Overall I love the system. the technology and being able to use it from anywhere! EVEN MY CELL PHONE!!!! I can literally work from anywhere and not miss a beat!

Pros

I come from using a very outdated Loan Origination system. When I got introduced to lending pad over 3 years ago it was a game changer! it allowed us to be more efficient when originating loans and even for new loan officers at our company it is so easy to use that the transition is seamles..

Cons

I have yet to encounter anything that I do not like about lending pad.

Overall a good experience.

Pros

Like the support when in a loan the most, usually a quick response in the chat box. Visually a much easier look then the old system.

Cons

Not being able to have a directory to call when help is needed for our Admin - have to go thru same support email that the LO's do - wish there was a "bat phone" just for management. Also, originally was sold on the 3rd party company that would copy pipelines from old system to Lending Pad - that did NOT go well, company went dark with us then tripled pricing.

Good response other than IT request to research why it takes for EVER to received data from Lending Pad, this is an automated process. I had a long learning curve starting up, and still learning how to use some of the features.

Pros

Need a more user friendly system with clear labeling of functions.

Cons

I began using BnTouch a couple of months ago, and it takes for EVER to received data from Lending Pad, this is an automated process.

### "They charge for setup but there is no setup or support and no refunds!"

After paying $500 for setup I didn't receive any setup help, there was a terrible onboarding call from a very rude rep and when I tried setting up system by myself I realized so many option items were missing which were promised. I asked them to cancel my service and issue a refund and they closed my account and refused to issue any refund after charging less then a week ago for $592.00 now I have opened a credit card dispute to get my money back but I want anyone deciding not to go with them they are running a scam and you will end up paying for 2 systems!!!

Pros

There is nothing to like about them, their customer service is non-existing, they do not offer trial and once you sing-up you find out there are too many components you were promised and are not provided to you, you try setting up system even though they charge $500 for setup and none of their promise is fulfilled, and they close your account after a week and refuse to issue a refund back... SCAMMER!!!

Cons

They have terrible software and no support or setup which they charge you $500 for, liers!!

It's been great. It's easy to use, easy to integrate all your services. I have integrated, Secure Loan Docs, Surefire, MLO FLO, High Level Marketing, etc and they all worked great.

Pros

The ease and accuracy of completing the loan application, uploading docs, credit reporting agency integration, AUS integration.

Cons

Don't really have anything to critique, Lending Pad has been great rolling out updates.

Plenty of room from improvement. The customer service chat is a great feature. But there are too many small issues. All 2300 loan officers in my company experience the same issues and LendingPad doesnt seem to care to fix the issues. Too glitchy, missing useful features like document requests.

Pros

I like the layout and the overral feel for LendingPad. The customer support is excellent and accessible.

Cons

It can be very glitchy. It does not save my work. I often have to add a number over and over as it does not save. When I have clients apply they often will create 3-4 applications by accident. Customers hate the layout and doing online applications. Its very hard to request documents from clients, there is no way to do it or request it through LP.

So far I'm delighted that it's easy enough for beginners and the ability to manipulate and create rules in real time is amazing.

Pros

The product is easy to implement and manipulate. The POS is user friendly, and automation is efficient. Customer service out of the gate has been very efficient and responsive.

Cons

Every LOS takes time to learn, Lending Pad is better than most, but still requires a learning curve.

Reason for choosing LendingPad

It had a better correspondent platform and was easier to update. Open API was also a big selling point.

Cons

I asked for directs how to cancel service because my renewal was coming. And because I asked, they cancelled my service and took my data and refused to give it back without an extra fee of over $1,000 to get my own data back, even thought i did not give permission

Dear Ms. Basile, We looked at our records and found that we did cancel your service and close the account at your request. Data and documents in the account will be deleted permanently in 7 days after closure. However, in a later message, you contacted us to log back into the account to move your data. At that time the account was already closed, and the contract has already expired (1/19/2021). As instructed by our support, the only option at that time, prior to complete data deletion was to purchase one seat so we can re-activate the account. However, you were unwilling to do that. We hope this clarifies your questions and will take this feedback to further improve our service in the future. LendingPad CSR

The chat feature to navigate the site ; someone is always available to answer my questions, and all the tutorials .

Cons

Having used Point and encompass for over 20 years, it is sometimes difficult to get used to a different format , trying to find certain fields , and documents locations .

Customer service has been excellent, and response time through their help desk is under an hour. Typically our responses for trouble tickets is within 15 minutes,

Pros

Love the software - It's best strength is the ability to access it via a secured web portal. This takes loan origination to a new level as we can access the software from anywhere. The LOS user interface makes it simple to create and setup loans.

Cons

Not necessary but nice - more customization on screen layout and color options for the dashboard layouts. It makes it easier on the eyes when you stare at the screen for 8+ hours per day.
