iDrive is backing up everything and also how to add it to all my devices. It does not seem user friendly to me in these subjects.
