I have to call to the other location to have someone close down and restart Remote assistant. Cons If CloudBerry had to start charging for it! Please, please keep it free. There are so many small businesses and one man IT support people out there that need to connect to 10 - 20 machines, the other apps are so expensive and I for one, cannot afford to pay a huge fee. I'm not a huge networking buff and thought I'd have to spend hundreds of dollars on a web developer to help me build an eLearning portfolio. Now that I can easily (literally, a few button clicks) upload and manage my content all by myself, I just want to make more of it! Cons The UI is a bit dated, and the icons are awfully small with no tool tips to help a newbie navigate the front end. Pros it was easy to set up and you have all the functionality of computer remoted into, including the ability to print to a printer at either location Cons it is not as easy to use as some other remote access programs, but it is free. it is sufficient for the cost.
