It has been good, but again sometimes upper management and our AE are hard to get ahold of, support can be standoffish, and it slows down during heavy usage.

Pros

LendingPad is accessible anywhere, on both mobile and computer devices. It is very easy to use, well organized and extremely well documented. Their chat support is awesome, and the support staff are very knowledgeable, responsive about the platform and loans as well.

Cons

LendingPad does well for brokers. It is not set up as much for Lenders, although it is getting better, there are still a lot of GAPs. Some things are not intuitive and it is not nimble when it comes to specialty loan programs. Overall its a nice platform with lots of potential to add some AI to make it better.

It's fine, and basic. I wouldnt use it if my company didnt make me use it for payroll. Customer sevice is excellet, always!

Pros

Pros - customer service. The chat feature to talk to a live person is the best thing about lending pad.

Cons

The application - the view is confusing. While I am use to it now because I am forced to use it there are MUCH better software programs. If you want people to love your product find something that looks and acts like Loan Depot's MELLO software. So easy to read, I could run through application questions and have it fille out completely in minutes. With lending pads I have to review, then double check then check again because somethings probably missing.

Pros

I can do everything from one tool to make my loan process easy and smooth and it integrates easily with other software that I use.

Cons

You can sign up for basic training or watch videos for more in-depth training. I would prefer to have the option for formal training on the system as watching the videos does not always give the information that I am looking for or is not always clear.

Reason for choosing LendingPad

Mostly due to the compatibility with my other origination software such as my CRM of BNTouch and my POS of Floify. It allows a seamless process from application to funding and marketing. On top of that the cost was lower than the other and the system was easier to use. Another great feature is it is web-based and I can access it anywhere from any computer if needed.

It's downright PHENOMENAL!!! One of the best business decisions we have ever made.

Pros

The interface is incredibly simple and intuitive. Love the web based platform. It's seamless and effortless. Customer service has been incredible! I love how responsive and helpful they are and they take suggestions for new features and improvements. They're always rolling out updates and improvements. This team is absolutely incredible! It meets absolutely everything we were looking for in an LOS and continues to amaze us weekly with just how easy and wonderful it is. I cannot rave about them enough. We went from DESPISING our LOS system to just being spoiled rotten. LendingPad knocks our socks off on a daily basis and we could not be more thrilled!

Cons

Occasionally the system will freeze up and when you hit save it just spins. BUT, most software doesn't save your changes/updates when it freezes. And LendingPad saves what you've done EVEN when it freezes, which is a huge plus. You just refresh the page when it's unresponsive and your work is still there. My only other con WOULD HAVE been the desire for a scenario comparison function and THEY ROLLED THAT OUT LAST WEEK!! YAY!!! LendingPad is the best!

Calyx was awful and they handled the new URLA transition ABYSMALLY!! And they know it. It was a train wreck and we were left barely able to function and conduct business. We were already looking for better options and that definitely sealed the deal.

### "Lending Pad LOS Review"

Been great. Will continue to use it over other LOS's dues to, in my opinion, superior ease and fundtionality.

Pros

Ease of use and functionality. If I have all the documents required I can enter a loan application, run credit, run AUS and be ready to export an accurate and complete 3.4 file in 10-20 minutes.Customer Service is available right away and they have always been able to solve an issue within minutes.

Cons

There are a few quirks/work arounds that don't quite line up with other LOS's including lenders we export the 3.4 to -Example - to get AUS to read correctly for VA loans > REO > gross rents offsetting monthly payment - you have to give 100% gross rents and have it be $0.01 less than the PITI resulting in $0.01 cost per month.Example - When a borrower is on the mortgage and title for an REO as a co-borrower, but omitting a mortgage because the other party to the mortgage loan has made the payments for the last 12 months, you must make sure the mortgage is not linked to the REO for AUS to omit it.

Brilliant

Pros

The number one plus about LP is the cloud technology and ability to work anywhere with decent internet. I was skeptical about coming from deep-pocket lenders to choosing a solution for my own shop. I priced out Encompass the "gold standard" of LOS systems with its own set of quirks and problems. Over $100,000 for the scale needed to do the numbers that we want and that is in the first 18 months. Deployment is nonexistent with cloud-based SAAS platforms. No server, No laborious setup process and under $400 to get my whole team up and going. COST is the elephant in the room in most cases and while not cheap it is in line with the technology needed to do what LOS systems do. In the beginning, Calyx/Encompass was state of the art. However, In today's environment, you can fill a 1003 on a Facebook form. Lending pad makes everything esthetically pleasing and lightning-fast from anywhere on the planet. Kudos and a big Thank you from NorCapital.

Cons

There are only a couple and the team is working daily on new tech. We would like to see an app. The ability to have the client upload from a phone directly to the loan file. Additionally PRICING we need everyone to play ball and have a universal pricing formula so the guys and galls at LP don't need 6 months for each engine. As a broker I would like to have the ability to see pricing from all of our lenders in one dashboard for a specific client. These are not cons they are just wants!

Love the flow of the application and how fast the responds are when requesting help on items within LendingPad.

Cons

That I can't speak to a person when needed. Sometimes we are going back and forth messaging each other for 15 minutes when a phone call would have taken 1 minute.

Overall, an excellent experience!

Pros

It’s very intuitive. Training videos are straightforward and easily digestible. Online support chat is excellent!

Cons

The income has to be fixed every time. The actual annual income shows up as the monthly and has to be corrected. Often Seller contributions don’t “stick” and have to be re-entered. The only other real complaint is I can’t figure out how to get a DPA program entered correctly, so I have to work around those.

From application, communication (emails and calling), document management, credit reports, forms/disclosures, and quick responses for questions, Lending Pad offers it all. No need to jump from different platforms to perform duties during a loan process. I was able to cancel other subscriptions for storage and electronic signing.

Cons

When I do come across difficulties or navigating the portal, I just use the chat and get answers. I know some features are expected to be available in the future but I currently do not have any issues using Lending Pad.

I like it and I am glad we switched to LP.

Pros

I have used Lending Pad for about 6 months and I like the LOS. There are a few things that are missing from the system, but they keep creating new things all the time so I am hopeful that these items will be here before much longer. I feel there should be ability to move a previous company up or down the in the order it appears on the 1003. Clients often forget about a small job that one time, but then send me a w2 showing they worked there. When I go back to input the information, it shows up at the bottom. I would like to be able to input the information and move it up to the chronological position that matches the start and ending dates.

Cons

There are not many parts that I do not like about Lending Pad other than it can get bogged down at times.
