However, the support team can't fix the fundamental issues, and there are some that just need to be worked out over time. Pros The interface is clean and well-designed, and the features that are there are very well executed. It is fairly easy to teach to the userbase. Cons There are some design features that are lacking, and it is really puzzling why. For something like access reviews, it doesn't make sense that there aren't more views possible, depending on how the end user likes to handle the process.
